Further, a curing material to be used as an exterior material for heat insulation protection of pipes such as water pipes and pipes for air ducts at a construction site, and a temporary material for preventing concrete from being covered on pipes and valves when concrete is poured. The curing material used in the above was wrapped with a sheet made of foamed resin, or a pipe made of foamed resin was put on the exterior. Since it is troublesome to wind up the sheet, do you often insert the pipe as it is? It was the current situation that the tape was fixed after cutting open in the longitudinal direction and packaging.

According to the curing material of the above-mentioned claim 1, when the two flexible foamed resin sheets are in a flat state and their side end portions are joined to each other, they are inserted into a pipe or the like. Since the whole is tubular along the pipe and the like, it can be transported in a flat state in a low bulk during transportation. And at the time of use, it should be inserted into an object such as piping to be exteriorized, or if it cannot be inserted,
It is possible to cut open in the longitudinal direction and make it exterior, and taping the open part, it can be adsorbed flexibly by the elasticity peculiar to the soft foamed resin sheet to the pipe, etc., especially the whole circular shape However, since it is about to return to the flat state, it is even more likely that the object to be attached, such as a pipe, has good adsorbability and the integrity is enhanced.

Next, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a heat-insulating protection curing material in which two soft foamed resin sheets S, S are opposed to each other in a flat state. One is a state in which a plurality (a large number) are continuously arranged and the other is individually separated. Both are shown in FIGS. In the curing material 1, the side end portions 10, 10 of the portions to be the opposite ends are joined by a welding method using high frequency waves or ultrasonic waves. In the case of the figure, a long foam resin sheet S, S is used to bond a plurality of curing materials 1 in series, but two short soft foam resin sheets are used as a single product. They may be formed facing each other. In the case of a long shape, since the joint width of the portion to be the side end portions 10,10 corresponds to both side end portions 10,10, it is possible to insert a perforation-shaped cut 11 in the center to separate them individually. It is formed in. When the perforations 11 are not formed, the side end portion 1 is cut with scissors or other cutting means.
It may be used by cutting so as to be divided into 1 and 11. The individually curable material 1 can be formed into a tubular shape such as a circle.
