Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim structure of a seat cover which is easy to handle, provides feeling of oneness of a trim cover and a back surface carpet, and improves the appearance of a coupling part of the trim cover and the back side carpet. <P>SOLUTION: A reclining rear seat for a vehicle rear seat has: a seat back frame; a cushion mounted to the front of the seat back frame; a back surface board mounted to the rear side of the seat back frame and provided with a plurality of mounting holes; the trim cover mounted so as to cover from the front side; and the back surface carpet mounted from the rear side. Description

  The present invention relates to a retractable rear seat for a vehicle, and more particularly to a trim structure of a seat cover that is easy to mount and looks good.

  Conventionally, the seat cover of the retractable rear seat is composed of a trim cover and a back carpet, and both are stitched together to form a bag, and the rear seat is assembled by covering the seat back frame to which the cushion body is attached. The extended free end of the upper surface of the trim cover and the upper end of the back carpet are stitched together. There was a problem. In addition, the bag-like integrated body has a large shape and is not easy to handle.

In Patent Document 1, the trim cover and the back carpet are not sewn together and are handled separately. Here, the back carpet is fixed to the back board in advance. On the other hand, the trim cover is fixed by pushing the clip attached to the free end into the attachment hole of the rear board. This method is easy to handle because the trim cover and the back carpet are not stitched together. However, since the trim cover and the back carpet are not connected, a sense of unity as a cover cannot be obtained. In addition, when the clip is locked in the mounting hole of the rear board, wrinkles appear at the free end of the trim cover. For this reason, the trimming work for improving the appearance is unavoidable.

  An object of the present invention is to provide a seat cover trim structure that is easy to handle, provides a sense of unity between the trim cover and the back carpet, and has a good appearance at the joint between the trim cover and the back carpet.

  According to the second aspect, since the hook members are provided on the free ends of the both side surfaces and the bottom surface of the trim cover, they can be easily hooked into the mounting holes of the back board. The both sides of the rear seat are not straight in the vertical direction, and are often curved thinly toward the lower side. However, if the hook is curved, the trim cover can be easily attached. In addition, since the back board on which the hook member is hooked is covered with the back carpet, the hook member can be hidden from the outside.

  FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a retractable rear seat according to the present invention as components. The arrow-shaped projection 6 a of the T-shaped rail fastener 6 is fitted into the mounting hole 2 a of the back board 2. The hook member 8 of the trim cover 4 is hooked in the mounting hole 2 a of the back board 2.

  FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section at the center in the left-right direction of FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the trim cover 4 is joined to the back carpet 5 by a T-shaped rail fastener 6, so that it can have a sense of unity. Further, the connecting portion looks good as a straight line.
