Abstract

‐上記導電手段が、上記誘電体層を少なくとも部分的に覆う導電被膜を含む。
‐上記誘電体層がポリイミド・ポリマーで作製される。
‐上記誘電体層が、光電セルの保護ガラスシートである。
‐上記電気的接続手段が導体素子である。

- 少なくとも1つの誘電体層(3、25)を含む太陽電池パネルの構造要素(1、11、29、35、37)であって、
前記誘電体層(3、25)に接触する導電手段(5、31、39)と、
前記導電手段(5、31、39)を構造のアースに接続するための電気的接続手段(9)と、
を備えることを特徴とする構造要素。 - 前記導電手段(5)が金属線又は導体のグリッドを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造要素。 - 前記金属グリッド(5)が、前記誘電体層(3、25)の表面に接して位置するとともに接着手段(7、33)により保持され、又は真空蒸着される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の構造要素。 - 前記グリッド(5)が、2つの誘電体層(3)の間に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の構造要素。 - 前記導電手段(31、39)が、前記誘電体層(3、25)の表面を少なくとも部分的に覆う導電被膜(31、39)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造要素。 - 前記誘電体層(3)がポリイミド・ポリマーで作製される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の構造要素。 - 前記誘電体層(25)が、光電セル(21)の保護ガラスシートである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の構造要素。 - 前記電気的接続手段が導体素子(9)である、
