内部に送風ファンを有し、該送風ファンの回転により前記筐体に設けられた貫通穴から空気を吸引して前記排煙ダクト内に送り込んで外部に排出し、その空気の流れにより前記グリル内の煙を誘引して外部に排出させる煙誘引装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする加熱調理器。
