第1作動片304の第5部位は、内蓋4を外蓋3の所定位置に取り付ける際に、該第1作動片304が内蓋4を支持する枠体43(図3参照)の凸部に当たって、内蓋4を外蓋3に取り付けできない位置であり(図9の状態)、第1作動片304の第6部位は、第1作動片304が内蓋4に影響を及ぼすことなく、内蓋4を外蓋3に取り付けることができる位置である(図10の状態)。
このようにすることで、内蓋4は蒸気導管5が外蓋3に装着された後でないと、外蓋3に装着できないため、結果として、内蓋4と蒸気導管5の両方の装着忘れを防止することが可能となる。
