Claims (15)
- 案内羽リングと、
該案内羽リングの周縁の周りに分配されるように前記案内羽リングに固定される複数の案内羽とを備えるターボ機器用案内装置、特に蒸気タービンであって、
前記案内羽リング10は溝13を具備し、
前記案内羽11は、組立状態で前記案内羽リング10の溝13と嵌合する溝14を具備し、
前記案内羽11は、前記案内羽リング10の溝13と前記案内羽11の溝14とに係合する止め輪15によって、前記案内羽リング10における放射状位置に固定されることを特徴とするターボ用案内装置。 - 前記案内羽リング10の溝13は前記案内羽リングの片側に形成され、前記案内羽11の溝14は前記案内羽の片側に形成され、これと同じ側に、前記止め輪15が前記案内羽リング10の溝13と前記案内羽11の溝14とに軸方向へ挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の案内装置。
- 前記案内羽リング10は、放射状位置で前記案内羽リング10に固定される前記案内羽11と共に、案内羽受け18に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1若しくは2に記載の案内装置。
- 前記案内羽リング10と、前記案内羽リング10に固定される前記案内羽11とは、少なくとも一つのねじ19によって前記案内羽受け18に螺合されることができることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の案内装置。
- 前記単体若しくは複数のねじ19は、前記案内羽受け18に螺旋軸20によって占有的に係合し、前記案内羽受け18と、前記案内羽リング10と、止め輪15とにねじ頭21で部分的に重なることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の案内装置。
- 前記案内羽リング10の溝13と前記案内羽11の溝14とは、円弧形状、特に環状円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の一つ以上に記載の案内装置。
- 前記溝13、14の半径方向内側境界面と半径方向外側境界面とが、3mm〜9mm、詳細には4mm〜8mmの間隔を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の一つ以上に記載の案内装置。
- 前記溝13、14の半径方向内側境界面と前記半径方向外側境界面とが平面であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の一つ以上に記載の案内装置。
- 前記溝13、14の半径方向内側境界面と半径方向外側境界面とが、円筒型、円錐型及びトロイダル型の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の一つ以上に記載の案内装置。
- 前記溝13が旋盤加工若しくは切削加工によって前記案内羽リング10に形成され、前記溝14が成型若しくは切削加工によって案内羽11に形成され、それから前記案内羽11を前記案内羽リング10に嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の一つ以上に記載の案内装置を製造する方法。
- 前記溝13が、旋盤加工若しくは切削加工によって前記案内羽リング10に形成され、前記案内羽11の溝14が旋盤加工若しくは切削加工によって同時に案内羽11に形成され、それから前記案内羽11を前記案内羽リング10に嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の一つ以上に記載の案内装置を製造する方法。
- 円弧形状、特に環状円弧形状をした溝14が、前記案内羽の半径方向外端に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の一つ以上に記載の案内装置若しくは案内羽。
- 前記溝14の半径方向内側境界面と半径方向外側境界面とが、3mm〜9mm、詳細には4mm〜8mmの間隔を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の案内羽。
- 前記溝14の半径方向内側境界面と半径方向外側境界面とが平面であることを特徴とする請求項12若しくは13に記載の案内羽。
- 前記溝14の半径方向内側境界面と半径方向外側境界面とが、円筒型、円錐型及びトロイダル型の断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項12若しくは13に記載の案内羽。
