Abstract
【解決手段】回転子12と回転子12を冷却する冷凍機14とを備え、回転子12と冷凍機14は、共通の中心軸1を有し中心軸1を中心に一体に回転するように構成した。冷凍機14は、回転子12を冷却する冷凍部15と、伝熱部16を介して冷凍部15を冷却する駆動部18と、駆動部18に冷媒を圧縮して供給する圧縮部19a,19bとを備え、回転子12と冷凍部15は、真空断熱構造を有する本体10の内部に収容されるととともに、伝熱部16は、本体10に設けられた封止軸受17を通じて本体10の外部に通じ、駆動部18と前記圧縮部19a,19bは、本体10の外部に配置した。

Claims (7)
- 回転子とこの回転子を冷却する冷凍機とを備え、前記回転子と前記冷凍機は、共通の中心軸を有しこの中心軸を中心に一体に回転するように構成されたことを特徴とする超伝導回転機。
- 前記冷凍機は、前記回転子を冷却する冷凍部と、伝熱部を介して前記冷凍部を冷却する駆動部と、この駆動部に冷媒を圧縮して供給する圧縮部とを備え、前記回転子と前記冷凍部は、真空断熱構造を有する本体の内部に収容されるととともに、前記伝熱部は、前記本体に設けられた封止軸受を通じて前記本体の外部に通じ、前記駆動部と前記圧縮部は、前記本体の外部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の超電導回転機。
- 前記圧縮部を2つ備え、前記圧縮部は、それぞれ前記中心軸の方向と一致した方向に往復運動をするボイスコイルモータを有するとともに、それぞれの前記ボイスコイルモータの往復運動が相互に反対向きに同期するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の超伝導回転機。
- 磁気カップリングを備え、前記回転子の回転力が前記磁気カップリングを介して前記本体の外部に取り出されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の超電導回転機。
- 前記回転子は、超伝導線材を備え、この超伝導線材に超伝導導体、高温超伝導電流リード、導線が順に接続され、前記超伝導導体と前記高温超伝導電流リードは、前記本体の内部に収容されるとともに、前記導線は、前記本体に設けられた封止軸受を通じて前記本体の外部に通じて回転子用回転給電機に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の超伝導回転機。
- 前記回転子にトルクチューブが接続され、このトルクチューブに断熱性チューブ、伝達チューブが順に接続され、前記トルクチューブと前記断熱性チューブは、前記本体の内部に収容されるとともに、前記伝達チューブは、前記本体に設けられた封止軸受を通じて前記本体の外部に通じ、前記回転子の回転力が前記トルクチューブ、前記断熱性チューブ、前記伝達チューブを介して前記本体の外部に取り出されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3、5のいずれか1項記載の超伝導回転機。
- 前記回転子の前記中心軸に垂直な面に対向して電機子が配置され、この電機子から前記回転子に前記中心軸に垂直な面内において回転磁場が印加されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3、5のいずれか1項記載の超伝導回転機。
