Description
Claims (9)
- 超解像近接場構造を有するマスク層(2)を備える光学記憶媒体であって、前記マスク層は、レーザービームで照射されたとき、前記マスク層の反射率が増加するように選択されたドーパントを有する、nドープされた半導体物質を備えることを特徴とする光学記憶媒体。
- 請求項1に記載の光学記憶媒体において、前記半導体物質は、1eV未満のバンドギャップを有する3‐5族半導体のうちの一つであることを特徴とする光学記憶媒体。
- 請求項2に記載の光学記憶媒体において、前記半導体物質は、例えばInN、InP、InAs、またはInSbのインジウム合金を備えることを特徴とする光学記憶媒体。
- 請求項2に記載の光学記憶媒体において、前記ドープされた半導体物質は、例えばGaSbのGa合金を備えることを特徴とする光学記憶媒体。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の光学記憶媒体において、前記半導体物質のドーパントは、セレンまたはテルルであることを特徴とする光学記憶媒体。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の光学記憶媒体において、前記半導体物質は、可視域内の波長を有するレーザービームで照射されたとき、前記半導体物質の反射率を少なくとも2倍に増加させるように、nドープされることを特徴とする光学記憶媒体。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の光学記憶媒体において、基板層(1)と、マスク層(2)としてSuper-RENS層と、前記基板層(1)と前記マスク層(2)との間に第1の保護層(3)と、前記マスク層(2)の上に第2の保護層(4)と、前記保護層(4)の上にカバー層(5)とを備えることを特徴とする光学記憶媒体。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の光学記憶媒体を製造するための方法であって、前記ドープされた半導体物質を堆積するためのスパッタリング法を使用するステップを備えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記半導体物質はInSbであり、前記ドーパントは半導体のスパッタリングターゲットにすでに含まれているセレンまたはテルルであることを特徴とする方法。
