Abstract
【課題】 この発明は、サーボ駆動にすることにより駆動の単独化を図ることができ、制御の自由度をアップするようにするものである。また、交換性を簡易化でき、型替え時、故障時の交換の際の作業性向上が期待できるものである。
【解決手段】 紙パック充填装置であってカートンを筒状に広げた状態で底部を形成した後で、トップ部を仮折するトップフォルダー駆動装置において、当該トップフォルダの駆動をサーボ機構により駆動することを特徴とするものである。

Description
この発明は、筒状に開いた状態のカートンの底部を形成し、牛乳等に代表される飲料を充填するための装置における屋根部分を仮折するためのトップフォルダ駆動装置に関するものである。
収納部に収納された多数の重ねあわされたカートンを一方の端から一枚ずつピッキング部によりピッキングすると共に、カートンを開いて、底部をシールするためのマンドレル装置に送り込まれる。マンドレル装置は、回転しており、各位置で底部形成のための工程を行う。まず最初の位置では、受け取ったカートンの底部の折癖を付ける。さらに次の位置では底部を加熱した後で、底部を折り込み、最後に底部をプレスして底部形成が完成される。
マンドレルから出てきた底部が完成された筒状体は屋根部分の折癖をつけるためにトップフォルダ工程を通過する。従来このトップフォルダ駆動装置は、カム駆動やエアシリンダーによる駆動が一般的であり、制御に自由度がなく、交換時にも時間を要し、より簡易的に交換できる機構が望まれていた。なお、その後、充填装置に送り込まれて、牛乳に代表する飲料を充填する工程へと順次流れている。
この発明は、サーボ駆動にすることにより駆動の単独化を図ることができ、制御の自由度をアップするようにするものである。具体的には、動作開始タイミング折込み時間などのコントロールが容易になる。また、交換性を簡易化でき、型替え時、故障時の交換の際の作業性向上が期待できるものである。
すなわち、本願発明のトップフォルダサーボ駆動装置は、紙パック充填装置であってカートンを筒状に広げた状態で底部を形成した後で、トップ部を仮折するトップフォルダー駆動装置において、当該トップフォルダの駆動をサーボ機構により駆動することを特徴とするものである。
本願発明に係るトップフォルダサーボ駆動装置によれば、サーボ駆動にすることにより駆動の単独化を図ることができるので、制御の自由度をアップすると言う効果を有する。また、交換性を簡易化でき、型替え時、故障時の交換の際の作業性向上するという効果を有する。
以下、添付の図面に従って、この発明を詳細に説明する。図１は装置の概略図であり、マンドレルで底部が形成され出てきた筒状のカートン１が図では右から左に流れている。サーボ駆動するロッド部３が上下方向に駆動され、前記筒状のカートンの搬送に合せてトップフォルダー２がカートンの屋根部分に押圧するようになっている。それにより、カートン成形時に予め付けられた折線に従い、折り目が付くようになっている。

- 紙パック充填装置であってカートンを筒状に広げた状態で底部を形成した後で、トップ部を仮折するトップフォルダー駆動装置において、当該トップフォルダの駆動をサーボ機構により駆動することを特徴とするトップフォルダサーボ駆動装置。
