Claims (12)
- フィラメント状導電性基材及び色素増感半導体層を含んでなる、色素増感太陽電池用作用電極であって、前記色素増感半導体層が、増感色素分子を吸着した大きさの異なる半導体粒子から形成された多孔質膜であり、前記色素増感半導体層がフィラメント状導電性基材の外表面に被覆されていることを特徴とする、色素増感太陽電池用作用電極。
- 前記フィラメント状導電性基材は、導電性材料から形成され、且つ中実構造又は中空構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作用電極。
- 前記フィラメント状導電性基材が一つのコア層及び複数のシェル層を含み、前記コア層及び前記シェル層が導電性材料又は非導電性材料から形成され、前記コア層の外側に前記シェル層が順次被覆されており、最外層のシェル層は導電性材料から形成された層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作用電極。
- 前記フィラメント状導電性基材の外表面に、一層の緻密な半導体又は絶縁材料層が被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の作用電極。
- 前記色素増感半導体層の厚さが、1μm〜100μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作用電極。
- 前記導電性材料が、有機導電材料、無機導電材料、又は有機/無機複合導電材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の作用電極。
- 作用電極、電解質層及び対電極を含んで成る色素増感太陽電池であって、前記作用電極が、フィラメント状導電性基材及び色素増感半導体層を含んでなり、前記色素増感半導体層が、増感色素分子を吸着した大きさの異なる半導体粒子から形成された多孔質膜であり、前記色素増感半導体層が前記フィラメント状導電性基材の外表面に被覆されており、前記作用電極と前記対電極との間の空隙に電解質が充填されていることを特徴とする、色素増感太陽電池。
- 対電極が、導電性材料から形成され、中実構造又は中空構造を有する電極であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池。
- 対電極が一つのコア層と複数のシェル層とを含み、前記コア層が導電性材料又は非導電性材料から形成され、前記コア層の外側に前記シェル層が順次被覆されており、最外層のシェル層が導電性材料から形成された層であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記導電性材料が、有機導電材料、無機導電材料、又は有機/無機複合導電材料であることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の電池。
- 前記対電極の表面に触媒層が被覆されており、前記触媒層の厚さが、1nm〜1000nmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 前記作用電極が、絡み合い、緊密な並置、又は付着によって対電極と結合され、作用電極と前記対電極間の平均間隔が、0.001mm〜1cmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の電池。
