Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a partition wall structure.
Conventionally, an indoor space in a building is sometimes divided into a plurality of spaces by partition walls such as partition boards. For example, in an office, a large conference room is divided into small parts according to the number of people and purpose of use, and in a house, a large room is divided into small parts according to the number of children.
However, in the movable partition wall of
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it the main objective to provide the partition wall structure which can use suitably each space partitioned off by the movable partition wall.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the partition wall structure of the first invention is applied to a unit type building constructed by a plurality of building units, and is arranged in a gap between ceiling beams in adjacent building units. A wall rail that extends along the ceiling beam and a movable partition that is supported by suspension via a connecting means provided on the wall rail, and that is movable along the wall rail in the suspended state and that partitions the indoor space And an opening is formed by the connecting means above the movable partition wall.
According to the present invention, since the wall rail is disposed in the gap between the ceiling beams in adjacent building units, the gap between the ceiling beams, which is normally a dead space, can be effectively used. Since the movable partition wall suspended and supported by the wall rail via the connecting means is movable along the wall rail, the indoor space can be partitioned according to the intended use. In addition, since the opening is formed by the connecting means above the movable partition wall, light such as illumination can be taken from the space on the opposite side across the movable partition wall through the opening. Thus, even when a light source such as a lighting fixture is located only in one of the spaces on both sides of the movable partition wall, the other lighting space can be illuminated by the lighting fixture. The space on both sides of the partition wall can be illuminated. Further, when the installation position of the movable partition wall is changed, the position of the opening is also changed accordingly, so that the space on both sides sandwiching the movable partition wall can be illuminated regardless of the installation position of the movable partition wall. Therefore, each space partitioned by the movable partition wall can be suitably used.
The partition wall structure of the second invention is characterized in that, in the first invention, the wall rail is fixed to the ceiling beam.
According to the present invention, since the wall rail is fixed to the ceiling beam that is a part of the building frame, even if the movable partition wall that is generally assumed to be heavy is suspended, the wall rail is moved downward. Deflection can be suppressed. Thereby, a movable partition wall can be moved smoothly.
In the partition wall structure according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the invention, the connecting means includes a plurality of suspending tools that are separated from each other and suspended from the wall rail, and the opening includes It is the opening area | region formed between suspension tools, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
According to the present invention, the movable partition wall is suspended via the plurality of suspension members suspended from the wall rail so as to be separated from each other, and is movable along the wall rail in the suspended state. Since an opening area is formed between the suspensions above the movable partition wall, the movable partition wall can be used even when equipment such as lighting equipment or a fan is installed on the ceiling side of the indoor space. When moving, the devices can be passed through the open area. As a result, the movable partition wall can be moved while avoiding interference with the devices installed on the ceiling side, so that troublesome work such as removing the devices every time the movable partition wall is moved is unnecessary. As a result, the movable partition wall can be suitably moved.
The partition wall structure according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the partition wall structure according to the third aspect, wherein the movable partition wall is suspended and supported by the plurality of suspension members, and is provided on an upper portion of the wall panel. And the upper and lower heights of the movable partition wall are changed by moving the elevating panel portion up and down relative to the wall panel. It is characterized by.
According to the present invention, the upper end height of the movable partition wall can be changed by moving the elevating panel provided at the upper part of the wall panel in the vertical direction with respect to the wall panel. That is, the size of the opening area between the suspension tools above the wall panel can be changed by moving the lifting panel portion in the vertical direction. Therefore, when moving the movable partition wall, the movable partition wall can be suitably moved by moving the lift panel portion downward with respect to the wall panel to increase the opening area, while moving the movable partition wall. After this, the elevating panel portion is moved upward with respect to the wall panel to reduce the opening area, so that sound leakage through the opening area can be suppressed, and the soundproofing effect can be enhanced.
In the partition wall structure according to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the third or fourth aspect of the invention, an electric device used in the indoor space is movably attached to the wall rail so as to extend along the wall rail. A lighting duct is provided.
According to the present invention, an electric device used in an indoor space is movably attached to a lighting duct provided so as to extend along the wall rail, thereby moving the electric device along the moving direction of the movable partition wall. Can be made. Therefore, since the electric device can be moved following the movable partition wall, the electric device can be preferably used regardless of the installation position of the movable partition wall.
Here, if the lighting device is movably attached to the lighting duct as an electrical device, the lighting device can be moved following the movable partition wall, so that the indoor space is uniform regardless of the installation position of the movable partition wall. Can be illuminated with illuminance.
In the partition wall structure according to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the fifth aspect of the invention, the movable partition wall is provided with a connecting portion that can be connected to or disconnected from the electric device. Is characterized in that it can be moved integrally with the movable partition wall in a connected state with the movable partition wall by the connecting portion.
According to the present invention, since the electric device can be moved integrally with the movable partition wall by connecting the electric device to the connecting portion of the movable partition wall, the convenience can be improved.
In addition, the movable partition wall may be provided with an engaging member that is engaged or disengaged with respect to the electric device as a connecting portion. Thereby, said effect can be acquired by engaging the engaging member of a movable partition wall with an electric equipment.
Further, when the connecting portion provided on the movable partition wall is in any state of connection and disconnection with respect to the lighting device as an electrical device, the lighting device is moved between the movable partition wall and the movable partition wall. If it is connected to the connecting portion at a certain interval in the direction, both members can be moved together while keeping the distance between the lighting device and the movable partition wall constant. Thereby, while improving the convenience, the indoor space can be struck and illuminated with uniform illuminance.
A unit type building according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is a unit type building configured by combining a plurality of building units, and includes a partition wall structure, and the movable partition wall is positioned relative to the building unit. The pair of wall rails are suspended and supported, or are suspended and supported along the longitudinal direction of the wall rails.
According to the present invention, since the movable partition wall is suspended and supported by the pair of wall rails facing each other with the building unit interposed therebetween, the unit internal space formed by the building unit can be partitioned by the movable partition wall. In addition, since the movable partition wall is suspended and supported along the longitudinal direction of the wall rail disposed between the adjacent building units, the indoor space continuously formed by the adjacent building units is partitioned by the movable partition wall. be able to.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present embodiment, a unit type building is embodied as a building, and the unit type building is configured by connecting a plurality of building units to each other. First, the building unit will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 4, in the
A plurality of small ceiling beams 25 are bridged between the large ceiling beams 22 on the long sides of the
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 1A, a plurality of (six in FIG. 1)
A plurality of
The
Each
Next, detailed configurations of the
As shown in FIG. 2, a
The wall rails 14 are disposed in the inter-beam gaps C provided between the ceiling
The mounting
The
The
The
Next, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
Further, the
The
The
A plurality of (two in this embodiment) through-
The

As mentioned above, according to the structure of this embodiment explained in full detail, the following outstanding effects are acquired.
The
Further, by taking in light from the opposite side of the
The

Since the
Since the
A
Since the
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be implemented as follows, for example.
(1) The
(2) In the above embodiment, the
(3) The
The
(4) Further, an engaging
Further, the
In the above configuration, the
(5) The
(6) The
(7) The
(8) A duct cover may be detachably attached to the
(9) In the above-described embodiment, the
(10) In the above-described embodiment, a pair of hanging
