Claims (8)
- 空洞翼形部と、空洞翼形部の内側面に翼弦に沿って設けられたリブと、空洞翼形部内に置かれた衝突冷却用管とから成るタービン構成要素において、衝突冷却用管が、翼形部の長さ方向に延びる2つの別個の部分から形成され、両部分衝突冷却用管の相互に対向する端部が、リブ上に位置決めされたことを特徴とするタービン構成要素。
- 両部分衝突冷却用管の相互に対向する端部を位置決めするリブに加えて、空洞翼形部の内側面に翼弦に沿って延びる複数のリブが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン構成要素。
- 両部分衝突冷却用管の相互に対向する端部を位置決めするリブが、不連続的に延びることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のタービン構成要素。
- リブが、両部分衝突冷却用管の相互に隣接する端部に係合するために、断面シェブロン形であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載のタービン構成要素。
- 両部分衝突冷却用管の相互に対向する端部が、断面シェブロン形リブを補足するように傾斜をつけられたことを特徴とする請求項4記載のタービン構成要素。
- リブが、両部分衝突冷却用管の相互に隣接する端部に係合すべく、断面舌片形をなすことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載のタービン構成要素。
- 両部分衝突冷却用管の相互に隣接する端部の少なくとも一方が、終端壁を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載のタービン構成要素。
- 冷却空気が部分衝突冷却用管から出て動翼或いは静翼の高さ中央範囲の近くでその翼内側面に衝突することを可能にする開口が、少なくとも一つの終端壁、或いはその近傍に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン構成要素。
