Claims (15)
- ロータハブ(1)により形成されたトルクを、該ロータハブに対して相対的に、より高速に回転する、電気的なジェネレータ、つまり発電機を駆動するための出力ピニオン(12)へ伝達するための、出力分岐された風力伝動装置であって、伝動装置内部で出力分岐された変速を行うための少なくとも2つのプラネタリギヤ段(10a,10b)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、ロータハブ(1)を結合するために、伝動装置入力側の結合リングエレメント(2)が設けられており、該結合リングエレメント(2)が、大型転がり軸受け(5)を介して、相対回動不能な伝動装置ハウジング(3)に対して回転可能に支承されていて、該大型転がり軸受け(5)の軸受け内側リングが前記結合リングエレメント(2)に設けられており、大型転がり軸受け(5)の軸受け外側リングが、相対回動不能な伝動装置ハウジング(3)に設けられていることを特徴とする、出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 結合リングエレメント(2)が、ロータハブ(1)により形成されたトルクを、並列に配置されたプラネタリギヤ段(10a,10b)の接続されたリングギヤ(6a;6b)に分配する、請求項1記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 結合リングエレメント(2)における前記リングギヤ(6a,6b)のうちの少なくとも1つのリングギヤの接続が、ロータ側の伝動装置負荷に基づいた傾動および移動を補償するための曲げ軟性的な接続手段を介して行われる、請求項2記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 曲げ軟性的な接続手段が、一種のカルダン式の分離ユニットとして形成されている、請求項3記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- カルダン式の分離ユニットが、一種の円弧歯カップリング(15a,15b)の形式で、結合リングエレメント(2)に設けられた少なくとも1つの内側歯列(13a,13b)を、リングギヤ(6a;6b)に設けられた対応する外側歯列と噛み合わせることにより形成されている、請求項4記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- ロータハブ(1)の外径が、結合リングエレメント(2)の外径に相当している、請求項1記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 結合リングエレメント(2)が、フランジ結合部を介してロータハブ(1)にねじ締結可能である、請求項1記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 大型転がり軸受け(5)が、一種のトルク軸受けとして形成されている、請求項1記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- トルク軸受けとして形成された大型転がり軸受け(5)が、二重円錐ころ軸受けである、請求項5記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 第1のプラネタリギヤ段(10a)のリングギヤ(6a)と共に同じく駆動されたプラネタリキャリヤ(7a)が、引き続き出力側のサンギヤ(8a)へ動力を伝達する、請求項1記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 第1のプラネタリギヤ段(10a)の出力側のサンギヤ(8a)が、引き続き中央のサンギヤシャフト(9)へ動力を伝達し、該サンギヤシャフト(9)が、伝動装置ハウジング(3)の出力側にまで延びている、請求項10記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 第2のプラネタリギヤ段(10b)のプラネタリキャリヤ(7b)が、位置固定的に配置されており、出力側のサンギヤ(8b)が、第1のプラネタリギヤ段(10a)のプラネタリキャリヤ(7a)を駆動する、請求項1記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 第2のプラネタリギヤ段(10b)のサンギヤ(8b)が、中空軸として形成されており、該中空軸が、第1のプラネタリギヤ段(10a)の、該中空軸を貫通して延びるサンギヤシャフト(9)に対して同軸的に配置されている、請求項12記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 中央のサンギヤシャフト(9)に、出力側の平歯車段(10c)が後置されており、該平歯車段(10c)の、中央のサンギヤシャフト(9)に対して軸線をずらされた、電気的なジェネレータを駆動するための出力ピニオン(12)が設けられている、請求項11記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
- 一方のリングギヤ(6a)が、少なくとも大部分、結合リングエレメント(2)により形成された環状室の内部に配置されており、それに対して他方のリングギヤ(6b)が、軸方向で大型転がり軸受け(5)に後置されている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の出力分岐された風力伝動装置。
