Description

The present invention relates to a carriage provided with a carriage guide function for preventing an overturning and displacement of an axle box with respect to a carriage frame and preventing the vehicle from overturning when a railway vehicle traveling on a rail derails. In particular, the present invention relates to a cart that has been improved so that the cart guide function can be effectively exhibited even in a cart that employs a Sminden-type axle box support system that is effective in reducing the weight of the cart and following high-speed traveling.

The inventors of the present invention have proposed a device having a stopper (deviation prevention guide) on the lower surface of the axle box as a cart having a function of preventing the vehicle from overturning after derailment (see Patent Document 1). This stopper comes into contact with the rail when the wheel deviates from the rail, sandwiches the rail between the guide and the wheel, and restrains the vehicle from being inclined or displaced more than a predetermined amount in the vehicle width direction.

FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining an example of a carriage provided with a stopper.
This figure shows an S-Minden-type axle box support type carriage. The S Minden type is a method in which the axle box is supported in a cantilevered manner from the center of the carriage frame by two upper and lower leaf springs.
A wheel 1 of the railway vehicle is fixed to an axle (not shown), and a bearing (not shown) of the axle is housed in an axle box 3. The axle box 3 is supported in the vertical direction with respect to the side beam 7 of the carriage frame by an axle spring 5 (coil spring). The shaft spring 5 is accommodated in a spring case 8 provided at the tip of the side beam 7. Further, the axle box 3 is supported in a cantilever manner by an axle box support device 10 with respect to the side beam 7 in the front-rear direction. In this example, the axle box supporting device is two leaf springs 11 arranged in parallel vertically.

A stopper 20 extending downward is attached to the lower surface of the axle box 3. In this example, the stopper 20 is a T-shaped member as viewed from the side, and includes a fixed piece 21 fixed to the lower surface of the axle box 3 and a stopper piece 22 depending from the fixed piece. The stopper piece 20 is a rectangular plate parallel to the rail R.

In the cart configured as described above, when the wheel 1 deviates from the rail R, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), the wheel 1 travels on the sleepers of the track, and at the same time, the stopper 20 Located outside of. When the wheel 1 tries to move further away from the rail R (in the left side in the figure), the inner surface of the stopper piece 22 of the stopper 20 comes into contact with the outer surface of the rail R and moves toward the inner side of the wheel 1. In addition to preventing the vehicle itself from falling inward. That is, it is possible to prevent the vehicle from overturning and a large inclination.

This stopper is an effective method for preventing overturning of the vehicle at the time of derailment, and its effect is actually obtained. However, this form is effective when the bogie is solid, but there is a concern that it may be effective for a lighter bogie in recent years and a soft bogie adapted to curve traveling. To be specific, conventionally, a rigid leaf spring is used as the axle box support device, or the axle box is supported from both the front and rear ends of the carriage frame (Minden type, IS type, Alstomlink type, etc.) In recent years, however, the axle box is cantilevered from the center of the carriage frame (S Minden type, shaft beam, as described above) in order to cope with the weight reduction of vehicles and the curve following characteristics of high-speed vehicles. The main method is to support the formula.

When the axle box support method uses a rigid leaf spring or supports the axle box from both the front and rear ends of the carriage frame, the axle box is supported rigidly from the front and rear directions, so the front and rear direction Can withstand impact from.
However, in the case of the cantilever type, the support force of the axle box is weaker than in the case of supporting by both sides from both front and rear directions. In particular, in the S Minden type, if the distance between the two leaf springs can be maintained in parallel, the rigidity strong against compression can be exhibited from the front-rear direction, but the rigidity as strong as the pulling direction cannot be obtained. For this reason, when the axle box receives an impact from the front-rear direction or the like, it is expected that the upper and lower leaf springs are deformed differently, and the axle box falls or the support device buckles. For example, as shown in FIG. 2C after the derailment of the wheel, when the joint plate J of the rail R is present in the front, an impact is applied to the stopper 20 from the front. Then, the two leaf springs 11 that are the axle box support device 10 are buckled, the axle box 3 is inclined forward, and the stopper 20 may be detached from the rail R.

In addition, after derailment, although a wheel drive | works on a sleeper, the situation where the member which fastens a sleeper and a rail with a wheel will be destroyed is also anticipated. Therefore, as with the stopper described above, there has been proposed a device that prevents the displacement and inclination of the axle box by contacting the rail at the time of derailment and minimizes the displacement in the height direction with respect to the rail of the wheel (for example, patents). Reference 2). This device is a guide member having a recess opened downward, and is attached to the lower surface of the axle box. When derailed, the head of the rail fits into the recess of the guide member, preventing the vehicle from tilting or overturning and preventing the wheels from running on the sleepers.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is a soft cart that improves the curve followability of a lightweight cart and a high-speed vehicle, specifically, an S-Minden-type axle box support method. An object of the present invention is to provide a carriage that can prevent the stopper from being removed from the rail and losing the carriage guide function.

The bogie of the railway vehicle according to the present invention includes an axle box that houses an axle bearing, an axle spring disposed on the axle box, a carriage frame mounted on the axle spring, and the shaft relative to the carriage frame. An axle box support device that mainly supports the box in the front-rear direction, and a carriage of a railway vehicle, wherein the bearing support device connects the axle box and a central part of the carriage frame in a substantially horizontal direction. It has two upper and lower leaf springs and supports the axle box in a cantilevered manner. A carriage guide stopper that contacts the outer surface of the rail when the vehicle is derailed protrudes from the lower outer surface of the axle box. Spring buckling suppression means is provided to suppress buckling of the two upper and lower leaf springs when an impact force is applied to the stopper at the time of vehicle derailment. By preventing the axle box from being greatly inclined and greatly deformed, It is possible to prevent the stopper from being removed from the rail and losing the cart guide function.

According to the present invention, even when the support structure of the bogie frame and the axle box is a cantilever support type with two upper and lower leaf springs, the spring when the impact is applied to the stopper from the vehicle traveling direction or the like when the vehicle is derailed. Buckling deformation can be suppressed. For this reason, the axle box is supported so that it does not tilt significantly with respect to the carriage frame, and the carriage guide function can be maintained during derailment in which the axle box stopper and wheels are guided across the rail, and the vehicle falls, etc. Can be prevented.

In the present invention, as the spring buckling suppression means, an elastic member may be interposed between the upper and lower two leaf springs.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, when the shaft box support structure is a cantilever type (S Minden type) composed of two upper and lower leaf springs, the buckling of the upper and lower leaf springs is buckled. Since the spring buckling suppression means for suppressing the above is provided, it is possible to suppress the buckling deformation of the leaf spring when an impact is applied to the stopper from the vehicle traveling direction or the like when the vehicle is derailed. For this reason, the axle box is supported so as not to be inclined greatly with respect to the carriage frame, and the carriage guide function can be maintained during derailment, and the vehicle can be prevented from falling over.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS It is a figure explaining typically the structure of the axle box vicinity of the railway vehicle trolley | bogie which concerns on the 1st Embodiment of this invention, Comprising: FIG. 1 (A) is a side view at the time of normal driving | running | working, FIG.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
With reference to FIG. 1, a description will be given of a bogie for a railway vehicle according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1A, axle bearings (not shown) of the wheels 1 of the railway vehicle are housed in the axle box 3. The axle box 3 is supported in the vertical direction with respect to the side beam 7 by an axle spring 5 (coil spring). The shaft spring 5 is accommodated in a spring case 8 provided at the tip of the side beam 7 of the carriage frame and having an open bottom surface. The axle box 3 is supported by an axle box support device 10 including two upper and lower leaf springs 11 parallel to the side beam 7 in the front-rear direction.

Near the center in the length direction between the two leaf springs 11, a rubber block (elastic member) 30 having elasticity is interposed as a spring buckling suppression means. The rubber block 30 has a cylindrical shape, and a shaft hole is formed in the shaft core. As shown in FIG. 1B, the rubber block 30 is fixed to the two leaf springs 11 by bolts 31 and nuts 32 that are sandwiched between the two leaf springs 11 and penetrate the shaft holes.

As shown in FIG. 1A, a downwardly extending stopper 20 is attached to the lower surface of the axle box 3. The stopper 20 is a T-shaped member as viewed from the front (see FIG. 2), a fixed piece 21 fixed to the lower surface of the axle box 3, and a stopper piece 22 parallel to the rail R hanging from the fixed piece. Have

As described above, when the wheel 1 deviates from the rail R, the wheel 1 travels on the sleepers of the track, and the stopper 20 is positioned outside the rail R.

When an impact is applied to the stopper 20 from the front direction while the stopper 20 is functioning in this way, the two leaf springs 11 are buckled and the axle box 3 tends to tilt forward. However, since the rubber block 30 exists between the leaf springs 11, the space between the two springs 11 is maintained, and buckling deformation of the leaf springs 11 is suppressed. Thereby, the inclination of the axle box 3 is prevented to some extent, and the stopper 20 can be held so as not to be detached from the rail R.
Note that the elasticity of the rubber block 30 does not hinder the support characteristics of the axle box 3 during normal travel, and the S Minden travel characteristics are maintained.

As a means for fixing the rubber block 30 between the leaf springs 11, as shown in FIG. 1C, the rubber block 30 is sandwiched between the leaf springs 11, and the periphery of the rubber block 30 is wrapped with a belt-like member 33 together with the leaf springs 11. There is a way to fix. Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, the rubber block 30 may be fixed with bolts 31 and nuts 32, and the periphery thereof may be wound and fixed with a band-shaped member 33.
