Abstract

Claims (10)
- 回転機械(12、14、24)を備えるシステムであって、前記回転機械が、
底面(84)と、該底面(84)から離れて第1の方向(66)で互いに向かって収束して開口を形成する第1のテーパ側部(86)とを有する溝(76)を含む回転構成部品(62)と、
前記溝(76)内に配置されるバランスウェイト(78)と
を備えており、前記バランスウェイト(78)が、本体と、前記第1の方向(66)で互いに向かって収束する第2のテーパ側部(100)とを含み、前記バランスウェイトが、前記開口を介して前記溝(76)内に入り、回転して前記第1及び第2のテーパ側部(86、100)を係合するよう構成されている、システム。 - 前記バランスウェイト(78)が、該バランスウェイト(78)の回転軸の回りに対向するカム面(110)を含み、前記カム面(110)が、前記第2のテーパ側部(100)を前記第1のテーパ側部(86)に略垂直な第1の位置から、前記第1のテーパ側部(86)に略平行な第2の位置まで回転させるように構成される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のテーパ側部(100)が、前記バランスウェイトの回転軸に沿って前記第1の方向(66)で互いに向かって収束し、前記バランスウェイトが、前記回転軸を中心とした非対称円周を有し、前記非対称円周が、第1の対向面(96)と第2の対向面(100)との間に円周方向で対向する湾曲面を含み、前記第1の対向面(96)が、前記第2の対向面間の第2の距離(100)よりも小さい第1の距離(98)でオフセットされる、請求項1又は請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の距離(98)が前記開口の幅(92)よりも小さく、前記第2の距離(100)が前記開口の幅(92)よりも大きい、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記バランスウェイトの本体が、貫通して延在して、前記溝(76)に前記バランスウェイト(78)を固定するために締結具(114)を受けるように構成された少なくとも1つのアパーチャ(108)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記締結具(114)が、前記溝(76)の底面(84)から前記バランスウェイト(78)の後面(102)をオフセットさせるように、前記アパーチャ(108)内に配置される、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記溝(76)が、前記底面(84)にスロット(88)を含み、前記スロット(88)が、前記バランスウェイト(78)の回転を妨げるために前記締結具(114)を受けるように構成される、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記バランスウェイト(78)が、かしめることなく前記溝(76)内に固定される、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記開口が前記溝(76)を貫通する均一な幅(92)を有する、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- タービンエンジン(12、14)の回転構成部品(62)の溝(76)内に装着するように構成されたバランスウェイト(78)を備えるシステムであって、
前記バランスウェイト(78)が、ベース(84)と、該ベースから延在する回転軸と、該回転軸の回りの対向するカム面(110)を有する円周とを含み、前記対向するカム面(110)が、前記回転軸に沿って前記ベース(84)から離れる方向で互いに向かって少なくとも部分的に傾斜している、システム。
