Description

The present invention relates to kitchen furniture having an electromagnetic stove and a grill.

The kitchen grilles are contaminated with oil stains in the grill cabinet, grills, heaters, etc., and it is difficult to clean, which is a great stress for housewives. In recent years, the number of users who do not use grills is increasing due to the poor care of grills.
In addition, there are dissatisfaction that the inside of the grill is narrow and it is impossible to cook tall or large ingredients at once, and that the above is difficult to care for because the inside of the grill is small.

Some have a function of decomposing and removing smoke and odor generated from the inside of the grill cabinet by heating with a catalyst. (See Patent Document 1.)

The volume expansion of the grill part due to the space saving of the electromagnetic stove and roaster mechanism part and the heating part depends on the reduction of the electronic base used for the electromagnetic stove and roaster mechanism part and the heating part. Expansion of the volume of a typical grill part cannot be expected.

Further, in the above-mentioned document 3, dirt on the inside of the grill cabinet, the grill net, the heater or the like must be cleaned mainly for the purpose of smoke removal, which is a great stress for the user.

According to the present invention, cooking that solves the unsatisfactory cleanability of the current grill, the user's dissatisfaction that the inside of the grill is narrow, tall or large ingredients, and a large amount of ingredients cannot be cooked at once. Equipment can be provided.

Prior to the description of the best mode for carrying out the present invention, the effects of the present invention will be described.

One aspect of the present invention includes an electromagnetic stove, a grill portion, a cooking utensil provided with a roaster on the grill portion, and kitchen furniture including a floor cabinet on which the cooking utensil is placed. Provided is a kitchen furniture comprising a storage portion inside the cabinet, wherein the mechanism portion is installed in the storage portion, with the electromagnetic stove and the overheating portion of the roaster separated from the mechanism portion. The storage section here refers to a place where a drawer type or an open type is provided in the interior space of the floor cabinet, and a cooking pan, a frying pan, a seasoning or the like is stored. In addition, a mechanism part means the control part and power supply part of an electromagnetic stove and a roaster here.
The volume of the grill can be increased by providing the electromagnetic stove and roaster mechanism part as a separate body from the heating part and in the storage part.
In addition, when the control unit included in the mechanism unit fails, the electromagnetic stove and the roaster must be removed from the floor cabinet and disassembled in the past, whereas in the present invention, only the mechanism unit needs to be replaced. Also, replacement at the time of failure becomes easy.

One aspect of the present invention provides kitchen furniture in which a heating unit of a roaster is embedded in an inner wall of a grill.
In order to improve the cleanability of the grill, it is necessary to conceal the heating portion that is arranged in a complicated manner inside the grill. By embedding the heating part of the roaster in the inner wall of the grill, the cleaning part of the grill can be improved by concealing the heating part of the roaster that is complicatedly arranged inside the grill and flattening the inner wall of the grill. However, the grill capacity is reduced accordingly. Therefore, by providing the electromagnetic stove and roaster mechanism part separately from the heating part in the storage part in the floor cabinet, the grille can be designed to the full width of the main body case, and the roaster is heated on the inner wall of the grille. Even if the part is embedded, the volume of the grill is not reduced or rather increased.

One form of this invention provides the kitchen furniture characterized by a grill part occupying 80% or more of cooking appliance volume. Cooking equipment refers to an integrated electromagnetic stove and roaster. Widening the grill is important for concealing the heater in the cabinet and improving cleanability. In addition, by widening the grill part, the amount of food that can be cooked at once is increased in the case of fish dishes, etc., and it is also possible to cook tall ingredients such as tuna and grilled salmon and ingredients such as large pizzas.
In order to cook tall and large foodstuffs, it is necessary to make the volume occupied by the grill portion 80% or more of the cooking equipment volume due to restrictions on the width of the grill body case. However, since the current grill has a control unit and a power source mechanism unit, it is impossible to make the volume occupied by the grill unit in the cooking equipment volume 70% or more. Therefore, by providing the roaster and the electromagnetic stove mechanism as separate units in the storage unit, the grille occupies the cooking equipment volume even if the roaster heating unit and dedicated control unit are installed in the main body case. Can be made 80% or more.

One aspect of the present invention provides kitchen furniture characterized in that the inner surface of the grill part is glass-coated.
As mentioned above, concealing the heaters arranged in a complicated manner in the grill part and widening the inside of the grill part are effective for improving the cleaning property, but in order to further improve the cleaning property, the inside of the grill part is coated with glass. Thus, dirt attached to the grill can be removed relatively easily, and the maintenance becomes easier.

One embodiment of the present invention provides kitchen furniture characterized in that the inner surface of the grill part is coated with zirconia. Zirconia coating is excellent in suppressing scorching due to grilled fish, etc., and prevents dirt from sticking to the inside of the grill part, and further facilitates maintenance.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a schematic vertical sectional side view of kitchen furniture according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a current IH cooking appliance. In the current IH cooking device, an IH heater 1, a roaster 2 as a grill part, and a mechanism part 3 including a control part and a power supply part are built in a main body case 4. The main body case includes a top plate 5 on the upper surface, and a grill door 7 that opens and closes is provided on the front surface of the grill portion. In addition, this IH cooking device is provided in the stove floor cabinet 8 so that the top plate 5 and the kitchen counter 9 are substantially flush with each other. The current IH cooking equipment has increased the volume of the roaster 2 by making the mechanism part 3 small. The current grill section roaster 2 has been increased in capacity by integrating the substrates used in the mechanism section 3, but there is a limit to this, and it is impossible to increase the capacity further.

FIG. 3 is a view of the mechanism unit 3 taken out of the main body case. It can be seen that the mechanism part 3 has a large volume and can be secured by removing it.
FIG. 1 is a diagram in which the mechanism unit 3 that has come out of the main body case is installed in a piping space 12 of a stove floor cabinet 8. The stove floor cabinet 8 usually has a pipe space 12 for storing gas pipes and the like. Since this is an empty space for the stove floor cabinet 8, the space is utilized as a storage unit. At this time, it is preferable that the mechanism unit 3 is housed in a thin metal case so that it can be easily housed in the piping space, and is fixed to the wall surface of the stove floor cabinet 8, but this is not necessarily the case. The mechanism unit 3 and the IH main body 4 are simple and convenient to connect with a connector such as a harness, but other connection methods may be used as long as the mechanism unit 3 operates properly.
In addition, although the piping space 12 of the normal stove floor cabinet 8 is about 100 mm in depth, the thickness of the mechanism part 3 needs to be thinner than that, and the thinner one is preferable. There is no problem if the size fits in the piping space of the stove floor cabinet 8, but it is preferable that the size is as small as possible.

Further, the mechanism unit 3 is preferably provided with a power cord and a cooling mechanism. It is preferable that the cooling mechanism not only prevents the temperature of the control unit from rising but also cools so as not to affect the stored items in the stove floor cabinet 8. It is preferable to use a radiating fin and a cooling fan as the cooling mechanism. The power cord of the mechanism unit 3 is connected to the power plug 11.
As shown in FIG. 3, since the mechanism unit 3 including the control unit and the power supply unit is taken out of the main body case 4, the space is freed. As described later, the grill unit can be widened to improve the usability of the roaster 2. .

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 4 is a view showing that the heater 15 is embedded in the wall of the roaster 2 provided in the grill portion.
By taking out the mechanism part 3 to the outside of the main body case 4 and storing it in the stove floor cabinet 8, the roaster 2 provided on the grill part can be expanded to substantially the same width as the width of the main body case 4 as shown in FIG. However, the heaters 15 arranged in a complicated manner in the two roasters remain as they are, and the poor cleanability in the two roasters has not been improved so much.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the mechanism unit 3 is taken out of the main body case 4 and housed in the stove floor cabinet 8 so that the heater 15 is embedded in the wall using the vacant space. The inside can be made flat and the cleaning property can be improved.
When the heater 15 is embedded in the wall, the wall material is preferably made of glass or enamel so that the heat of the heater 15 can be transferred easily. As another method for embedding the heater 15 in the wall surface of the roaster 2, for example, there is a method of forming the wall surface of the roaster 2 with a planar heating element or a plate heating element.
Further, a grill grill 16 or the like may be appropriately installed inside the roaster 2.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 5 is a diagram in the third embodiment of the present invention.
In order to cook tall and large foodstuffs, it is necessary to make the volume occupied by the two roasters in the cooking equipment volume 80% or more due to the limitation of the width of the main body case 4. However, since the current roaster 2 includes a control unit and a power source mechanism, it is impossible to increase the volume occupied by the roaster 2 in the cooking device volume to 70% or more. Therefore, a dedicated control unit for the microwave oven 14 is provided by providing the roaster mechanism unit 17 including the control unit of the electromagnetic cooker 1 and the roaster 2 and the power source unit separately in the piping space 12 of the stove floor kibnet 8. Even if the heating unit and the dedicated control unit of the roaster 2 are installed in the main body case 4, the volume occupied by the roaster 2 in the cooking device volume can be 80% or more.
As described above, the roaster mechanism 17 is provided separately and provided in the piping space 12 of the stove floor cabinet 8 so that the two roasters can be designed to the full width of the main body case 4 as shown in FIG. Thereby, in the case of fish dishes etc., the quantity which can be cooked at once increases, and it becomes possible to cook foodstuffs, such as a big pizza.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 6 is a view showing that the glass coating 19 is applied to the inner surface of the roaster 2 in the third embodiment. By applying the glass coating 19, dirt attached to the inside of the cabinet can be removed relatively easily, and the maintenance becomes easier.
The glass coating 19 may be coated with an inorganic coating material such as enamel coating, glass coating, or ceramic coating. As the coating method, known coating means such as a dipping method, a spin coating method, a spray method, a printing method, a flow coating method, a roll coating method, and a combination thereof can be appropriately employed. In the case of enamel, the firing temperature is preferably 500 to 900 ° C., but inorganic coating materials such as glass coating and ceramic coating can be dried at a lower temperature (300 ° C. to ordinary temperature).

(Embodiment 5)
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing that the zirconia coating 20 is applied to the inner surface of the roaster 2 according to the third embodiment. The zirconia coating 20 is excellent in suppressing scorching due to grilled fish and the like, prevents dirt from sticking to the inside of the cabinet, and further facilitates maintenance. As the zirconia coating 20, there is a method of applying a hollow coating containing zirconium oxide. However, the firing temperature is required to be 500 ° C. or higher even if the amount of alkali oxide is increased. Another method is to apply a coating containing zirconium oxide particles. Since the temperature in the grill chamber reaches 250 ° C. or more particularly in the case of a roaster, the organic coating agent has insufficient heat resistance, and therefore, it is preferable to use an inorganic coating agent having excellent heat resistance. The drying temperature of the inorganic coating containing zirconium oxide particles can be dried and cured at a relatively low temperature (300 ° C. to room temperature).
As the coating method of the zirconia coating 20, known coating means such as a dipping method, a spin coating method, a spray method, a printing method, a flow coating method, a roll coating method, and a combination thereof can be appropriately employed.

As described above, the kitchen furniture according to the present invention comprises a heating unit and a mechanism unit of an electromagnetic stove and a roaster, and the mechanism unit is provided in the storage unit, and the heater arranged in a complicated manner in the conventional grill cabinet is provided. Eliminating, increasing the storage capacity, and further improving the surface smoothness by coating the interior with glass coating or zirconia, and preventing oil stains from sticking, improving the cleaning and usability of cooking equipment. It can be widely applied to household and commercial cooking appliances.
