Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る燃料電池発電システムは、水素が燃料として供給され、空気中の酸素と反応して電気エネルギーを生産する燃料電池用スタックと、スタックに水素を含んでいる燃料を供給する水素貯蔵タンクと、スタックから発生した熱を水素貯蔵タンクに伝達する熱伝逹テープと、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- 水素が燃料として供給され、空気中の酸素と反応して電気エネルギーを生産する燃料電池用スタックと、
前記スタックに水素を含んている燃料を供給する水素貯蔵タンクと、
前記スタックから発生した熱を前記水素貯蔵タンクに伝達する熱伝逹テープと、
を含む燃料電池発電システム。 - 前記水素貯蔵タンクが、メタルーハイドライド(Metal Hydride)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
- 前記スタックと前記水素貯蔵タンクとは接しており、
前記熱伝逹テープは前記スタックと前記水素貯蔵タンクとの接触面の間に介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池発電システム。 - 前記熱伝逹テープの少なくとも一面に熱伝導接着層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
- 前記熱伝逹テープが、金属薄膜であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
- 前記スタックと前記水素貯蔵タンクとは離隔しており、
前記熱伝逹テープの一側は前記スタックに接し、
前記熱伝逹テープの他側は前記水素貯蔵タンクに接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池発電システム。 - 前記熱伝逹テープの前記スタックまたは前記水素貯蔵タンクとの接触面には、熱伝導接着層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
- 前記熱伝逹テープは厚さ方向への熱伝導が遮断されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
- 前記熱伝逹テープは、黒鉛を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
- 前記熱伝逹テープは、前記スタックまたは前記水素貯蔵タンクとの接触面の裏面に熱遮断層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
- 前記熱伝導接着層(Thermal conductive adhesive)は、ポリエステル、エポキシ、アミン、及びシリコンのうちの1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項7に記載の燃料電池発電システム。
