Description

The present invention relates to a door structure on an elevator hall side, and more particularly to a structure in which an airtight material having an airtight structure between a lower end portion of a door and a sill at a landing entrance is attached to a guide shoe protruding from the lower end portion of the door. is there.

In the door on the landing side that opens and closes the elevator entrance and exit, the upper end of the door is suspended and supported by the door opening and closing mechanism, and the guide shoe protruding from the lower end of the door is in the rail groove of the sill installed on the floor on the landing side In general, in the event of a fire, smoke leaks from the gap between the guide shoe and the rail groove, and from the landing side to the hoistway or from the hoistway side to the landing Smoke may enter.

Therefore, conventionally, a rubber airtight material was attached to the guide shoe inserted into the rail groove, and the gap between the lower end of the door and the sill was shielded by the airtight material, thereby suppressing smoke leakage. A smoke shielding door structure is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).

However, the rubber material constituting the hermetic material has a problem that the sliding property with respect to the rail groove is poor and the door cannot be opened and closed smoothly.

Therefore, in the course of the present invention, the present inventors decided to improve the slipperiness of the airtight material by coating the surface of the rubber airtight material with a urethane resin having excellent slipperiness.

However, when transporting and constructing with the airtight material attached to the side of the guide shoe protruding from the lower end of the door, the surface coating of the airtight material is likely to be damaged, and the slipperiness of the airtight material is impaired. Become. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to carefully carry and work, and there is a problem that handling is not easy.

Note that it is conceivable to attach an airtight material to the guide shoe after the door is constructed, but in this case, there is a new problem that the work of attaching the airtight material at the site requires labor and time.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-described conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is at the time of transportation and construction in the case of shipping by attaching an airtight material coated with a surface coating to a guide shoe. An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator hall-side door structure which can prevent damage to an airtight material and can be easily handled, and can obtain excellent slipperiness.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a guide shoe 2 slidably guided in a rail groove 4 of a sill 3 at a lower end portion 1b of a door 1 on a landing X side that opens and closes a landing doorway of an elevator. A door structure on the elevator hall side, which is provided with an airtight material 5 for airtightness of a gap G between the lower end 1b of the door 1 and the sill 3 on the outer side surface of the guide shoe 2, and the surface of the airtight material 5 Is coated with a resin excellent in slipperiness, and the airtight material 5 coated with the surface coating 5a is integrated with the guide shoe 2 so that the storage position P1 inside the door 1 and the protruding position P2 outside the door 1 are A fixing means 6 for selecting and fixing either one is provided.

With this configuration, the airtight material 5 is fixed to the storage position P1 together with the guide shoe 2 at the time of transportation or construction, so that the surface coating 5a of the airtight material 5 is protected by the door 1 to prevent damage. Since it can be handled, it becomes easy to handle, and after construction, by switching from the storage position P1 to the projecting position P2 and fixing, the smoke-proofing effect by the airtight material 5 is obtained with the guide shoe 2 inserted into the rail groove 4. In addition, the surface coating 5a is excellent in slipperiness.

Further, the back surface 1c of the door 1 is opened to the side opposite to the landing X side, and the fixing means 6 is preferably disposed on the opened back surface 1c portion. In this case, the door 1 is opened. Further, the switching operation between the storage position P1 and the projecting position P2 of the guide shoe 2 by the fixing means 6 can be easily performed from the rear surface 1c side, and the field work is accelerated and the fixing means 6 cannot be seen from the landing X side. The appearance of the door 1 can be improved.

The lower end 2b of the guide shoe 2 protrudes below the lower end 5e of the airtight member 5, and the auxiliary guide shoe 10 that is slidably inserted into the rail groove 4 is attached to the protruding lower end 2b. In this case, the auxiliary guide shoe 10 can improve the slipping property with respect to the rail groove 4 and increase the strength of the tip of the guide shoe 2.

The fixing means 6 protrudes from a slide plate 7 protruding upward from the upper end 2 a of the guide shoe 2, a slit hole 8 provided in the slide plate 7 in the vertical direction A, and a rear surface 1 c of the door 1. The slide plate 7 is fixed at either the upper end position of the slit hole 8 corresponding to the storage position P1 of the airtight material 5 or the lower end position corresponding to the protruding position P2 of the airtight material 5. In this case, the storage position P1 and the protruding position P2 of the hermetic material 5 can be selected simply by fixing the slide plate 7 either up or down by the fixing tool 9, and the work on site is further enhanced. Get up.

According to the present invention, a guide shoe to which an airtight material with a surface coating is attached is fixed by selecting either the storage position inside the door or the protruding position to the outside of the door. It is possible to improve the handleability while preventing the surface coating of the airtight material from being damaged during transportation and construction when shipped by attaching to a container, and further to ensure slipperiness.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which a guide shoe 2 with an airtight material 5 provided at a lower end portion 1b of a door 1 of the present embodiment is arranged at a protruding position P2, and FIG. 2 shows an example of a construction example of the door 1 described above. 3 is an explanatory view of the above-described guide shoe 2 with the airtight material 5, and FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of a state in which the above-described guide shoe 2 with the airtight material 5 is disposed in the storage position P <b> 1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the door 1 on the landing X side that opens and closes the elevator entrance / exit of the elevator of the present embodiment is composed of four doors, and the upper end 1 a of each door 1 is installed on the ceiling surface on the landing X side. The door hanger 14 is supported by being hung on the door hanger 14 that is opened and closed by the door opening / closing mechanism 13. A gap between the upper end 1 a of each door 1 and the ceiling of the landing entrance is shielded by an upper frame side airtight material 16 attached to the upper frame 15. In the figure, 3 is a sill installed on the floor, and 11 and 12 are left and right vertical frames.

A guide shoe 2 that is slidably guided in the rail groove 4 of the sill 3 is attached to the lower end 1 b of each door 1. Each guide shoe 2 is made of, for example, an aluminum material, and as shown in FIG. 1B, a pair of front and rear holding recesses 20 for holding an airtight material 5 disposed on the outer surface of the guide shoe 2, and fixing means described later. 6 and a slide plate 7 with a slit hole 8 are integrally provided.

A pair of airtight members 5 are held in the holding recesses 20 of the guide shoe 2 so as to be substantially V-shaped. The airtight material 5 has a smoke shielding function for preventing smoke generated during a fire from entering through the gap G (FIG. 1A) between the lower end 1 b of the door 1 and the sill 3, and a guide shoe 2 for the rail groove 4. And a backlash prevention function for ensuring a smooth opening and closing operation of the lower end portion 1b of the door 1.

The airtight material 5 is formed of a tongue-shaped rubber material having a length dimension over the entire width of the lower end portion 1b of the door 1, and the upper edge portion of the rubber material extends over the entire length of the guide shoe 2. A thick insertion portion 5b is formed which is inserted into the holding recess 20 and bonded with an adhesive. The lower end of the insertion portion 5b is continuous with the insertion portion 5b, the center is recessed inward, and the lower end. Is formed in a direction away from the side surface 2d of the guide shoe 2 by the pressing portion 2c of the guide shoe 2. The bent portion 5c is bent in such a manner as to protrude outward. Movement is restricted. A portion below the lower end of the bent portion 5 c is an insertion portion 5 d that is slidably inserted between the guide shoe 2 and the rail groove 4, and this insertion portion 5 d is airtight on the inner surface of the rail groove 4. The lower end portion 5e of the insertion portion 5d is in contact with the side surface 2d of the guide shoe 2 at a position higher than the lower end portion 2b of the guide shoe 2 in a slidable contact state while maintaining the property.

Further, the outer surface of the airtight member 5 is coated with a resin having excellent slipperiness. The surface coating 5a is for improving the poor slipping property of the rubber material. In the example shown in FIG. 1B, a urethane resin is provided on the outer surface portion from the insertion portion 5d to the lower end portion 5e of the airtight material 5. Painted. In addition, not only urethane resin but silicon resin etc. may be sufficient.

The airtight material 5 provided with the surface coating 5a is integrated with the guide shoe 2, and is fixed to the storage position P1 (FIG. 4) inside the door 1 and the protruding position P2 outside the door 1 (FIG. 1 (a)). Either one of them is selected and fixed. In this example, as shown in FIG. 3, a slide plate 7 protrudes further upward from the upper end 2 a of the guide shoe 2, and the slide plate 7 has a slit hole 8 that is long in the vertical direction A. For example, three rows are formed on the left and right. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, a screw shaft 9 a protrudes from the rear surface 1 c of the door 1 at a position corresponding to the slit hole 8, and the screw shaft 9 a is slidably inserted into the slit hole 8. The nut 9b is screwed to the tip of the screw shaft 9a via a washer 9c, and corresponds to the upper end position of the slit hole 8 corresponding to the storage position P1 of the hermetic material 5 or the protruding position P2 of the hermetic material 5. The slide plate 7 is fixed at one of the lower end positions. The fixing means 6 is constituted by the fixture 9 including the screw shaft 9a, the nut 9b, and the like, and the slide plate 7 with the slit hole 8.

Thus, when the airtight material 5 to which the surface coating 5a has been applied is transported or installed with the airtight material 5 attached to the guide shoe 2, the airtight material 5 is moved together with the guide shoe 2 to the storage position P1 (FIG. 4 (a)). The door 1 itself has a function of protecting the surface coating 5a, so that it is not necessary to handle with care in order to prevent scratches, and the ease of handling can be realized. Further, after the door 1 is built at the site, the guide shoe 2 can be inserted into the rail groove 4 of the sill 3 by switching the airtight material 5 from the storage position P1 to the protruding position P2 (the state shown in FIG. 1A). At the same time, a smoke shielding effect by the airtight material 5 can be obtained, and the smoke generated at the time of fire can be prevented from entering from the hoistway Y to the landing X side or vice versa.

Further, at the site, the nut 9b is loosened, the slide plate 7 is slid downward to project the guide shoe 2 with the airtight material 5 outward from the lower end 1b of the door 1, and then the nut 9b is retightened to re-tighten. Since switching to the position P2 can be easily performed, there is an advantage that field work is further increased.

Moreover, excellent slipperiness can be ensured by coating the surface of the airtight material 5 with urethane resin. In addition, since the airtight material 5 of this example is formed in a substantially V shape with the guide shoe 2 sandwiched therebetween, the airtight material 5 and the rail groove 4 are securely contacted to prevent the door 1 from rattling. Since the guide shoe 2 is always positioned at the center of the rail groove 4 by the substantially V-shaped airtight material 5, the door 1 is held at the center position of the rail groove 4. Combined with the sliding effect of the surface coating 5a of the airtight material 5, the door 1 can be opened and closed more smoothly.

Further, in this example, the back surface 1c of the door 1 is opened to the opposite side (the hoistway Y side) from the landing X side, and the storage position P1 of the guide shoe 2 by the fixing means 6 from the opened back surface 1c side. The switching operation with the projecting position P2 can be easily performed. Moreover, since the fixing means 6 cannot be seen from the landing X side, the appearance of the door 1 can be improved.

On the other hand, at the time of maintenance of the airtight member 5, the guide shoe 2 can be removed from the rail groove 4 simply by loosening the nut 9b and raising the guide shoe 2 from the protruding position P2 to the storage position P1. Without removing the part 1a from the door opening / closing mechanism 13, the replacement work of the airtight material 5 can be easily performed.

As another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the lower end 2 b of the guide shoe 2 protrudes downward from the lower end 5 e of the airtight member 5, and a part of the protruded lower end 5 e is formed. An auxiliary guide shoe 10 that is slidably inserted into the rail groove 4 may be attached. Other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment of FIGS. In this example, there is an advantage that the sliding property of the door 1 with respect to the rail groove 4 can be further improved by the auxiliary guide shoe 10 and the strength of the tip portion of the guide shoe 2 can be increased. Further, in this example, since the round holes 8a shown in FIG. 6 are provided at the two upper and lower portions of the slide plate 7 instead of the slit holes 8 shown in FIG. 4, the positioning and fixing of the slide plate 7 by the fixture 9 is more reliably performed. There is also an advantage that can be done.

In the above embodiment, the case where the pair of airtight members 5 are provided in a V shape on both sides of the guide shoe 2 has been described. However, the airtight member 5 may be provided only on one side of the guide shoe 2.
