Claims (6)
- 定置形軸流ガスタービンにおける冷却形タービン動翼(10)であって、
取付け部(12)と翼形部(16)を備え、この翼形部(16)が腹側翼壁と背側翼壁で形成され、取付け部(12)から翼形部先端(27)まで延び、前縁(18)と後縁(20)を有し、
この翼形部(16)の内部に互いに隣接する複数の冷却路(22)を有し、これらの冷却路(22)が、腹側翼壁と背側翼壁とを結合し取付け部(12)から翼形部先端(27)まで延びるリブ(24a、24b、24c)によって少なくとも部分的に互いに仕切られ、冷却路(22)を翼形部先端側において境界づける閉鎖壁(28)を備えているタービン動翼(10)において、
少なくとも1つのリブ(24c)が(取付け部(12)から翼形部先端部位(26)の方向に見て)ほぼ一定したリブ厚(D)を有し、翼形部先端(27)の範囲において長手方向にみて断面が鋭角な冷却路隅部を形成して前縁(18)あるいは後縁(20)に向けて湾曲され、その湾曲部(32)において隣り合う冷却路(22c、22d)を連通する少なくとも1つの開口(40)が設けられ、その隅部に隣接する冷却路(22c)を流れる冷却材流(29)の一部が前記開口(40)を通して冷却路(22d)の隅部に流れこむようにされていることを特徴とする定置形軸流ガスタービンにおける冷却形タービン動翼(10)。 - 後縁(20)に隣接するリブ(24c)が翼形部先端(27)の範囲において湾曲されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービン動翼(10)。
- 開口(10)が、閉鎖壁が衝突冷却されるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタービン動翼(10)。
- 閉鎖壁(28)の内側面(42)に乱流発生体(44)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のタービン動翼(10)。
- 冷却路(22a、22b、22c、22d)が冷却材(29)によって順々にあるいは並行して貫流されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のタービン動翼(10)。
- 鋳造製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のタービン動翼(10)。
