Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼装置は、液体燃料を加熱気化して燃焼用ガスとする蒸発部6と、この燃焼用ガスと一次空気とを混合した予混合ガスを噴出する予混合ガス噴出部11を備え、予混合ガス噴出部11の流入口12を蒸発部6よりも高い位置に設けた。このように構成することにより、蒸発部6と流入口12の間には未気化の液体燃料を留まらせる空間が形成され、液体燃料が完全に気化するための十分な時間を与えることができるため、蒸発していない液体状態の燃料が予混合ガス噴出部11に流入することを防止できる。

Claims (5)
- 気化器を加熱するヒータと、液体燃料を加熱気化して燃焼用ガスとする蒸発部と、燃焼用ガスと一次空気とを混合して予混合ガスとする気化室と、気化室と連通し流入口と噴出口を有する予混合ガス噴出部と、気化器の鉛直下方に設けられ予混合ガスを燃焼するバーナ部とを備え、予混合ガス噴出部の流入口が蒸発部より高い位置に設けられていることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
- 前記予混合ガス噴出部の穴長は流入口径よりも大であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記予混合ガス噴出部と前記バーナ部は同軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の燃焼装置。
- 水素含有ガスを供給する水素含有ガス供給管を備え、前記バーナ部は予混合ガスおよび水素含有ガスを燃焼することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記バーナ部は、中央に予混合ガスが噴出する予混合ガス噴出孔と、予混合ガス噴出孔の外周に水素含有ガスが噴出する水素含有ガス噴出孔と、水素含有ガス噴出孔の外周に二次空気が噴出する二次空気噴出孔を有する炎板を備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃焼装置。
