Claims (9)
- サービス中断原因を示す方法であって、前記サービスのクライアント装置は、第1のネットワークとのインターフェースを有し、ゲートウェイを介してリモート・サーバーに接続され、前記装置は前記第1のネットワークを介して前記ゲートウェイに接続され、前記方法は、前記装置で、
−セッションの終了がユーザーからの確認を要求する、前記リモート・サーバーからのコンテンツ・ダウンロード・セッションを開始する段階、
−前記装置と前記ゲートウェイとの間の接続が失われたことを検出する段階、
−前記装置と前記ゲートウェイとの間の接続の回復を検出する段階、
−前記装置の切断時間を示す情報をサーバーに送信する段階、を有する方法。 - 前記情報を送信する段階は、前記装置が再接続されると直ぐに生じる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記情報を送信する段階は、サーバーの要求が受信された後に生じる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1のネットワークは、ポイント・ツー・ポイント接続である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記第1のネットワークは、有線又は無線ローカル・エリア・ネットワークである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツは、前記セッション中に視聴される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記セッションは、ビデオ・オン・デマンド・セッションである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記情報は、SNMPタイプのパケットで送信される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- コンピューター・プログラムであって、前記プログラムは、前記プログラムがコンピューターで実行されると、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項記載の方法の段階を実行するプログラム・コード命令を有する、コンピューター・プログラム。
