Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an indoor mite repellent spray.
In recent years, due to changes in the living environment, indoor dust mites such as mites, leopard mites, dust mites, etc. have been generated indoors, causing problems such as causing allergic asthma and skin rash as well as causing discomfort. .
Therefore, there has been a demand for indoor acaricides for processing carpets and bedding, but there are many situations where indoors are used directly in contact with the skin, so it is still necessary to develop safer drugs. The exact control method is not established. Furthermore, it has been clarified that leopard mites that cause allergic asthma can cause allergies even in the corpse itself.
Against this background, a technique for preventing tick from approaching people and patients rather than killing indoor dust mites has been sought, and several proposals have been made so far. For example, JP-A-3-264504 discloses an acaricide or a tick repellent containing eugenol, n-hexyl benzoate or the like as an active ingredient. JP-A-6-16515 discloses plant essential oils such as vetiver oil, patchouli oil, and clove oil as active ingredients for indoor mite control agents, and JP-A-2001-31508 discloses 1,8- Although cineole or eucalyptus oil containing a large amount of this component is disclosed and consideration is given to natural product orientation and safety, the repellent effect on indoor dust mites is not satisfactory.
On the other hand, the present inventors have previously found that cinnamic acid derivatives such as cinnamyl acetate and methyl cinnamate are useful as mite repellents, and have filed a formulation patent relating to an aqueous liquid (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-89424). ). And, as a preferable application example of this preparation, a liquid absorption core type indoor dust mite control product comprising a liquid absorption core that sucks up an aqueous liquid agent and an evaporation part that is located above the liquid absorption core and diffuses the liquid solution sucked up. Presented. This tick-control product can create a space that tick dislikes by the volatilization action of cinnamic acid derivatives, and is highly practical, but is not suitable for applications in which an object is quickly and directly processed.
The present invention uses a cinnamic acid derivative that is highly safe for humans and animals as an anti-mite component, and can have a fast-acting repellent effect against spider mites, leopard mites, dust mites, claw mites, etc., and also the sustainability of the repellent effect The object is to provide an excellent indoor anti-tick spray.
The present invention has been found that the following constitution has an excellent effect for achieving the above-mentioned object.
(1) (a) Cinnamic acid derivative which is an ingredient for preventing ticks, (b) Deodorant ingredient, and (c) A tick repellent composition containing 1 to 3 carbon lower alcohols with a trigger pump. An indoor tick-preventing spray agent that sprays on the surface of the mite and has a spray particle diameter of 50 to 150 μm when sprayed.
(2) The (a) cinnamic acid derivative which is an acaricidal component is one or more selected from cinnamyl acetate, methyl cinnamate, cinnamon aldehyde, and cinnamon oil, and (b) deodorant component The indoor tick-proofing agent according to (1), wherein is a natural plant-derived substance.
(3) The indoor mite-preventing spray according to (2), wherein the cinnamic acid derivative is cinnamyl acetate and the natural plant-derived substance is a koji extract.
The indoor anti-mite spray agent of the present invention uses a cinnamic acid derivative useful as an anti-mite component and, by adding a deodorant component thereto, exhibits an immediate repellent effect against indoor dust mites. Moreover, its practicality is extremely high because of its excellent sustainability.
Examples of the cinnamic acid analog used as the component for preventing mites in the present invention (a) include cinnamyl acetate, cinnamyl formate, methyl cinnamate, ethyl cinnamate, methyl p-methyl cinnamate, cinnamic aldehyde, α-hexyl cinnamic aldehyde, And one or more selected from cinnamon oil and the like. Among these compounds, cinnamyl acetate, methyl cinnamate, cinnamaldehyde, and cinnamon oil are preferable, and cinnamyl acetate is particularly preferable.
The amount of cinnamic acid derivative is suitably about 0.1 to 4.0% by mass relative to the total amount of the mite repellent composition, and if it is less than 0.1% by mass, the desired effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when it exceeds 4.0 mass%, a problem may arise in the liquid property of a tick repellent composition. In addition, when geometrical isomers and optical isomers are present in the compound, it goes without saying that each of them and any mixture thereof are also included in the present invention.
In the present invention, in addition to the cinnamic acid derivative, the repellent effect can be enhanced by adding one or more selected from benzaldehydes and / or eugenols as an acaricidal component. Examples of such compounds include heliotropin, p-anisaldehyde, m-anisaldehyde, perilaldehyde, eugenol, isoeugenol, dihydroeugenol, and eugenyl acetate.
(B) Deodorant component is mix | blended with the indoor mite prevention spray agent of this invention. (B) The deodorant component not only deodorizes the objectionable odors of carpets, bedding, etc., but also deodorizes food odors such as sebum and sweat that ticks prefer, and mites come close to it. In addition, it was confirmed that (a) it was effective in improving the sustainability of the repellent effect in cooperation with the acaricidal component.
(B) As a deodorant component, it is an oyster family, a gramineous family, a camellia family (such as tea), a ginkgo family, an oleander family (such as Coleoptera), a mulberry family (such as fig), a citrus family, a quinolanoceae family (such as acerola) One or more kinds of natural plant-derived substances selected from among them are preferable, and, among others, a koji extract is preferable.
Such plant-derived substances or plant extracts, such as polyphenols, are known as deodorant components, but the finding that they act as potentiating components for the mite-preventing components used in the present invention is completely new. The reason is estimated to have some interaction with the volatility of the mite-preventing component.
(B) The amount of the deodorant component is suitably about 0.005 to 2.0% by mass in the mite repellent composition as a plant extract from which the extraction solvent has been distilled off if it is a natural product. If it is about 0.01 to 0.5 times the ratio of the awning component, the effect of improving the sustainability of the repellent effect is exhibited.
The mite repellent composition used in the present invention further contains (c) a lower alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms. Examples of such lower alcohols include ethanol, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), and the like. Among these, ethanol is suitable for the treatment of carpets, bedding and the like because it is excellent in quick drying. The content of the lower alcohol can be determined as appropriate, but it is more preferable to mix water to make an ethanol liquid because the danger to fire can be reduced.
In the present invention, in addition to the above components, other solvents, surfactants, solubilizers, dispersants, mite allergen reducing agents, cyclic silicones, etc., as necessary, as long as they do not hinder the effects of the present invention Of course, clothing protective agents, stabilizers, colorants, fragrances and the like may be appropriately blended.
Examples of the solvent include propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, 1,4-butylene glycol, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, hexylene glycol, and other glycols having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, these glycol ethers, and ketone solvents. And hydrocarbon solvents such as ester solvents and kerosene.
Examples of the surfactant include polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ethers (polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, polyoxyethylene oleyl ether, etc.), polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ethers, polyoxyethylene. Nonionic surfactants such as higher fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl ether, laurylamine oxide, stearylamine oxide, lauric acid amide Examples thereof include higher alkylamine oxide surfactants such as propyldimethylamine oxide.
Furthermore, the indoor mite prevention spray of the present invention may contain a mite allergen reducing agent containing a cationic surfactant or an anionic surfactant. That is, while the live mites are kept away from the target area, the allergen activity is reduced for the remaining dead mites and mite feces and the like, and a clean environment free from mite allergens can be efficiently provided.
Cationic surfactants include dilong chain alkyldishort chain alkyl type quaternary ammonium salts (distearyldimethylammonium salt, distearylmethylhydroxyethylammonium salt, dioleyldimethylammonium salt, etc.), monolong chain alkyltrishort chain Examples include alkyl type quaternary ammonium salts (such as lauryl trimethyl ammonium salt and stearyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium salt) and tri long chain alkyl mono short chain alkyl type quaternary ammonium salts (such as trilauryl methyl ammonium chloride and tristearyl methyl ammonium chloride). . In addition, the mixing | blending of a suitable quantity cationic surfactant also has the merit that a softness | flexibility can be provided to a process fiber body.
On the other hand, examples of anionic surfactants include lauryl benzene sulfonate, lauryl sulfate, lauryl sulfate triethanolamine, and polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate. An agent may be configured.
The blending amount of the mite allergen reducing agent is suitably 0.2 to 10% by weight, and excessive application is not preferred because it may impair the feel of the fibrous body. In addition, when considering the formulation of the mite allergen reducing agent, a mixed solvent of ethanol and water (for example, ethanol / water = 50/50 to 60/40) is suitable.
The present invention provides an indoor mite repellent spray agent in which a trigger pump is filled with a tick repellent composition prepared in the form of a solution, an emulsion, an aqueous solvent, etc., and the spray particle diameter at the time of spraying is 50 to 150 μm. .
When the spray particle diameter is less than 50 μm, the amount of scattered spray particles increases, the adhesion efficiency to the coating surface decreases, and as a result, the effect of improving the durability of the mite repellent effect by the deodorant component cannot be expected.
For the trigger pump, the shape of the nozzle, nozzle, etc. can be selected as appropriate according to its application, purpose of use, etc. For example, if a type with a wide-angle nozzle is used, a wide range can be processed with a single operation. It is convenient.
The indoor tick-proofing agent of the present invention thus obtained can be applied to the application surface when used in tatami mats, carpets, beds, futons, pillows, cushions, stuffed toys, cloth sofas, etc. in living rooms, Japanese-style rooms, entrances, etc. The mite-preventing component attached or volatilized in the surroundings has an excellent repellent effect on inhabiting mites such as mites, leopard mites, dust mites, claw mites and the like, and these mites are not brought close to the coated surface. Moreover, since the deodorizing component is effective not only for the deodorizing effect on the target application surface but also for improving the sustainability of the repellent effect of the anti-tick component, it is extremely practical. And since the mite repellent composition to be used is excellent in quick-drying property, there is also no merit of a spot and stickiness of a target application surface, and there also exists a merit that convenience is high.
Next, based on a specific Example, the indoor tick-proofing agent of this invention is demonstrated in detail.
Cinnamyl acetate 1.0% by weight, cocoon extract 0.5% by weight (0.025% by weight as kakitannin: 0.025 times the amount of cinnamyl acetate), 95% ethanol 54% by weight, and water 44 A mite repellent composition containing 5% by mass was prepared, and 350 mL of this aqueous solution was filled in a plastic resin trigger pump to obtain an indoor mite repellent spray of the present invention. This agent corresponds to a non-hazardous material under the Fire Service Act, and the average spray particle size at the time of spraying was 98 μm.
When about 10 mL of this indoor mite repellent spray was sprayed on the carpet in the living room per 1 m 2 , indoor dust mites did not come close to the carpet for about 1 month. This agent was excellent in quick-drying and did not cause stains or stickiness on the carpet.
×100
According to Example 1, various indoor mite sprays shown in Table 1 were prepared, and the mite repellent effect was evaluated.
[Tick repellent efficacy test]
A 1000 cm 2 square cotton cloth was sprayed with 1 mL of the test spray, air-dried, and cut into a circle having a diameter of 4 cm. This was fitted into a petri dish having a diameter of 4 cm, and 50 mg of the reference medium was placed in the center. Separately, about 10,000 test leopard mites with a medium were released in a petri dish with a diameter of 9 cm, and a petri dish with a diameter of 4 cm prepared previously was placed in the center.
Similarly, a non-sprayed area was made using a cotton cloth that was not sprayed.
After 24 hours, the number of mites that had invaded the cotton cloth was counted, and the repelling rate was calculated according to the following formula.
The test was carried out on a cotton cloth immediately after the spraying treatment and a cotton cloth after leaving it in the room for 30 days.
Repellent rate (%) = [number of invading ticks in untreated area-number of invading ticks in treated area] / number of invading ticks in untreated area
× 100
As a result of the test, the indoor mite repellent spray agent of the present invention contains a cinnamic acid derivative as a mite repellent component, a tick repellent composition in which this is combined with a deodorizing component and a lower alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms. By using, it was shown that it showed a quick repellent effect against indoor dust mites and that the repellent effect lasted for a long time.
On the other hand, even when a cinnamic acid derivative was used as an acaricidal component, as shown in Comparative Example 1, it showed a tendency to be inferior particularly in terms of durability of the repellent effect unless a deodorant component was added. Moreover, the comparative example 2 which used kerosene instead of ethanol, and the comparative example 3 which became an aerosol form and made the spray particle diameter small cannot fully exhibit the said effect by mix | blending a deodorizing component. In addition, the spray agent of Comparative Example 2 was not practical due to significant stickiness on the coated surface. Furthermore, lavender oil, which is an acaricidal component other than cinnamic acid derivatives, has a very low repellent effect compared to cinnamic acid derivatives, and could not meet the object of the present invention. Thus, the indoor tick-proofing spray agent of the present invention, which employs a cinnamic acid derivative as an anti-tick component and combines this with a deodorizing component and a lower alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, has remarkable utility. Obviously, it has practicality.
