。   Conventionally, many techniques for remodeling an opening device provided in an opening of a building are known, and the existing frame body of this opening device (hereinafter referred to as “existing frame body”) is renovated. There is known a technique for retrofitting an opening device by retrofitting a frame (hereinafter referred to as a “remodeling frame”) and providing a new door or the like on the frame (Patent Document 1). 2).

In the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, a base member (anchor) is screwed to an existing frame body, and a modified frame body is fixed to the base member from the indoor side and the outdoor side. .

Further, in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 2, by arranging a base member (outer base metal fitting) or a spacer between the existing frame body and the refurbished frame body, the verticality (vertical frame material) of the refurbished frame body or It is set as the structure which can set level (upper frame, lower frame).

Japanese Patent No. 4017918

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the expected portion 7 b of the cover member 7 is fixed to the expected portion 21 b on the outdoor side 8 of the refurbished vertical frame member 21 by a fixing member 62. And since the fixing member 62 does not appear in the external appearance (finding part 7a) of the cover member 7 formed in the state which closed the refurbished door 3 by such a fixed form, the finding part of the cover member 7 There is no problem that the aesthetic appearance of the design formed by 7a is damaged by the fixing member 62. In this regard, in the configuration of Patent Document 2 described in the prior art, the flange portion that appears on the outdoor side 8 of the refurbishment frame is fixed from the outdoor side 8 with a fixing member such as a screw. It will appear in the appearance.

Also, as shown in FIG. 2, in order to fill the gap between the folded portion 7c of the cover member 7 and the folded portion 41f of the existing vertical frame member 41, and the gap between the folded portion 7c and the building wall surface 13, The caulking agent 10R is filled.

2, the left-hand side refurbished vertical frame member 22 is a chamber facing the find portion 22a facing the find portion 42a of the existing vertical frame member 42 and the expecting portion 42b on the outdoor side 8 of the existing vertical frame member 42. A prospective portion 22b on the outer side 8, an intermediate portion 22c continuous from the prospective portion 22d toward the center of the opening 12, and a prospective portion 22d on the indoor side 9 continuing from the intermediate portion 22c toward the indoor side 9. , And a folded portion 22e formed at an end portion of the expectation portion 22d on the indoor side 9.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the projection 22d on the indoor side 9 extends to the outdoor side 8 from the intermediate portion 22c, so that a recess 22U for inserting the packing 22P is inserted between the projections 22b and 22b. It is supposed to be formed.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the refurbished vertical frame member 22 has a folded portion 22h that is continuous toward the indoor side 9 from the end portion on the opposite side of the expectation portion 22b in the find portion 22a.

And as shown in FIG. 2, the expectation part 22b of the outdoor side 8 of the refurbished vertical frame member 22 of the above structure is fixed to the expectation part 42b of the outdoor side 8 of the existing vertical frame member 42 by the fixing members 63 and 63. It is fixed. In addition, a reinforcing member 64 can be appropriately disposed between the expectation part 42b and the expectation part 22b. The reinforcing member 64 can be fixed in advance to the expectation portion 22b side of the refurbished vertical frame member 22 or the expectation portion 42b side of the existing vertical frame member 42 by welding or the like. Further, in order to fill the gap between the folded portion 22h of the refurbished vertical frame member 22 and the folded portion 42f of the existing vertical frame member 42 and the gap between the folded portion 22f and the building wall surface 13, the caulking agent 10L is used. It is designed to be filled.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the hinge 31 of the modified door 3 is fixed to the expected portion 22 b of the outdoor side 8 of the modified vertical frame member 22. In this way, the side on which the refurbished vertical frame member 22 arranged on the left side in the figure is the hanging side of the refurbished door 3, and the side on which the refurbished vertical frame member 21 arranged on the right side in FIG. It becomes the door end side of the door 3.

Next, the refurbishment procedure will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, only the existing frame 4 is left in the opening 12 of the building by removing an existing door (not shown). The framed refurbished frame 2 is inserted from the outdoor side 8 into the opening 4A surrounded by the existing frame 4.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, in the state where the refurbished vertical frame member 22 is disposed opposite to the left-side existing vertical frame member 42, the refurbished vertical frame member 22 is fixed by the fixing members 63 and 63. 42 is fixed. In this state, the repositioning frame 2 is positioned on the left suspension base side in the drawing. Further, the modified upper frame material 23 and the modified lower frame material 24 are appropriately fixed to the existing upper frame material 43 and the existing lower frame material 44 shown in FIG.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C, the refurbishment vertical frame member 21 on the door end side is operated in the following procedure.
First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the refurbished vertical frame member 21 is moved from the outdoor side 8 to the indoor side 9, and the refurbished vertical frame member 21 is opposed to the existing vertical frame member 41. In this state, the fixing member 61 is inserted into the hole 21s formed in the refurbished vertical frame member 21, and the fixing member 61 is screwed into the hole 41s formed in the existing vertical frame member 41. By inserting, the refurbished vertical frame member 21 is temporarily fixed to the existing vertical frame member 41 as shown in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, in the state where the refurbished vertical frame member 21 is temporarily fixed to the existing vertical frame member 41, the outer peripheral surface 21a of the refurbished vertical frame member 21 and the expected portion of the existing vertical frame member 41 A gap 5 is formed between 41b and 41b. And this clearance gap 5 is open | released by the outdoor side 8, and the opening part 6 is formed.

And as shown in FIG.3 (b), the spacer member 51 is inserted through the open part 6 with respect to the clearance gap 5 formed as mentioned above. The number of the spacer members 51 to be used can be appropriately selected such as one or a plurality of spacer members 51 according to the width dimension of the gap 5. That is, the use of the spacer member 51 can be selected according to the situation of the gap 5 that is first confirmed at the time of refurbishment on site. This is because the shape of the existing frame body 4 varies in the field due to the occurrence of bending due to aging and the like, and it is necessary to adjust appropriately according to the situation of the field. In addition, since the adjustment work here can be performed while visually confirming the state of the gap 5, workability is improved.

And as shown in FIG.3 (b), it adjusts using the spacer member 51 so that the refurbished vertical frame material 21 may be arrange | positioned as vertical as possible. At the time of this adjustment, the other refurbished vertical frame member 22 (see FIG. 2) is appropriately loosened. When the adjustment is completed, all the fixing members 61 that have been temporarily fixed are screwed. Complete the fixing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the adjustment by the spacer member 51 is appropriately performed at a plurality of locations in the vertical direction of the refurbished vertical frame member 21, and thus is appropriately performed at a plurality of locations. This makes it possible to make fine adjustments. Further, depending on the situation at the site, the spacer member 51 may not be used. Further, since the opening 6 is formed, it is possible to pull out all the spacer members 51 once inserted and start the adjustment work from the beginning.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the spacer member 51 is a substantially plate-like member having a substantially U-shaped cutout portion 51a, and the shaft portion 61a of the fixing member 61 is inserted into the cutout portion 51a. It has come to be. Accordingly, when the spacer member 51 is inserted, the insertion of the spacer member 51 can be stopped by the end surface of the cutout portion 51 a coming into contact with the shaft portion 61 a of the fixing member 61. It is possible to define the position. Moreover, it can also be set as the state suspended so that the end surface of the notch part 51a might be hooked on the axial part 61a of the fixing member 61, and it becomes possible to prevent the spacer member 51 from falling at the time of work. In addition, about the shape of the notch 51a, it is preferable to make it a substantially U-shaped groove-shaped notch such as a substantially U-shape, but it may be a simple hole shape. Good. In the case of such a hole shape, it is necessary to insert the fixing member 61a so as to match the hole, and it is necessary to remove the fixing member 61a once when the spacer member is pulled out. .

Next, as shown in FIG. 3C, the cover member 7 is prepared, and the expected portion 7 b of the cover member 7 is disposed so as to contact the expected portion 21 b on the outdoor side 8 of the refurbished vertical frame material 21. Then, the fixing member 62 is inserted into the hole 7 s formed in the cover member 7, and the fixing member 62 is screwed into the hole 21 r formed in the refurbished vertical frame member 21. 2, the attachment of the cover member 7 can be completed.

As described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the refurbished frame body 2 (refurbished vertical frame members 21 and 22) is fixed to the existing frame body 4 (existing vertical frame members 41 and 42), and the cover member 7 is As a state of being attached to the refurbished vertical frame member 21, the attachment of the refurbished frame body 2 is completed. Then, by fixing the refurbished door 3 to the refurbished vertical frame member 22, the installation of the refurbished door 3 can be completed, thereby completing a series of refurbishment operations.

The above is the form of the first embodiment. That is, as shown in FIGS.
A refurbishment frame structure 1 for an opening device for attaching and fixing a refurbishment frame 2 for refurbishment to an existing frame 4 provided in an opening 12 of a building,
An outer peripheral surface 21a of at least one refurbished frame member (in this embodiment, a refurbished vertical frame member 21) constituting the refurbished frame body 2, and an existing frame member of the existing frame body 4 facing the outer peripheral surface 21a (this embodiment) In the example, in the gap 5 formed between the prospective portion 41b of the existing vertical frame member 41),
A spacer member 51 for adjusting an arrangement angle of the refurbished vertical frame member 21 with respect to the existing vertical frame member 41 may be sandwiched;
The refurbished vertical frame member 21 is configured to have an opening 6 that opens the gap 5 to at least the indoor side 9 or one of the outdoor sides 8 (the outdoor side 8 in this embodiment).
In the state where the refurbished frame body 2 is housed inside the existing frame body 4, the spacer member 51 can be inserted into the gap 5 through the opening portion 6.

With such a configuration, the arrangement angle of the refurbished frame body 2 using the spacer member 51 can be adjusted while visually confirming the state of the gap 5, so that workability is improved and refurbishment work is performed. Can be completed in a short time. In addition, since the base member is unnecessary, the manufacturing cost of the base member and the labor for mounting are not required.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a cover member 7 for covering the opening 6 is fixed to the refurbished vertical frame member 21.

With such a configuration, the open portion 6 is covered and the appearance design by the cover member 7 can be configured.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cover member 7 is fixed to the expected portion 41 b of the existing vertical frame member 41.

With such a configuration, when the refurbished door 3 is closed, the fixing member 62 for fixing the cover member 7 does not appear on the appearance, so that the aesthetic appearance of the design formed by the cover member 7 is impaired by the fixing member 62. There is no problem.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the spacer member 51 is a substantially plate-like member.

With such a configuration, by appropriately setting the number of spacer members 51 to be used, it is possible to easily adjust the arrangement angle of the refurbished frame body 2 according to the situation at the site.

The spacer member 51 has a notch 51a, and a shaft 61a of a fixing member 61 for fixing the refurbished vertical frame 21 to the existing vertical frame 41 is inserted into the notch 51a. , That's what it is.

With such a configuration, it is possible to define the insertion stop position of the spacer member 51 and prevent the spacer member 51 from dropping during work.

As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the spacer member 51 is substantially plate-shaped, and as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the spacer member 51S is substantially plate-shaped and has a substantially U-shaped notch. The cross section is triangular so that the thickness decreases as it approaches the opening end of the portion 51s, or the end on the opening end side of the substantially U-shaped cutout portion 51u as in the spacer member 51U shown in FIG. In the portion 51v, the cross section may be triangular (only the cross section of only the end 51v is triangular) so that the thickness of the end 51v decreases as it approaches the opening end of the notch 51u. Thus, by reducing the thickness of the opening end side of the substantially U-shaped notch, that is, the tip end side when inserting the spacer member, the spacer member is inserted when the gap is narrow. Is easier to do.

It is supposed to be a renovation method.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the refurbishing method further includes a step of fixing a cover member 7 for covering the opening 6 to the refurbished vertical frame member 21.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cover member 7 is fixed to the expected portion 41 b of the existing vertical frame member 41.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the spacer member 51 is a substantially plate-like member.

The spacer member 51 has a notch 51a, and a shaft 61a of a fixing member 61 for fixing the refurbished vertical frame 21 to the existing vertical frame 41 is inserted into the notch 51a. , Is to do

In the above embodiment, the upper side in FIG. 2 is the outdoor side 8 and the lower side is the indoor side 9. However, the present invention can also be implemented at a location where the upper side is the indoor side and the lower side is the outdoor side.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the existing frame 4 and the refurbished frame 2 are configured as a four-sided frame, but the present invention is applicable to those configured as a three-sided frame. .
