Description
−当該ガスを圧縮機において圧縮することと、
−存在する複数の成分を、極低温的に又はスクラビングにより分離して、当該流体中に含有された少なくとも1種の分子を精製することと、
−圧縮を、極低温分離又はスクラビングに関連付けることと
が時々必要である。
a)圧力P0にあるガス混合物を少なくとも2つの流れI及びIIへと分離する工程Sであって、流れIは、分離されるべきガス混合物中に含有された全ての化合物を多様な比率で含有した、低圧PIにあるガス流であり、流れIIは、分離されるべきガス混合物中に含有された全ての化合物を、流れIとは異なる多様な比率で含有した、PIを上回る高圧と呼ばれる圧力PIIにあるガス流である工程と、
b)高圧の流れIIを使用する工程と、
c)前記流れIを少なくとも部分的に利用するために、低圧の流れIを使用する工程と
を含み、
工程a)の前に、分離されるべきガス混合物は、
a0)水分子を除去し、乾燥混合物を得べく、水蒸気を含有したガス混合物を乾燥させる工程
に供されることを特徴とする方法からなる。
Claims (10)
- 水素及び一酸化炭素を本質的に含有し、更には、少なくとも二酸化炭素及び水蒸気を含有したガス混合物を分離する方法であって、前記方法は、少なくとも、
a)圧力P0にある前記ガス混合物を少なくとも2つの流れI及びIIへと分離する工程Sであって、前記流れIは、分離されるべき前記ガス混合物中に含有された全ての化合物を多様な比率で含有した、低圧と呼ばれる圧力PIにあるガス流であり、前記流れIIは、分離されるべき前記ガス混合物中に含有された全ての化合物を、前記流れIとは異なる多様な比率で含有した、PIを上回る高圧PIIにあるガス流である工程と、
b)前記高圧の流れIIを使用する工程と、
c)前記流れIを少なくとも部分的に利用するために、前記低圧の流れIを使用する工程と
を含み、
工程a)の前に、分離されるべき前記ガス混合物は、
a0)水分子を除去し、乾燥混合物を得るべく、水蒸気を含有した前記ガス混合物を乾燥させる工程
に供されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記分離工程Sは、前記低圧PIにある少なくとも1種の透過物Iと、前記高圧PIIにある残留物IIとの製造を伴う、透過法に基づく分離工程である方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記分離工程a)は、前記高圧PIIにある少なくとも1種の純粋な気体製品IIと、前記低圧PIにある、利用されるべきPSAオフガスとのPSA(圧力スイング吸着法)製造を伴う分離工程である方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の方法であって、前記流れIを使用する工程c)は、PIを上回る圧力PIIIにある流れを得るべく、前記流れIを圧縮する圧縮工程c0を含んでいる方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の方法であって、前記流れIを使用する工程c)は、工程c0がある場合には、その後に、少なくとも1種の精製製品を得るための極低温分離工程c1を含んでいる方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の方法であって、処理されるべき前記ガス混合物は、合成ガスである方法。
- 水素及び一酸化炭素を本質的に含有し、更には、少なくとも二酸化炭素及び水を含有したガス混合物を分離する設備であって、
−分離されるべき前記ガス混合物の供給源と、
−前記ガス混合物を、少なくとも2つの流れI及びIIに分離するユニットであって、前記流れIは、分離されるべき前記ガス混合物中に含有された全ての化合物を多様な比率で含有した、低圧PIにあるガス流であり、前記流れIIは、分離されるべき前記ガス混合物中に含有された全ての化合物を、前記流れIとは異なる多様な比率で含有した、高圧PIIにあるガス流であるユニットと、
−前記高圧の流れIIを使用するためのモジュールと、
−前記流れIを少なくとも部分的に利用するために低圧の流れIを使用するためのモジュールと、
更に、
−前記ガス流Iを使用するための前記モジュールへと前記分離ユニットを接続し、前記ガス流IIを使用するための前記モジュールへと前記分離ユニットを接続したラインと
を具備しており、
−分離されるべき前記ガス混合物を乾燥させるユニットと、
−前記供給源を前記乾燥ユニットへと接続し、前記乾燥ユニットを前記分離ユニットへと接続したラインと
を更に具備したことを特徴とする設備。 - 請求項7記載の設備であって、前記分離ユニットは、請求項2又は3に記載した方法を実施するために、透過法に基づく分離ユニット及び/又は圧力スイング吸着法に基づく分離ユニットを具備していることを特徴とする設備。
- 請求項7又は8記載の設備であって、請求項4記載の方法を実施する炭素鋼からなる圧縮手段を具備した設備。
- 請求項8又は9記載の設備であって、請求項5記載の方法を実施するための極低温分離ユニットを具備した設備。
