Description

The present invention mainly relates to a gaze guidance mark installed on a road and a base portion thereof.

The line-of-sight guidance mark is used for marking the center separation line between the upper and lower roads, the boundary line between the roadway and the bicycle road, and the pedestrian road, and for markings such as park stops and park stops on streets. Therefore, the line-of-sight guidance mark is required to have excellent visibility regardless of the time zone or the weather.

In order to ensure excellent visibility, the following Patent Document 1 discloses that a reflection sheet having a first color tone and a reflection sheet having a second color tone are arranged around a pole body having a white color tone under sunlight. A line-of-sight guide column that is wound tightly is described. This line-of-sight signpost is clearly visible in the daytime as extraneous light is diffusely reflected on the surface of the pole body (marker post) and appears white. At night, the headlight flux is retroreflected. Since it exhibits two kinds of color tones, it can be clearly recognized.

The line-of-sight guide sign column of the cited document 1 has good visibility because it shows two kinds of colors with the headlight of the car at night, but the pedestal part has a reflector or a light emitter, etc. Visibility is not so good. On the other hand, the following cited document 2 is a road sign pillar provided with a central pillar erected on the base part, and a plurality of reflective lenses (reflectors) are provided on the base part. Is described.

特開2009−62715号公報JP 2009-62715 A 特開2009−13715号公報JP 2009-13715 A

However, the base part of the road sign pillar described in the cited document 2 is also provided with a small reflective lens, and night visibility is not sufficient. As described above, excellent visibility is required for the line-of-sight guide, and it is preferable that the base portion also has excellent visibility.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The subject is providing the gaze guidance mark which was further excellent in night visibility, and its base part.

In order to solve the above problems, the base part of the line-of-sight guide according to the present invention is as follows.
It is the base part of the gaze guidance mark installed on the road,
An upper surface of a parallelogram;
Four slope portions extending from the four sides of the upper surface portion to the ground contact surface toward the outer lower side;
A reflector disposed on at least one surface of the slope portion,
When the pair of opposite sides of the upper surface portion is installed along the road traveling direction, the reflector is disposed on the slope portion extending from the other pair of opposite sides of the upper surface portion. Features.

The operation and effect of the base part of the gaze guidance mark with this configuration will be described. The base part of the line-of-sight guide according to the present invention is arranged on at least one surface of the parallelogram, four slopes extending from the four sides of the top face to the ground surface, and the ground plane. And a reflector that is provided. Since the reflector is disposed on the slope portion extending from the four sides of the upper surface portion to the ground contact surface outward and downward, the headlight of the car usually illuminates the road surface in a diagonally downward direction. The body is easily irradiated with light, and the base portion of the present invention is excellent in visibility at night.

Furthermore, when one set of opposite sides of the upper surface portion is installed along the traveling direction of the road, the reflector is disposed on the slope portion extending from the other set of opposite sides of the upper surface portion. According to this configuration, when the base portion is installed on the road, the reflector is disposed in an oblique direction with respect to the traveling direction of the road. FIG. 7 shows a state where the base installed on the road is viewed from above. As shown in FIG. 7, a driver of a car traveling on a road faces the front with respect to a reflector that is installed obliquely forward, and thus it is easy to visually recognize the reflector on the base portion. Therefore, the base part of this invention is further excellent in nighttime visibility.

As for the base part of the gaze guidance mark concerning the present invention, it is preferred that the angle of the slope part in which the above-mentioned reflector is arranged, and the above-mentioned grounding surface is 20-40 degrees. When the angle between the slope portion and the ground contact surface is 20 to 40 °, the light from the headlight of the car is most easily irradiated on the reflector, and the base portion is excellent in visibility at night.

As for the base part of the gaze guidance mark concerning the present invention, it is preferred that a hole is provided in the upper surface part. By providing a hole in the upper surface of the base, it is possible to form a gaze guidance mark in the form of a so-called gaze guidance column by fixing the lower part of the central column to the hole. By closing the hole, it is possible to form a gaze guidance mark in the form of a so-called road fence.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a gaze guidance mark according to the present invention is characterized in that a central column is erected on the base portion described in claim 1.

The action / effect of the gaze guidance mark with this configuration is as described above, and according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a gaze guidance mark that is further excellent in nighttime visibility.

In the present invention, the parallelogram means a quadrilateral in which two sets of opposite sides are both parallel, and naturally includes a rhombus.

<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a preferred embodiment of the line-of-sight guide according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view, a right side view, and a plan view of the line-of-sight guidance mark. The line-of-sight guidance mark 1 according to the present embodiment includes a base portion 10 and a central column 20 erected on the base portion 10.

The base unit 10 includes a base member 11 and a pressing member 12. However, the base member 11 is not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The pressing member 12 includes an upper surface portion 12a and a slope portion 12b.

The upper surface portion 12a has a substantially parallelogram shape as shown in the figure. Two fixing holes 12c are provided on the periphery of the upper surface portion 12a, and the presser member 12 can be fixed to the base member 11 by screws (not shown). Moreover, the hole 12d is provided in the center part of the upper surface part 12a, and the central pillar 20 can be penetrated.

The four inclined surface portions 12b extend from the four sides of the upper surface portion 12a toward the outside and down to the ground surface, and the pressing member 12 has a substantially parallelogram shape as a whole when viewed from above. A reflector 13 is disposed on at least one surface of the slope portion 12b. In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the reflectors 13 are disposed on two surfaces of a pair of opposed slope portions 12b. Here, as the reflector, a wide angle reflector (wide angle reflector) and the like are exemplified. Further, the angle between the inclined surface portion 12b on which the reflector 13 is disposed and the ground contact surface is preferably 20 to 40 °, and more preferably 30 °. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the angle between the inclined surface portion 12 b where the reflector 13 is not disposed and the ground contact surface is 40 ° or more. However, in order to reduce the impact when the vehicle rides, Is preferably smaller.

Fig.3 (a) is a top view of the base member 11, FIG.3 (b) is BB sectional drawing of Fig.3 (a). The base member 11 includes a parallelogram plate-like portion 11a and a cylindrical portion 11b protruding from the plate-like portion 11a. Two screw holes 11c are provided in the plate-like portion 11a at positions corresponding to the fixing holes 12c of the pressing member 12, and the pressing member 12 can be fixed to the base member 11 by screws (not shown). . A bolt hole 11d for an anchor bolt is provided at the center of the plate-like portion 11a. By fixing the base member 11 by screwing anchor bolts to anchors installed on the road surface, the line-of-sight guide 1 is fixed to the road surface.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which the line-of-sight guide 1 is installed on the road. Specifically, it is an AA cross-sectional view of the plan view of FIG. The central column 20 has a hollow column shape with a closed head. The lower end 20a of the central column 20 has a shape protruding in the outer peripheral direction in order to prevent dropping. In the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, it is formed in a bowl shape that is further bent outward and the lower end portion 20 a is inverted, and the central column 20 is more difficult to come off from the base portion 10. The cross-sectional shape of the central column 20 is not particularly limited, but is preferably cylindrical from the viewpoint of visibility from all directions and manufacturing simplicity. The center column 20 has an outer diameter of 5 to 15 cm, a wall thickness of 2 to 10 mm, more preferably 3 to 8 mm, and a length of 40 cm to 1.5 m. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of reflection sheets 21 are wound around the outer surface extending from the upper part of the central column 20 to the central part to enhance night-time visibility of the line-of-sight guide 1.

As shown in FIG. 4, the center column 20 is fixed by sandwiching the lower end 20 a between the base member 11 and the presser member 12. More specifically, the inner periphery of the lower end portion 20a of the center column 20 is fitted to the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 11b of the base member 11, and the outer periphery of the lower end portion 20a of the center column 20 is fitted to the inner surface of the hole portion 12d of the presser member 12. The lower inner surface of the pressing member 12 and the lower outer periphery of the base member 11 are fitted to support the lower portion of the center column 20.

When fixing the line-of-sight guide 1 to the road surface, the anchor bolt 30 is inserted into the bolt hole 11d from the upper surface side of the base member 11, and the anchor bolt 30 is screwed into the anchor 31 installed on the road surface to fix the base member 11. . Since the base 10 (base member 11 and presser member 12) is a parallelogram, the line-of-sight guide 1 of the present invention is easy to position along the center separation line (center line) of the road, and in the traveling direction of the road. Easy to install along.

The central column 20 is made of a thermoplastic elastomer. As the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), a known thermoplastic elastomer can be used without any particular limitation. Specifically, polyester TPE, polyurethane TPE (TPU), polyolefin TPE (TPO), polystyrene TPE (TPS), polyamide TPE (TPAE), ionomer TPE, diene TPE, polyvinyl chloride TPE ( TPVC), polyvinyl chloride / polyurethane polymer alloy TPE, a mixture of thermoplastic resin and rubber, and the like. A thermoplastic elastomer in which rubber is mixed or finely dispersed in these thermoplastic elastomers can also be used. These TPEs can be used alone, and two or more of them may be mixed and used as necessary. The thermoplastic elastomer preferably has a hardness of 98 or less in terms of JIS-A hardness, more preferably 93 or less. If the hardness is too high, damage may occur due to repeated bending. The hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer is usually 50 or more in terms of JIS-A hardness. Among the thermoplastic elastomers described above, the use of polyurethane-based TPE is particularly preferable because of its excellent durability.

The base member 11 and the pressing member 12 are made of a thermoplastic resin. As a thermoplastic resin, a well-known thing can be used without limitation. Specifically, PET, PBT, polypropylene terephthalate, polyalkylene terephthalate resin such as polyester of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and terephthalic acid, polyethylene naphthalate, polypropylene naphthalate, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and naphthalenedicarboxylic acid Examples include polyalkylene naphthalate resins such as polyesters, polycarbonate resins, polyphenylene oxide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyurethane resins, fluorine resins such as PFA, ABS resins, and blend resins, polymer alloys, etc. selected from these resins. Is done. The thermoplastic resin constituting the base member 11 and the pressing member 12 may be the same or different materials. The pressing member 12 can be used in combination with the thermoplastic elastomer.

<Second Embodiment>
The base 10 of the line-of-sight guide 1 according to the present invention can fix the central pillar 20 having various thicknesses. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the line-of-sight guide 1 of the second embodiment, and shows an example in which the central column 20 having an outer diameter smaller than that of the central column 20 of the first embodiment is fixed to the base unit 10. . At this time, the base 10 includes an adapter member 14 in addition to the base member 11 and the pressing member 12. The adapter member 14 fills a gap between the inner periphery of the hole 12 d of the holding member 12 and the outer periphery of the center column 20, and is appropriately designed according to the outer diameter of the center column 20. Thus, by changing the shape of the adapter member 14, the line-of-sight guide 1 can be configured to include various central pillars 20. In this embodiment, the lower part of the center column 20 is fixed to the base member 11 with screws, and the center column 20 and the base member 11 are integrally fixed to the anchor 31 with anchor bolts 30.

<Third Embodiment>
