Abstract
【解決手段】基材と、基材の表面又は内部で架橋した親核性有機ポリマーであって、化学物質又は生物剤と共有結合を形成するのに有効な官能基を含む架橋親核性ポリマーと、基材の表面又は内部に位置する反応性粒子とを含む第1の層10を備える物品。

Description
Cytec Industries社から入手可能な20重量%のCylink(登録商標)2000架橋液と共に2−プロパノール中の枝分れポリエチレンイミンの25重量%の保存液を調製する。この保存液を使用して、スロットダイ法でePTFE膜基材上に約20g/m2の塗工量でコーティングを設け、180℃で10分間硬化させる。この材料を対照として使用する。音波処理と機械的撹拌を10分間用いて直接混合した0.5重量%のCuAl2O4ナノ粒子粉末を含有する保存液を使用した点以外は、同一の条件下で、第2の試料を調製する。これら2つの材料を31P固相NMR分析で比較する。この分析では、サリン剤の化学的擬似物質であるジイソプロピルフルオロホスフェートの分解を、10g/m2の暴露レベルで24時間追跡する。図7(a)及び7(b)に示すように、ポリエチレンイミンとCuAl2O4ナノ粒子を含むコーティングは、ジイソプロピルフルオロホスフェートを分解する点で、ポリエチレンイミンしか含まないコーティングよりも効果的であった。

Claims (10)
- 基材と、
基材の表面又は内部で架橋した親核性有機ポリマーであって、化学物質又は生物剤と共有結合を形成するのに有効な官能基を含む架橋親核性ポリマーと、
基材の表面又は内部に位置する反応性粒子と
を含む第1の層を備える物品。 - 前記親核性有機ポリマーが、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリアミン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリアルキレングリコール誘導体、アミン置換ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレングリコール、ポリアクリレート、官能化オレフィンポリマー、ポリビニルアミン及びポリビニルアルコールのコポリマー、並びにこれらの親核性ポリマーを1種以上含む組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項1記載の物品。
- 前記反応性粒子が、銀、金、白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、スズ、銅、アンチモン、ビスマス、亜鉛又は以上の金属を1種以上含む組合せを含む、請求項1記載の物品。
- 多孔質ポリマー基材を含む第2の層であって、第1の層と接する第2の層をさらに含む、請求項1記載の物品。
- 織布又は不織織物層を含む第3の層であって、第2の層と接する第3の層をさらに含む、請求項4記載の物品。
- 物品の製造方法であって、当該方法が、
架橋した親核性ポリマーが化学物質又は生物剤と共有結合を形成するのに有効な官能基を有するように、基材の表面又は内部で親核性有機ポリマーを架橋し、
基材の表面又は内部に反応性粒子を配置する
ことを含んでいて、親核性有機ポリマーと反応性粒子と基材が第1の層を形成する、方法。 - さらに、第1の層の表面に、多孔質ポリマーを含む第2の層を配置することを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- さらに、第2の層の表面に第3の層を配置することを含んでおり、第2の層が第1の層と第3の層との間に配置される、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記親核性有機ポリマーが、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリアミン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリアルキレングリコール誘導体、アミン置換ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレングリコール、ポリアクリレート、官能化オレフィンポリマー、ポリビニルアミン及びポリビニルアルコールのコポリマー、並びにこれらの親核性ポリマーを1種以上含む組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 請求項6記載の方法で製造される物品。
