Abstract
【解決手段】一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛は、断熱繊維層、および、熱的機能繊維層、および、前記断熱繊維層と前記熱的機能繊維層との間に配設された複数の導電性糸および複数の連結糸を含む。導電性糸は、断熱繊維層と熱的機能繊維層との間に配設される。連結糸は、断熱繊維層と熱的機能繊維層との間に導電性糸が挟まれるように、断熱繊維層および熱的機能繊維層に交絡する。

- 断熱繊維層と、
熱的機能繊維層と、
前記断熱繊維層と前記熱的機能繊維層との間に配設された複数の導電性糸と、
前記断熱繊維層と前記熱的機能繊維層との間に前記導電性糸が挟まれるように、前記断熱繊維層および前記熱的機能繊維層に交絡する複数の連結糸と
を含む、一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。 - 前記断熱繊維層、前記熱的機能繊維層および前記連結糸の全厚が、3〜20ミリメートルである、請求項1に記載の一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。
- 前記熱的機能繊維層は、断熱繊維層である、請求項1に記載の一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。
- 前記断熱繊維層中の糸による被覆率が、60%〜80%である、請求項3に記載の一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。
- 前記断熱繊維層の断熱特性値が、0.15〜0.25である、請求項3に記載の一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。
- 前記熱的機能繊維層は、給熱繊維層である、請求項1に記載の一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。
- 前記給熱繊維層中の糸による被覆率が、80%〜100%である、請求項6に記載の一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。
- 前記給熱繊維層の断熱特性値が、0.1〜0.15である、請求項6に記載の一体的に編織成された三層発熱布帛。
