Abstract
Description
The present invention is applied to an electric vehicle such as a hybrid vehicle or an electric vehicle having an electric motor as a power source, and performs vibration suppression control of an electric vehicle that performs vibration suppression F / B control on a motor torque command value during execution of vibration suppression control. Relates to the device.
Conventionally, as a vibration suppression control device for an electric vehicle, in a vehicle using an electric motor as a power source, a motor rotation speed detecting means for detecting the rotation speed of the motor or an amount corresponding thereto, and a first one according to various vehicle information A first torque target value setting means for setting a torque target value and a motor torque command value to be described later are input, and a characteristic corresponding to a model Gp (s) of a torque input to the vehicle-motor rotational speed transfer characteristic is obtained. Motor rotation speed estimation means for estimating the motor rotation speed through a filter having, a subtraction means for taking a deviation between the motor rotation speed estimated value and the motor rotation speed detection value, and a deviation calculated by the subtraction means are input and transmitted. It is known that it is composed of second torque target value setting means for calculating a second torque target value through a filter of H (s) / Gp (s) using a characteristic model Gp (s). Have (E.g., see Patent Document 1).
In this conventional device, the first torque target value and the second torque target value are added together to suppress torsional vibration of the drive shaft as a motor torque command value. Here, H (s) / Gp (s) is the torque target value for estimating the disturbance with 1 / Gp (s), extracting the vibration component of the disturbance with H (s), and suppressing the vibration with both. Has the role of calculating
Further, as a conventional vibration suppression control device similar to
However, all conventional vibration suppression control devices for electric vehicles apply a filter that passes at least the signal in the vibration frequency band to the disturbance estimated from the deviation between the estimated motor rotation speed value and the detected motor rotation speed value. Thus, the torque target value for suppressing the vibration is calculated. For this reason, in the transient state immediately after the start of vibration suppression control, due to the estimated delay in disturbance, the filter erroneously detects steady disturbance caused by fluctuations in vehicle weight and running resistance (including gradient) as vibration, and vibration suppression. The motor torque fluctuates unnecessarily immediately after the start of control. As a result, there is a problem that when vibration suppression control is started during traveling, the acceleration varies due to the variation of the motor torque, which gives the driver a feeling of strangeness.
Here, the reason for starting the vibration suppression control during traveling is that in a system having at least one clutch that interrupts power between the driving motor and the driving wheel, it is synchronized with the engagement / non-engagement of the clutch during traveling. This is because it is necessary to switch the vibration suppression control to ON / OFF. That is, since the vibration of the vehicle cannot be suppressed by the motor torque unless the clutch is in the engaged state, if the vibration suppression control is continuously executed in the non-engaged state, a malfunction occurs.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-described problem, and is unnecessary in the transient state immediately after the start of the vibration suppression control that is stopped during traveling due to steady disturbance caused by fluctuations in the vehicle weight or traveling resistance. An object of the present invention is to provide a vibration suppression control device for an electric vehicle that can suppress a fluctuation in acceleration and prevent a driver from feeling uncomfortable.
In order to achieve the above object, the vibration suppression control apparatus for an electric vehicle according to the present invention has an electric motor as a power source. This vibration suppression control apparatus for an electric vehicle includes motor rotation speed estimation means, motor rotation speed detection means, disturbance estimation means, vibration suppression torque target value calculation means, and pseudo motor rotation speed calculation means. .
The motor rotation speed estimation means estimates a motor rotation speed from a driving torque that is an input torque to the vehicle.
The motor rotation speed detection value detection means detects the motor rotation speed.
The disturbance estimating means calculates a disturbance estimated value for estimating a disturbance from a deviation between the motor rotation speed estimated value and the motor rotation speed detected value.
The vibration suppression torque target value calculation means extracts a vehicle vibration component from the disturbance estimated value and calculates a torque target value for suppressing vibration.
The pseudo motor rotation speed calculation means calculates a motor rotation speed pseudo value.
The disturbance estimation means estimates the disturbance using the motor rotation speed detection value pseudo value instead of the motor rotation speed detection value while the vibration suppression control is stopped before the vibration suppression control is started.
Therefore, in the vibration suppression control device for an electric vehicle according to the present invention, the disturbance estimation means replaces the motor rotation speed detection value with the motor rotation speed pseudo value while the vibration suppression control is stopped before the vibration suppression control is started. The disturbance is estimated using this.
In other words, when vibration suppression control is stopped, disturbance is estimated using the motor rotation speed pseudo value instead of the motor rotation speed detection value. Noise (low-frequency disturbance due to fluctuations in vehicle weight or running resistance) can be removed. For this reason, immediately after the start of vibration suppression control, fluctuations in the drive motor torque due to erroneous detection of steady disturbances as vibrations due to delays in disturbance estimation calculation are prevented, and unnecessary fluctuations in acceleration due to fluctuations in the drive motor torque are prevented. It is suppressed.
As a result, unnecessary acceleration fluctuations caused by steady disturbance caused by fluctuations in vehicle weight and running resistance are suppressed in a transient state immediately after starting vibration suppression control while running, and the driver feels uncomfortable. This can be prevented.

Gp(s)=(s+β)(c2'・s2+c1'・s+c0')/s(s+α)(a3'・s2+a2'・s+a1')…(15)
Gp(s)=(c2'・s2+c1'・s+c0')/s(a3'・s2+a2'・s+a1') …(16)
Based on the equations of motion (1) to (5), a transfer function Gp (s) of motor torque-motor rotational speed of the motor / generator MG is obtained as follows.
And the following formula.
Gp (s) = (c 3 · s 3 + c 2 · s 2 + c 1 · s + c 0 ) / s (a 4 · s 3 + a 3 · s 2 + a 2 · s + a 1 )… (6)
a 4 = 2Jm / Jw / M (7)
a 3 = Jm (2Jw + Mr 2 ) · KT… (8)
a 2 = {Jm + (2Jw / N 2 )} ・ M ・ KD… (9)
a 1 = {Jm + (2Jw / N 2 ) + (Mr 2 / N 2 )} · KD · KT… (10)
c 3 = 2Jw · M (11)
c 2 = Jm (2Jw + Mr 2 ) · KT… (12)
c 1 = M · KD (13)
c 0 = KD ・ KT… (14)
Here, when the poles and zeros of the transfer function in the above equation (6) are examined, one pole and one zero show extremely close values. This corresponds to the fact that α and β in the following equation (15) show extremely close values.
Gp (s) = (s + β) (c 2 '· s 2 + c 1 ' · s + c 0 ') / s (s + α) (a 3 ' · s 2 + a 2 '· s + a 1 ') (15)
Therefore, by pole-zero cancellation (approximate α = β) in equation (15), as shown in the following equation (16):
Gp (s) = (c 2 '· s 2 + c 1 ' · s + c 0 ') / s (a 3 ' · s 2 + a 2 '· s + a 1 ') (16)
The (second order) / (third order) transfer characteristic Gp (s) is formed.
H(s)=τHs/{(1+τHs)・(1+τLs)} …(17)
τL=1/(2πfHC)、fHC=fp、τH=1/(2πfLC)、fLC=fp
である。
Next, the transfer characteristic H (s) will be described. H (s) is a feedback element that reduces only vibration when a band-pass filter is used. At this time, if the frequency fp is the torsional resonance frequency of the drive system and is configured as in the following equation (18), the attenuation characteristics on the low-pass side and the high-pass side are substantially the same, and the torsional resonance frequency of the drive system is On the logarithmic axis (log scale), it is set to be near the center of the passband.
H (s) = τHs / {(1 + τHs) · (1 + τLs)} (17)
However,
τL = 1 / (2πfHC), fHC = fp, τH = 1 / (2πfLC), fLC = fp
It is.

[Problems of comparative example]
FIG. 5 is a graph showing the characteristics of the drive torque target value, the estimated motor rotation speed and the detected value, the motor rotation speed deviation, the estimated disturbance value, and the vibration suppression torque target value when vibration suppression control is performed according to the comparative example. It is explanatory drawing. FIG. 6 is a time chart showing simulation results of motor torque, acceleration, motor rotation speed / pseudo motor rotation speed, control execution flag, and disturbance estimation output when vibration suppression control is performed according to the comparative example. Hereinafter, based on FIG.5 and FIG.6, the subject of a comparative example is demonstrated.
In the comparative example, a vibration component is extracted by applying a bandpass filter to the deviation between the detected motor rotational speed value and the estimated motor rotational speed value calculated from the torque input to the vehicle, and further calculated by applying the inverse system of the controlled object model. By feeding back the estimated disturbance torque value, even when the accelerator is depressed from a stopped state or a decelerated state, a sufficient damping effect is obtained against vibration caused by torsion of the drive shaft. In addition, by using a band-pass filter, steady disturbances (low-frequency disturbances) such as fluctuations in vehicle weight and running resistance (including gradients) are not compensated.
However, for example, in the FR hybrid vehicle as in the first embodiment, feedback control (damping F / B control) based on the filter calculation is performed substantially in synchronization with the timing at which the second clutch CL2 shifts from the slip state to the engaged state. When starting, since there is no correlation between the input torque and the motor rotation speed in the slip state, as shown in the motor rotation speed deviation characteristic of FIG. 5, the filter operation is prohibited before the time t1, and the engagement state from the time t1 is entered. The filter operation is started with the transition of.
In this case, as shown in the disturbance estimated value characteristic of FIG. 5, in the transient state immediately after the start of the damping F / B control by the filter operation, a disturbance estimation delay occurs, and the filter detects a steady disturbance as vibration. Therefore, as shown in the vibration suppression torque target value characteristic of FIG. 5, an unnecessary torque fluctuation occurs immediately after the start of control due to the estimated delay in disturbance.
If it demonstrates with the simulation result at the time of applying the comparative example of FIG. 6, it will be in a control stop state before 7 [s], and control will be started by 7 [s] during driving | running | working. The fact that the motor rotational speed and the pseudo motor rotational speed do not match before 7 [s] indicates that the motor-to-drive wheel clutch is in the slip state. In the comparative example, the filter calculation starts at the same time as the start of control (at the time of 7 [s]), so the disturbance estimation output fluctuates unnecessarily, and the acceleration fluctuates immediately after the start of control.
[Action to prevent erroneous vibration detection immediately after the start of control (point 1)]
FIG. 7 shows characteristics of the drive torque target value, the estimated motor rotation speed and the detected value, the motor rotation speed deviation, the estimated disturbance value, and the vibration suppression torque target value when the vibration suppression control is performed according to the first embodiment. It is a view for explaining the
The
That is, as shown in the motor rotation speed deviation characteristic of FIG. 7, while the vibration suppression control is stopped, the deviation ωm_err between the motor rotation speed estimated value ωm # and the motor rotation speed pseudo value ωm_sus is calculated, and the vibration suppression control is being executed. Calculates the deviation ωm_err between the estimated motor rotational speed value ωm # and the detected motor rotational speed value ωm. Then, by calculating the estimated disturbance value in advance while the control is stopped (time t0 to t1), the disturbance can be estimated at the start of the control as shown in the estimated disturbance characteristic of FIG. Therefore, as shown in the drive suppression torque target value characteristic, unnecessary torque fluctuation does not occur after the start of control.
FIG. 8 is a time chart showing simulation results for
As is apparent from the simulation results, since the calculation of each block is started before the start of control (5 [s]), the disturbance estimated output fluctuates unnecessarily at the start of control (7 [s]). Without any change in the acceleration.
As described above, at
[Motor speed pseudo value gear ratio conversion action (point 2)]
FIG. 9 is a conceptual explanatory diagram of
ωm_sus=ωw・N …(18)
ωm_sus = ωw · N… (18)
The content of outputting the motor rotation speed pseudo value ωm_sus converted to the gear ratio to the motor shaft.
For example, instead of stopping the filter operation while the control is stopped, a countermeasure may be considered in which the filter operation is performed in advance while the control is stopped. However, since the second clutch CL2 is mainly in the non-engaged state while the control is stopped, the motor rotation speed detection value ωm does not include vehicle acceleration information. For this reason, even when the control is stopped, a steady disturbance cannot be accurately removed even if the filter calculation is performed using the detected motor rotation speed value ωm.
On the other hand, at
[Offset correction action of past motor rotation speed pseudo value (point 3)]
FIG. 10 is a conceptual explanatory diagram of
ωm_sus’[0-i]=ωm_sus[0-i]+ωm_err[0] …(19)
That is, when the vibration suppression control is switched from being stopped to being executed, as shown in FIG. 10, the deviation ωm_err between the motor rotational speed detection value ωm [0] and the pseudo motor rotational speed ωm_sus [0] at the same calculation time t1 as the switching is performed. [0] is calculated, and the past pseudo motor rotational speed ωm_sus [i] (i = 1 to 3) is calculated with the deviation ωm_err [0].
ωm_sus' [0-i] = ωm_sus [0-i] + ωm_err [0] (19)
However, [0-i]: Offset correction is performed using the formula of the calculation value before the i calculation cycle when the calculation value at the time of switching is [0]. Here, i = 1 to 3 is because the current value of the motor rotation speed detection value ωm and the past value up to three calculation cycles before are required for the calculation of disturbance estimation.
Therefore, when the vibration suppression control is switched from being stopped to being executed, even if the deviation ωm_err between the motor rotation speed detection value ωm and the motor rotation speed pseudo value ωm_sus is large, the vibration suppression control can be switched without causing unnecessary acceleration fluctuations.
[Calculation of motor rotation speed pseudo value using gear ratio after shifting is completed (point 4)]
The
Therefore, if it is known in advance at which gear stage the vibration suppression control is to be started, the motor rotation speed simulation is performed using the gear ratio at the time of starting the vibration suppression control (= the gear ratio of the gear stage after completion of the gear shift). By calculating the value ωm_sus, the calculation can be performed longer under the same conditions as when the control is started. For this reason, the precision which can remove a steady disturbance improves.
Next, the effect will be described.
In the vibration damping control device for the FR hybrid vehicle according to the first embodiment, the effects listed below can be obtained.
(1) In a vibration suppression control device for an electric vehicle (FR hybrid vehicle) having an electric motor (motor / generator MG) as a power source, a motor rotation speed estimation that estimates a motor rotation speed from a drive torque that is an input torque to the vehicle A disturbance from the deviation ω_err between the motor rotation speed estimation value ωm # and the motor rotation speed detection value ωm, and the motor rotation
For this reason, in a transient state immediately after starting vibration suppression control while running, unnecessary acceleration fluctuations caused by steady disturbance caused by fluctuations in vehicle weight and running resistance are suppressed, giving the driver a sense of incongruity This can be prevented.
(2) The disturbance estimation means (
For this reason, by calculating the estimated disturbance value in advance while the control is stopped, it is possible to prevent erroneous detection of a steady disturbance as vibration due to a calculation delay in disturbance estimation immediately after the start of control. Unnecessary fluctuations in acceleration when starting the operation can be suppressed.
(3) A vehicle speed detection means (vehicle speed sensor 17) for detecting the vehicle speed is provided, and the pseudo motor rotation speed calculation means (pseudo motor rotation
For this reason, when a clutch (second clutch CL2) for connecting / disconnecting power is provided between the drive motor (motor / generator MG) and the drive wheels (left and right rear wheels RL, RR), the clutch can be engaged / released / slip engaged. Even in the state, a steady disturbance can be accurately removed.
(4) When the disturbance estimation means (
For this reason, when the vibration suppression control is switched from being stopped to being executed, even if the deviation ωm_err between the motor rotation speed detection value ωm and the motor rotation speed pseudo value ωm_sus is large, the vibration suppression control can be switched without causing unnecessary acceleration fluctuations.
(5) A stepped transmission (automatic transmission AT) is provided between the drive motor (motor / generator MG) and the drive wheels (left and right rear wheels RL, RR), and the pseudo motor rotation speed calculation means (pseudo motor rotation speed). When calculating the motor rotational speed pseudo value ωm_sus during the shift, the
For this reason, the calculation can be performed for a longer time under the same conditions as when the control is started, and the accuracy with which steady disturbance can be removed can be improved.
The second embodiment is an example in which it is possible to cope with a case where the time from the stop to the restart of the vibration suppression control is short.

H(s)/Gp(s)=1/(s・Gp(s))・H2(s)・H1(s) …(22)
H1(s)=τHs/(1+τHs) …(23)

Next, the action of preventing erroneous vibration detection (point 5) immediately after the start of control will be described.
FIG. 12 shows characteristics of the drive torque target value, the estimated motor rotation speed and the detected value, the motor rotation speed deviation, the estimated disturbance value, and the vibration suppression torque target value when the vibration suppression control is performed according to the second embodiment. FIG. 6 is a view for explaining the
That is, as shown in FIG. 12, while the vibration suppression control is stopped, the motor rotation acceleration deviation ωm_a_err between the first motor rotation acceleration estimated value ωm_a1 and the second motor rotation acceleration estimated value ωm_a2 is calculated, and the control start time (time t1), the internal calculation value is initialized so that the motor rotational acceleration deviation ωm_a_err immediately before the start is in a state of being constantly input. In this way, by initializing the
FIG. 13 shows motor torque, acceleration, motor rotation speed / pseudo motor rotation speed, control execution flag,
As is clear from the simulation results, each block is initialized with almost the same values as in FIG. 8 at the start of control (7 [s]), so no disturbance estimation output is required from the start of control (7 [s]). Thus, the acceleration fluctuation can be suppressed.
As described above, at the
Next, the effect will be described.
In the vibration damping control apparatus for the FR hybrid vehicle of the second embodiment, in addition to the effects (1), (3) to (5) of the first embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(6) The first motor rotational acceleration estimated value ωm_a1 from the motor rotational acceleration estimated value when the driving torque, which is the input torque to the vehicle, is constantly input to the motor rotational speed estimating means (motor rotational
For this reason, it is possible to prevent a stationary disturbance from being erroneously detected as vibration due to a delay in calculation of disturbance estimation immediately after the start of control, and to suppress unnecessary acceleration fluctuations when the control is started during traveling. Since the preparation time is short, it is possible to cope with the case where the time from the control stop to the restart is short.
