Abstract
Description

Claims (11)
- 攪拌機と動作上関連する流体力学的構造体が内部に配置された、廃水システムの曝気槽内で固形分含有量の高い物質を処理する方法であって、
固形分含有量の高い物質を曝気槽内に配置するステップと、
攪拌機に近接する位置で曝気槽の中に酸素を導入するステップと、
固形分含有量の高い物質及び酸素を撹拌して、流体力学的構造体に近接する固形分含有量の高い物質の中に、約0.3mm〜3.0mmの平均直径を有する気泡を発生させるステップと、
気泡を含む固形分含有量の高い物質を、流体力学的構造体から離れるように曝気槽内に射出して、曝気槽内に気泡を分散させ、曝気槽内での気泡の滞留時間を増加させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 機械撹拌式接触器が内部に配置された、廃水システムの好気性消化装置内で固形分含有量の高い物質を処理する方法であって、
固形分含有量の高い物質を好気性消化装置の中に配置するステップと、
機械撹拌式接触器に近接する位置で好気性消化装置の中に酸素を導入するステップと、
固形分含有量の高い物質及び酸素を撹拌して、固形分含有量の高い物質の中に、約0.3mm〜3.0mmの平均直径を有する気泡を発生させるステップと、
気泡を含む固形分含有量の高い物質を好気性消化装置内に分散させて、好気性消化装置内での気泡の滞留時間を増加させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 流体力学的構造体が、入口及び出口を有するドラフトチューブであり、酸素がドラフトチューブの入口の近くに導入され、固形分含有量の高い物質がドラフトチューブの出口から射出される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 固形分含有量の高い物質が、1リットルあたり約10グラム超の固形分負荷を有する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 固形分含有量の高い物質が、1リットルあたり約10グラム〜1リットルあたり約40グラムの固形分負荷を有する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 廃水システムが膜バイオリアクタの廃水システムである請求項4に記載の方法。
- 攪拌機と動作上関連する流体力学的構造体が内部に配置された混合容器内で、高粘性液体を気体と混合する方法であって、
高粘性液体を混合容器内に配置して、容器の液体部分及び容器の気体のヘッドスペース部分を画定するステップと、
攪拌機に近接する位置で容器の中に気体を導入するステップと、
高粘性液体及び気体を撹拌して、高粘性液体の中に、約0.3mm〜3.0mmの平均直径を有する気泡を発生させるステップと、
気泡を含む高粘性液体を、流体力学的構造体から離れるように混合容器の中に分散させて、混合容器内での気泡の滞留時間を増加させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 流体力学的構造体がドラフトチューブであり、気泡を含む高粘性液体を、気体のヘッドスペースより低い位置でドラフトチューブ内に再循環させるステップをさらに含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 容器が廃水処理システムの曝気槽であり、廃水が、1リットルあたり約10グラム〜1リットルあたり約40グラムの固形分負荷、及び約2センチポアズ超の粘性を有する請求項7に記載の方法。
- 容器が発酵容器であり、高粘性液体が、1リットルあたり約5グラム〜1リットルあたり約70グラムの固形分負荷、及び約2センチポアズ超の粘性を有する発酵ブロスである請求項7に記載の方法。
- 容器が化学反応器又はバイオリアクタであり、高粘性液体が約10センチポアズ超の粘性を有する請求項7に記載の方法。
