Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-113209 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-302509

The lighting device is installed at each landing stage of the outer staircase, and is installed at a predetermined interval along the passage direction of the common hallway. For this reason, the larger the size of the housing complex, the greater the number of installed lighting devices, the higher the cost of electricity, and the higher the maintenance cost, such as the difficulty of exchanging fluorescent lamps.
This invention is made | formed in view of the situation mentioned above, and aims at providing the lighting fixture which can hold down maintenance cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, in a lighting fixture installed on a ceiling surface or a wall surface, accommodates an LED light source in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged in a line to form a linear light source, and the LED light source, An instrument main body provided with an irradiation opening cut out from the front side to the both sides of the LED light source, and a light diffusing cover member covering the irradiation opening of the instrument main body.

Further, the present invention provides the above-described lighting fixture, wherein a plurality of the LED light sources are linearly arranged at a predetermined interval, and a luminance ratio between a facing position of the LED light sources in the cover member and an intermediate position between the LED light sources. The distance from the LED light source to the cover member is set so that becomes a predetermined value.

Moreover, this invention is characterized by the said lighting fixture WHEREIN: When the said instrument main body is seen from a side, the lower end part of the edge of the said irradiation opening is located above the said LED light source.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the above-described lighting fixture, when the fixture main body is viewed from the side, the edges of both ends of the irradiation opening are inclined so as to spread toward the upper surface of the fixture main body.

According to the present invention, an instrument body provided with an LED light source in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged in a line to constitute a linear light source, and an irradiation opening cut out from the front side to the both sides of the LED light source. And a light diffusing cover member that covers the irradiation opening of the apparatus main body. For this reason, it is possible to irradiate not only the front side of the lighting fixture but also the side, and it can be used in the same way as a conventional trough-type fluorescent lamp fixture, and enjoys the advantages of LED such as power saving, long life and mercury-free. can do. In particular, since the power saving and the long life are possible, the maintenance cost of the lighting fixture 1 can be suppressed. Moreover, since the cover member has light diffusibility, the glare of the LED light source can be suppressed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a front surface, a plane surface, a bottom surface, and a left side surface of a lighting fixture 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in the plan view of FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the luminaire 1.
As shown in these drawings, the luminaire 1 is configured as a so-called direct-mounted luminaire in which a light source portion 17 having an LED light source 5 is housed in a fixture body 3 that is directly attached to a ceiling surface or a wall surface. ing.
The fixture body 3 is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view, and its bottom surface dimensions (length and width) are substantially the same as those of a conventional lighting fixture using a fluorescent tube as a light source. For this reason, when an existing lighting device is replaced with the lighting device 1 of the present embodiment in an apartment house, etc., the existing lighting device covers the discoloration (traces of sunburn, etc.) generated on the ceiling surface and wall surface. Can do.

The instrument body 3 is configured by integrally fixing a semi-cylindrical case body 9 with a screw 11 to a base body 7 constituting the bottom surface, and the upper surface of the case body 9 has a substantially center in the longitudinal direction. The part is provided with an irradiation opening 13 formed by cutting out into a substantially trapezoidal shape in side view. A cover member 15 formed by injection molding a resin material such as acrylic is screwed and fixed to the irradiation opening 13 from the inside, and the irradiation opening 13 is covered by the cover member 15.
In the present embodiment, the case body 9 is formed of aluminum die casting, and a cover member 15 is separately attached to the irradiation opening 13 of the case body 9. In addition to this configuration, the case body 9 and the cover member 15 are integrally molded from a resin material such as acrylic, and the surface of the portion corresponding to the case body 9 is colored with a light-shielding paint, and corresponds to the cover member 15. It is good also as a structure which irradiates light from a non-colored location.

In addition, a pull-in hole 23 for a power cable such as a commercial power source is formed in a substantially central portion of the base body 7. The instrument body 3 is fastened to the ceiling surface or wall surface with a scissors or the like on both sides of the pull-in hole 23. Fastening holes 25 and 27 are provided for attachment. By making the pitches of the pull-in holes 23 and the fastening holes 25 and 27 the same as those of the existing lighting fixtures, it becomes easy to replace the existing lighting fixtures.
When the appliance body 3 is installed on the ceiling surface or the like, a waterproof rubber packing 29 in which a pull-in hole 23A and fastening holes 25A and 27A are similarly formed is pasted on the back surface of the base body 7. Yes. At this time, by setting the color of the rubber packing 29 to a dark color such as black, the apparent thickness of the lighting fixture 1 in the installed state can be reduced.

Inside the lighting fixture 1, the light source unit 17, the power supply terminal block 19, and the driver circuit 21 are fixedly housed in the base body 7. A power cable drawn from the drawing hole 23 is quickly connected to the power terminal block 19, and power is supplied from the power terminal block 19 to the driver circuit 21 through electric wiring. The driver circuit 21 is a circuit that controls lighting of the light source unit 17.
The light source unit 17 is disposed substantially at the center corresponding to the position immediately below the irradiation opening 13, and a power terminal block 19 and a driver circuit 21 are disposed on both sides of the light source unit 17.

The light source unit 17 includes two LED light sources 5, a mounting plate 31, and a radiator 33.
As shown in FIG. 3, the LED light source 5 includes a large number of LEDs (light emitting diodes) 41 arranged in a row on a substrate 40 to form one linear light source, which is placed on a rectangular metal plate 42. It is fixed. The heat radiating body 33 is formed by, for example, forming a high heat conductive material such as aluminum in a plate shape and forming heat radiating fins 35 on one surface, and arranging two LED light sources 5 in a straight line on the other surface. Screwed and fixed. The mounting plate 31 is a rectangular plate material for mounting the heat radiating body 33 in a state of being lifted from the bottom surface of the base body 7, and an opening 43 for avoiding the LED light source 5 is formed. Screwed to the surface side.
In addition, the base body 7 of the instrument body 3 is provided with a support pedestal 45 that is supported by screwing two corners on the diagonal of the mounting plate 31. The radiator 33 is attached in a state where it is lifted from the bottom surface.

Here, the screw holes 47 and 49 for screwing the mounting plate 31 to the base body 7 are such that one screw hole 47 is formed as a long hole and the other screw hole 49 is formed as a round hole. As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting plate 31 is configured to be rotatable about an elongated screw hole 47 as an axis. Thereby, when installing the lighting fixture 1 on a ceiling surface or a wall surface, the attachment plate 31 is rotated to expose the drawing hole 23 and the fastening hole 27 hidden behind the light source unit 17, and the power cable Or the base body 7 can be screwed to the ceiling surface or the wall surface.
At this time, since the mounting plate 31 is configured to rotate with the corner portion closer to the driver circuit 21 as a fulcrum, the electrical wiring between the driver circuit 21 and the light source unit 17 (LED light source 5) gives the rotation operation. The impact is reduced.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a mode in which the lighting fixture 1 is installed on the ceiling surface 51 of the common hallway 50 provided in an apartment house such as a housing complex, an apartment, or an apartment.
The common corridor 50 shown in the figure is a so-called one-side corridor in which the entrance door of each door is arranged along the passage direction on one side facing the passage, and the upper side of the wall surface 53 provided on the other side is opened to the outside ( It is also called an open corridor). The common hallway 50 of this example is configured such that the lateral width W of the passage is 1800 mm, the distance L1 from the ceiling surface 51 to the floor surface 52 is 2300 mm, and the distance L2 from the ceiling surface 51 to the upper end of the wall surface 53 is 1500 mm. In addition, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, the lighting fixture 1 is arrange | positioned in the common corridor 50 at substantially equal intervals along the channel | path.

The luminaire 1 is configured so that the LED light source 5 as a linear light source is arranged in a posture substantially perpendicular to the passage direction, and irradiates the passage direction far.
More specifically, as described above, since the irradiation opening 13 is formed by cutting the upper surface of the semi-cylindrical case body 9 into a substantially trapezoidal shape when viewed from the side, the upper surface of the lighting fixture 1 (the front surface of the LED light source 5). In addition to the above), both side surfaces will also be opened, so light will be irradiated toward both sides. As a result, the LED light source 5 can be used in the light source unit 17 and can be used in the same manner as a conventional trough-type fluorescent lamp fixture, and the advantages of LED such as power saving, long life, and mercury-free can be enjoyed. In particular, in the lighting fixture 1 of this embodiment, performance equivalent to, for example, a fluorescent lamp fixture with a power consumption of 13 watts is realized with a power consumption of 7 watts.

In addition, since the LED emits less ultraviolet light, there is an effect that it is difficult for insects to come close when used in a place opened to the outside, such as a corridor.
However, when the shared corridor 50 is a single corridor, light leaks from the open portion of the wall surface 53 on one side to the outside at night. In order to control the leakage light, the irradiation opening 13 is notched so that the edge portions 13B on both end sides are inclined in an inverted C shape when the lighting fixture 1 is viewed from the side. As shown in FIG. 5, the inclination restricts the direction (irradiation range) of the light emitted from the edge 13B on both ends, so that the light irradiation to the upper position on the wall surface 53 side is cut to suppress the leakage light. be able to.
In the present embodiment, by setting the inclination angle θ of the notch of the edge 13B of the irradiation opening 13 with respect to the ceiling surface 51 (installation surface) to about 33 degrees, the illuminance at the floor surface 52 immediately below the lighting fixture 1 P1 is Even when the lighting fixture of a conventional 10-watt trough-type fluorescent lamp is maintained, the illuminance at the open portion (measurement point P2) on the vertical surface on the wall surface 53 side, that is, the leakage light, is measured. It can be reduced by about 45% compared to lighting equipment.

A depth J (see FIG. 1) from the upper surface of the cutout of the irradiation opening 13 is limited to a position (shallow) above the built-in LED light source 5 when the lighting device 1 is viewed from the side. Thereby, it is prevented that a shadow (dark part) arises in the cover member 15 along the lower end part 13A of the edge part of the irradiation opening 13, and the design property is improved.

Here, as described above, the light source unit 17 is configured by arranging two LED light sources 5 configured as linear light sources on a straight line, but a gap δ is provided between the LED light sources 5. . Thus, although there is a gap δ, the irradiation range in the longitudinal direction of the luminaire 1 is expanded, but since the brightness of the gap δ portion is low, the bright spots of the two LED light sources 5 can be seen separately from the outside. Therefore, there is a problem that the design is deteriorated because it does not look like one linear light source like a fluorescent lamp.
Thus, in the present embodiment, the brightness difference in the cover member 15 is reduced by making the cover member 15 translucent, for example, by frost processing and imparting light diffusibility. However, as the light diffusibility of the cover member 15 is increased, the luminance difference can be reduced, but the illumination rate is decreased and the illuminance is decreased. For this reason, in order to make up for this, it is necessary to increase the output of the LED light source 5, but in this case, the LED effect of power saving is sacrificed.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the luminance ratio between the facing position Q1 (the place where the luminance is highest) of the LED light source 5 in the cover member 15 and the intermediate position Q2 between the LED light sources 5 becomes a predetermined value. Thus, the distance K from each LED light source 5 to the cover member 15 is set (see FIG. 2). The predetermined value of the luminance ratio is a luminance in which the luminance difference between the positions Q1 and Q2 becomes small due to the overlap of light of the LED light sources 5 (for example, FIG. 2), and the luminance decrease in the gap δ between the LED light sources 5 becomes inconspicuous. Is the ratio. At this time, since the cover member 15 has light diffusibility, the brightness difference is greatly reduced with respect to the change in the distance K as compared with the case where the cover member 15 is transparent, so that the thickness of the lighting fixture 1 can also be suppressed.

The brightness ratio of the positions Q1 and Q2 differs between the case of measurement in plan view and the case of measurement in side view. In this embodiment, Q2 / Q1≈3 / 5 when measured in plan view. When measured visually, the luminance ratio is set to within 1/2, such as Q2 / Q1≈8 / 11, so that the two LED light sources 5 are in one linear shape in both the plan view and the side view. It looks like a light source.
Note that the above luminance ratio is merely an example, and may vary depending on each output of the LED 41 in the LED light source 5, the degree of congestion, and the like.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the LED light source 5 that constitutes a linear light source by arranging a large number of LEDs 41 in a row is provided with the irradiation opening 13 that is cut out from the front side of the LED light source 5 to both sides. The lighting fixture 1 was configured by being housed in the provided fixture body 3. For this reason, it is possible to irradiate not only the front side of the lighting fixture 1 but also the side, and it can be used in the same way as a conventional trough-type fluorescent lamp fixture, and has the advantages of LED such as power saving, long life and mercury-free. You can enjoy it. In particular, since the power saving and long life are possible, the maintenance cost of the lighting fixture 1 can be suppressed. Moreover, since the cover member 15 has light diffusibility, the glare of the LED light source 5 can be suppressed.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the LED light source 5 is arranged on the line with a predetermined gap δ, and the luminance ratio between the facing position Q1 of the LED light source 5 on the cover member 15 and the intermediate position Q2 between the LED light sources 5 is set. The distance K from each LED light source 5 to the cover member 15 is set so that becomes a predetermined value.
With this configuration, the irradiation range in the longitudinal direction of the lighting fixture 1 can be expanded, and the two LED light sources 5 can be seen in succession, thereby improving the design.
In particular, since the cover member 15 has light diffusibility, the brightness difference is greatly reduced with respect to the change in the distance K compared to the case where the cover member 15 is transparent, so that the thickness of the lighting fixture 1 can be suppressed.

Further, according to the present embodiment, when the luminaire 1 is viewed from the side, the lower end portion 13A of the edge of the irradiation opening 13 is positioned above the LED light source 5, so that the edge of the irradiation opening 13 is Along the lower end portion 13A, the cover member 15 is prevented from being shaded (dark part), and the design is improved.

Further, according to the present embodiment, when the instrument body 3 is viewed from the side, the edges 13B at both ends of the irradiation opening 13 are inclined so as to spread toward the upper surface of the instrument body 3. When the main body 3 is viewed from the side, the direction of light (irradiation range) from both ends of the irradiation opening 13 is regulated. Thereby, the leakage light at the time of installing the lighting fixture 1 in a single corridor can be suppressed.

The above-described embodiment is merely an aspect of the present invention, and can be arbitrarily modified and applied within the scope of the present invention.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the cover member 150 may be projected from the irradiation opening 13. By setting it as such a shape, without increasing the whole thickness of the lighting fixture 1, the distance K from the LED light source 5 to the cover member 150 is enlarged, and the some built-in LED light sources 5 are one line. It can be seen as a light source.
