Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a concrete curing sheet used for curing vertical surfaces and horizontal surfaces of concrete structures.
Curing of concrete keeps the concrete surface humidity and temperature in a proper state for a specified period after placing, and protects the concrete surface from temperature difference, solar radiation, wind, etc. due to outside air temperature. It is extremely important in improving the quality of the concrete surface.
Conventionally, in order to perform such curing, a sheet is placed on the surface of the concrete after placing, but a wet sheet (made of non-woven fabric, etc.) and (glass wool etc.) manufactured separately, respectively. In the construction site, a wet sheet is first laid, and then a heat insulating sheet is placed on top of it. For this reason, it took a lot of work, and it was unsuitable for curing the vertical part, and it was bulky during transportation and required a large storage space.
1) As a heat insulating member, it is difficult to finish a sheet with a uniform thickness because the heat insulating member is formed by encapsulating a small block or the like obtained by crushing a foam of glass wool, polyurethane, etc. with a waterproof sheet member. Sewing work is required to make it uniform. Moreover, the state of the heat insulating member is difficult to understand, and cannot be used if water enters from a damaged part. Two points of a heat insulating member and a bag-like object that wraps the heat insulating member are required, and the production work is troublesome.
2) As a mat for wetting, a sponge, woven fabric, chemical fiber nonwoven fabric or the like encapsulated with a water-permeable sheet is used, and the same two points as described above are used, and the production work is troublesome.
3) Furthermore, since the heat insulating mat and the wet mat manufactured separately are joined using a double-sided tape or the like, it takes time and effort.
4) As described above, the number of parts is large, man-hours for manufacturing are required, and the cost tends to be high.
5) When glass wool is used, it is likely to cause a decrease in heat retention performance due to scattering during work or bag breakage. For this reason, the maximum number of times that the same heat insulating sheet can be used repeatedly is about five times.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned disadvantages in the prior art, does not require sewing processing, etc., is easy to manufacture, has excellent handleability, and works on vertical surfaces as well as horizontal surfaces. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a concrete curing sheet that is simple and that can well exhibit moisture retention and heat retaining functions as a curing sheet.

(3) The heat insulating sheet is made of a soft resin foam.
(4) The soft resin foam is a polyethylene having a closed cell structure and a high expansion ratio.
(5) The heat retaining sheet comprises two layers of soft resin foams having different foaming ratios, the layer on the moisturizing sheet side has a high foaming ratio, and the other layers have a lower foaming ratio than the layer on the moisturizing sheet side. It is a layer.
(6) A heat reflecting layer having water resistance is provided on the outer surface of the heat insulating sheet.
(1) According to the present invention, the number of parts is small, and the moisturizing sheet and the heat insulating sheet are directly bonded and integrated in the factory without encapsulating the heat insulating member. The manufacturing is simple and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Storage space is also small.
Moreover, it is excellent in handling property, and it is only necessary to install a curing sheet once at the construction site, so that the efficiency of construction work can be improved. Workability at the time of removal is also good. For this reason, the workability on the vertical surface is also greatly improved.
(2) The moisture-retaining sheet and the heat-retaining sheet can be easily and reliably made smooth by being bonded and integrated by welding.
(3) The heat-retaining sheet is made of a soft resin foam, so that it has good heat-retaining properties and handling properties. Cutting is relatively easy, and on-site processing can be performed as needed.
(4) When the soft resin foam is a high foaming ratio polyethylene having a closed cell structure, the heat conductivity and heat transfer coefficient are low, and the heat retaining effect can be exhibited well. Since the cushioning property is high, it is easy to form a roll. Since it can be manufactured non-fluorocarbon, it is also environmentally beneficial.
(5) The heat retaining sheet is composed of two layers having different foaming ratios, the layer on the moisturizing sheet side has a high foaming ratio, and the other layer is a layer having a lower foaming ratio than the layer on the moisturizing sheet side, The roll shape is very easy to transport and store, and the roll is easy to install when unrolled and made into a plate shape.
(6) By providing a heat-reflecting layer having water resistance on the outer surface of the heat insulating sheet, weather resistance is improved, and in winter, the heat from the concrete is reflected inward so as not to escape to the outside.
(7) Due to such a configuration, the same curing sheet can be used repeatedly at least 6 times or more.
Examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following modes.
<全体>

Examples of the polymer absorber include a polyacrylic acid type such as sodium polyacrylate and a cellulose type such as carboxymethylcellulose.
Sodium polyacrylate has a water absorption performance 400 times its own weight, and the conventional wet curing mat does not have water retention in the constituent material itself, and it retains water in the voids of the water retention layer, while taking in water. The taken-in water is preferable because it is difficult to be discharged by pressure or gravity and is gradually and gradually dissipated over time.
In addition, the base sheet is formed as a non-water-permeable film on a surface to be bonded to a heat insulating sheet to be described later, and used as a sheet made of a laminate of the non-water-permeable film and a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric. Can do.
As the non-water-permeable film, a synthetic resin film such as a polyethylene film and other various membranes can be used.
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to prevent moisture from permeating from the

As the soft resin foam, a closed cell structure is preferably used.
Examples thereof include foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, and foamed urethane having a soft closed-cell structure.
