Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 骨釘内の横断ボアを標的するための標的装置であって、
骨釘の端部部分に結合され得るアーム部材を含み、該アーム部材は、前記骨釘の長手軸と平行に延びる標的部分を含み、
該標的部分に取り付けられる調節可能な標的装置を含み、該調節可能な標的装置は、前記釘内の前記横断ボアと整列可能な案内ボアを有し、前記調節可能な標的装置は、前記釘長手軸及び前記横断ボアの中心軸の両方を含む平面に対して垂直な方向に前記標的部分に対して移動可能であり、
前記調節可能な標的装置に取り付けられる標的表示器を含み、該標的表示器は、放射線透過性本体を有し、該放射線透過性本体は、第一傾斜脚部分と第二傾斜脚部分とを含み、前記第一傾斜脚部分及び前記第二傾斜脚部分は、各部分の第一端部で頂点を形成し、前記第一脚部分は、離間した放射線不透過性素子をその中に有する、
標的装置。 - 前記調節可能な標的装置は、前記骨釘と平行に延びる前記アーム部材の前記部分に沿って長手方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の標的装置。
- 前記第一脚部分は、少なくとも3つの離間した放射線不透過性素子を含む、請求項1に記載の標的装置。
- 中心放射線不透過性素子が、少なくとも2つの他の放射線不透過性素子よりも厚い、請求項3に記載の標的装置。
- 前記中心放射線不透過性素子は、金属ロッドであり、前記他の放射線不透過性素子は、エッチング処理される金属である、請求項4に記載の標的装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの他の放射線不透過性素子は、少なくとも2.5〜5mm増分で前記中心放射線不透過性素子の上及び下に離間する、請求項5に記載の標的装置。
- 前記中心放射線不透過性素子との組み合わせで少なくとも4つの他の放射線不透過性素子がある、請求項5に記載の標的装置。
- 前記4つの放射線不透過性素子の少なくとも2つは、前記中心放射線不透過性素子及び前記他の放射線不透過性素子よりも短い長さを有する、請求項7に記載の標的装置。
- 全ての前記放射線不透過性素子は、同一平面内に位置する、請求項7に記載の標的装置。
- 前記第一脚部分及び前記第二脚部分は、互いに15°と45°との間で傾斜して前記頂点から延びる、請求項1に記載の標的装置。
- 前記第二脚部は、前記頂点で前記第一脚部と前記第二脚部との間に形成される角度の前記第一脚部に対して延びる1つの放射線不透過性ピン素子を含む、請求項10に記載の標的装置。
- 前記角度は、30°である、請求項5に記載の標的装置。
- 前記調節可能な標的装置は、放射線透過性材料から成る、請求項1に記載の標的装置。
- 随内釘内の横断ボアを位置付けるための方法であって、
骨管内に横断ボアを有する随内釘を挿入するステップを含み、
標的アームを前記随内釘に結合するステップを含み、前記標的アームは、前記釘の長手軸と平行に延びる部分を有し、
前記釘長手軸と平行に延びる前記標的アームの前記部分の上に横断ボアドリル案内を有する調節装置を取り付けるステップを含み、前記調節装置ドリル案内は、前記ボアの中心軸及び前記釘長手軸に対して垂直な方向に移動可能であり、前記調節装置は、それに結合される標的表示器を有し、該標的表示器は、その上に少なくとも3つの平行な放射線不透過性素子を有し、

- 前記調節装置は、前記標的表示器第一アーム放射線不透過性素子間隔に対応する2.5mmから5mmにある表示器を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
