Claims (11)
- 中空体(11)と前記中空体(11)内に取り付けられた軸方向可動ピストン(12)とを備え、前記中空体(11)が、液体溶媒の入口用の少なくとも1つのオリフィスと前記溶媒用の少なくとも2つの出口オリフィス(16、17)とを備える多方弁装置であって、
前記可動ピストン(12)が、特に粒、微粒、粉末または類似の粒子に分割された粒子から構成される固体物質の線形計量要素の軸方向移動計量ステム(31)に連結されており、
前記計量ステム(31)が、機械式アクチュエータ(32、32a)によって駆動され、かつ、復帰ばね(35)に結合されており、
前記可動ピストン(12)が、前記入口オリフィス(15)において前記可動ピストン(12)に負荷された前記液体溶媒の圧力の影響を受けて、自由にもしくは前記復帰ばね(35)の圧力に逆らって一方向に移動し、前記復帰ばね(35)によって前記計量ステム(31)に負荷された圧力の影響を受けて逆方向に移動するように、配置されることを特徴とする、多方弁装置。 - 前記可動ピストン(12)が、ピストンヘッド(13)およびピストンステム(14)とを備える弁装置において、
前記ピストンヘッド(13)には、少なくとも1つの入口オリフィス(15)と前記出口オリフィス(16、17)のうちの少なくとも1つとを前記可動ピストン(12)の決定位置で連通させるために配置された少なくとも1つの内部流路(18)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記可動ピストン(12)が、ピストンヘッド(13)およびピストンステム(14)を備える弁装置において、
前記ピストンヘッド(13)が、
第1の入口オリフィス(15)と前記出口オリフィス(16または17)のうちの少なくとも1つとを前記可動ピストン(12)の決定位置で連通させるために配置された第1の内部流路(18)と、
少なくとも1つの第2の入口オリフィス(15a)と前記出口オリフィス(17)のうちの少なくとも1つとを前記可動ピストン(12)の別の決定位置で連通させるために配置された第2の内部流路(18a)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記計量ステム(31)が、前記固体物質(38)を貯留するための少なくとも1つの貯留器(37)を支持する中空シース(36)内で摺動するために配置されており、
少なくとも1つの貯留器(37)が、前記シース(36)内に現れる出口開口部(37a)を有しており、
前記計量ステム(31)が、少なくとも1つの周囲溝(42)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの周囲溝(42)が、前記計量ステム(31)が移動して前記周囲溝(42)が前記出口開口部(37a)に対向して位置したときに、前記固体物質(38)の1回計量分を受容するために配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記シース(36)が、前記計量ステム(31)が決定位置にあるときにガスが通過できるようにするために配置された少なくとも1つの貫通開口部(39a、39b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の弁装置。
- 前記計量ステム(31)が、軸方向にずらされた少なくとも2つの周囲溝(42、43)を備え、前記2つの周囲溝(42、43)を隔てる距離が、前記貯留器の前記出口開口部(37a)と前記シース(36)の前記貫通開口部(39a、39b)とを隔てる距離に実質的に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項3および4に記載の弁装置。
- 前記計量ステム(31)が、前記機械式アクチュエータ(32)のプランジャコア(34)に連結され、前記復帰ばね(35)用のベアリングカラー(41)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記中空体(11)が、前記中空体(11)の両端部の一方で閉鎖端部片(19)によって閉鎖される弁装置であって、前記ピストンヘッド(13)の長さが、前記ピストンヘッドが前記閉鎖端部片(19)を押し付けているときに、前記第1の流路(18)が前記第2の出口オリフィス(17)内に現れるような長さであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記中空体(11)が、前記中空体(11)の両端部の一方で閉鎖端部片(19)により閉鎖されており、
前記ピストンヘッド(13)の長さが、前記ピストンヘッドが前記閉鎖端部片(19)を押し付けているときに、前記第2の流路(18a)が前記第2の出口オリフィス(17)内に現れるような長さであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の弁装置。 - 前記可動ピストン(12)、前記計量ステム(31)および前記プランジャコア(34)が、同軸上に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記計量ステム(31)および前記プランジャコア(34)が、一部品で作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の弁装置。
