Claims (8)
- 炭素と窒素の含有量が合計で0.8〜1.2重量%である硬化されたオーステナイト鋼からなる少なくとも1個の軸受リングと、
40μmよりも小さな表面欠陥を有するセラミックスからなる、軸受リングの軌道面上を転動するニードルと、
を備えるニードルベアリング - 前記ニードルが窒化ケイ素からなる、請求項1記載のニードルベアリング。
- 前記ニードルが酸化ケイ素からなる、請求項1記載のニードルベアリング。
- 前記ニードルが酸化アルミニウムからなる、請求項1記載のニードルベアリング。
- 前記ニードルがジルコンオキシドからなる、請求項1記載のニードルベアリング。
- 前記軸受リングが冷間変形により硬化されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のニードルベアリング。
- 前記軸受リングが深絞りにより形成されている、請求項6記載のニードルベアリング。
- 前記軸受リングが400℃〜500℃で暴露処理されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のニードルベアリング。
