Description

The present invention relates to a dew receiving structure for a heating cooker having a steam recovery device.

Conventionally, for example, a rice cooker that does not discharge steam generated during rice cooking to the outside or suppresses steam discharge to the outside is known. In this case, a means for condensing the vapor and converting it into water is employed. As means for condensing steam and converting it into water (also referred to as a steam recovery device or a steam condensing device), there are mainly a water cooling method using a water tank (water tank) and a heat exchange method using a heat exchanger. .
On the other hand, in order to prevent the dew adhering to the inner surface of the lid of the rice cooker from flowing down the inner surface of the lid and spilling out of the main body, there is a rice cooker body provided with a dew receiving structure, for example, the inner surface of the lid There is a rice cooker (for example, patent document 1) which collects the dew adhering to a rice cooker body with a dew receiving case provided on the rear surface of the rice cooker body.

However, in the technique described in Patent Document 1 shown above, in order to collect dew adhering to the inner surface of the lid, it is necessary to provide a separate dew receiving case, and there is a problem that the rice cooker body becomes large. It was.

In view of the above-described problems, the present invention recovers water droplets that are condensed and adhered to the inner surface of the lid body in a cooking tank having a steam recovery device in a water tank that stores water condensed by the steam recovery device. The purpose is to make the structure of the main body of the cooking device compact.

A heating cooker according to the present invention is provided in an inner pan in which an object to be heated is placed, the inner pan is detachably accommodated, and has a heating means for heating the inner pan, the inner body, Steam collecting means for condensing and condensing steam generated from an object to be heated, a water tank for storing water condensed by the steam collecting means, and an upper part of the main body via a hinge portion, And a lid that is detachably provided on the lid, and a first steam conduit that discharges the steam, wherein the water tank is provided on the hinge part side with respect to the inner pot. A water droplet inflow hole is formed in the water tank, which is removably accommodated in a water tank housing chamber and guides water droplets condensed inside the lid facing the inner pot to the water tank when the lid is opened.

By configuring in this way, it is not necessary to separately provide a water tank for storing the water condensed by the steam recovery device and a water tank for collecting water droplets that are condensed on the lid, and the heating cooker body can be made compact. I can do it. In addition, it is possible to dispose of the water recovered by the steam recovery device and the water recovered from the water droplets condensed on the lid in a single drainage treatment, and the maintenance of the user is facilitated.

The rice cooker 100 according to the first embodiment includes a main body (lower housing) 10 and a lid (upper housing) 20 that is coupled to the main body 10 via a hinge portion 12 so as to be opened and closed. Inside the main body 10, an inner pot 1 in which an object to be cooked is placed is detachably accommodated. The inner pot 1 is heated by a heating means 2 such as an induction heating coil provided at the bottom of the main body 10 during cooking.

The lid 20 is coupled to the main body 10 via the hinge portion 12 at the rear side, and the upper lid (outer lid) 21 attached so that the front (front) side is rotated upward, and the inner pan 1 can be opened and closed freely. And an inner lid 22 that is detachably attached to the upper lid 21. A first steam conduit 23 is disposed on the lid 20.
The first steam conduit 23 is composed of a heat-resistant tube formed in a substantially U shape having openings at both ends, and an opening at one end of the heat-resistant tube is a plurality of holes formed in the inner lid 22. The other end opening is in close contact with a second steam conduit provided in a water tank, which will be described later, through packing 27 when the lid 20 is closed. It is an end 25. The packing 27 is provided on the opening end 25 side of the first steam conduit 23, and is configured such that the packing 27 does not allow unevenness on the water tank side described later. Note that the steam introduction hole 24 is not limited to the plurality of small holes as described above, and the shape and structure thereof can be changed as appropriate including the first steam conduit 23.
The first steam conduit 23 is detachably attached in a state of being fitted into a groove 26 formed on the inner surface of the upper lid 21 on the inner lid 22 attachment surface side. Thereby, the 1st vapor | steam conduit | pipe 23 can be removed from the upper cover 21, and the cleaning can be performed easily.

On the surface of the upper lid 21, a display unit 16 constituted by an LED (Light Emitting Diode), a liquid crystal display, a fluorescent tube, an electroluminescence, a plasma display, etc., which displays a setting status, an operating state, An operation unit 17 that includes various operation switches such as a rice cooker switch and a reservation switch and receives an instruction from the user is provided. The display unit 16 and the operation unit 17 may be an operation display unit configured integrally.

In addition, in order to lock the upper lid 21 and the main body 10 and keep the closed state of the upper lid 21 during cooking or the like, a lock claw portion 18 a is provided on the front surface side of the upper surface of the main body 10. (Lower surface) On the front surface side, a lock receiving portion 18b to which the lock claw portion 18a is engaged is provided.
Further, a lock release button 18 for releasing the lock between the main body 10 and the upper lid 21 is provided on the front (front) side of the main body 10.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, when the opening surface of the lid 20 is the front surface, the main body 10 is accommodated by inserting a water tank 30 from above into the rear side of the inner pot 1, that is, the hinge portion 12 side. A water tank housing chamber 13 is provided.
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the water tank 30 further includes a box-shaped water tank body 31, a removable water tank lid 32 that closes the upper opening of the water tank body 31, and a second steam attached to the water tank lid 32. A conduit 33, a water tank handle 34 attached to the water tank main body 31 so as to be tilted up and down, and a hook 38 which is a water tank cover fixing mechanism for detachably locking the water tank cover 32 to the water tank main body 31 are provided.

The second steam conduit 33 is a straight pipe having openings at both ends, and is integrally formed perpendicularly to the center of the water tank lid 32, and the opening end of the first steam conduit 23 is formed on the surface (upper surface) of the water tank lid 32. An opening end 33 a connected to the No. 25 is provided. The opening at the lower end of the second steam conduit 33 is a steam outlet 33b.

The aquarium handle 34 has a substantially U-shaped lower end provided on the aquarium lid 32 so as to tilt up and down in a range of at least 90 degrees in consideration of the weight balance of the aquarium 30. In the groove portion 32b, a pivot shaft 34a at the lower end is pivotally supported with the projection shaft 34a serving as a pivot point. The groove portion 32b is a handle storage portion for storing the water tank handle 34 in a tilted manner, and the water tank handle 34 is stored so that the surface (upper surface) of the water tank lid 32 is flat when stored.
Therefore, in order to make it easy to raise the water tank handle 34 in the storage state, an arcuate finger insertion portion 32c into which a finger enters is formed in the groove portion 32b. Further, the water tank lid 32 is provided with a plurality of water droplet inflow holes 39 in the groove 32b so that when the lid 20 is opened, the water droplets 50 condensed on the inner lid 22 fall and flow into the water tank 30. It has been. The water droplet inflow hole 39 is also configured to efficiently perform the inflow of water droplets into the water tank 30 and the air removal from the water tank 30 in order to facilitate the inflow of water droplets. Further, the water droplet inflow hole 39 also serves as an air vent hole in the water tank 30 necessary for collecting steam. Further, the end portion of the substantially U-shaped groove portion 32b and the rotation fulcrum portion of the water tank handle 34 are configured so as to become a stopper at an angle of 90 degrees when the water tank handle 34 is raised vertically.

Further, in order to prevent the water tank body 31 from falling off when the water tank 30 is lifted, the water tank lid 32 is engaged with the front and rear side surfaces (side surfaces on the short side of the rectangular cross section) of the water tank body 31. As an example of a fixture for fixing the hook, a hook 38 is rotatably attached. The hook 38 has a claw portion 38a formed at the upper end portion, projecting shafts 38b formed at both sides of the intermediate portion, and a spring portion 38c formed at the lower portion on the back side. The hook 38 is rotatable about the protrusion shaft 38b as a rotation fulcrum so that the spring portion 38c always urges the claw portion 38a inwardly in the recess 31a provided on the front and rear side surfaces of the water tank body 31. It is attached.

On the other hand, the water tank lid 32 is provided with a step portion 32a with which the claw portion 38a is engaged. When the water tank lid 32 is fixed, the claw portion 38a falls into the step portion 32a and engages. On the contrary, when the water tank lid 32 is removed, if the lower end of the hook 38 is pushed against the elastic force of the spring part 38c, the claw part 38a is detached from the step part 32a. Therefore, the water tank lid 32 can be detached from the water tank body 31 together with the water tank handle 34.

By configuring the aquarium 30 as described above, the aquarium handle 34 can be carried with the hand. In addition, since the water tank handle 34 is tilted at an angle of 90 degrees and stored in the groove 32b (handle storage part) when the cover body 20 is closed, the upper surface of the water tank cover 32 is flat, so that the cover body 20 is flat. And the opening end 25 of the first steam conduit 23 and the opening end 33a of the second steam conduit 33 are brought into contact with the opening ends 25 and 33a by the closing force of the lid 20. By applying a pressing force, it can be connected closely.

Next, operation | movement and use of the rice cooker 100 which concern on Embodiment 1 are demonstrated.
First, for example, the inner pot 1 containing a predetermined amount of rice and water is accommodated in the main body 10. In addition, a predetermined amount of water is put into the water tank 30 and stored in a water tank storage chamber 13 provided at the rear of the main body 10.
When the lid 20 is closed, the lock claw portion 18a is engaged with the lock receiving portion 18b, and the lid 20 is locked to the main body 10. At that time, the inner lid 22 seals the opening of the inner pot 1, and at the same time, the opening end 25 of the first steam conduit 23 presses the opening end 33 a of the second steam conduit 33 so that the opening ends 25, 33 a are connected to each other. Are closely connected.
This completes the preparation of cooking rice.

Next, when the rice cooking switch of the operation unit 17 is pressed, rice cooking is started. Although the detailed description about a rice cooking process is abbreviate | omitted, the heating control of the heating means 2 is performed under the monitoring of the temperature sensor and humidity sensor which are not shown in figure.
As the rice cooking process proceeds, steam is generated from the object to be heated (the above rice and water) in the inner pot 1. The generated steam enters from a steam introduction hole 24 composed of a plurality of small holes provided in the inner lid 22, passes through the first steam conduit 23, and further through the open ends 25 and 33 a that are closely connected. Then, it enters the second steam conduit 33 and is discharged into the stored water in the water tank 30 from the steam discharge port 33b located in the vicinity of the bottom surface of the water tank 30. The steam discharged into the water in the water tank 30 rises as bubbles, but is cooled by the water, condensed, and converted into water (condensed). Therefore, since the steam from the rice cooker 100 is not discharged to the outside, there is no dew condensation on the walls or furniture in the room, which is advantageous in terms of indoor hygiene and environment.
After cooking, the user pushes the unlock button 18 to open the lid 20 in order to eat the cooked rice. At that time, water droplets condensed from steam generated during cooking are attached to the inside of the inner lid 22 provided in the lid body 20 and in the first steam conduit 23, and the water droplets are formed by the opening of the lid body 20. It falls to the hinge part 12 side. At that time, the dropped water droplets are collected into the water tank 30 from the water droplet inflow holes 39 provided in the water tank lid 32. Therefore, after cooking rice, the water 30 condensed from steam generated during rice cooking and the water condensed in the inner lid 22 or the first steam conduit 23 are collected and simultaneously discarded by a single draining operation. The maintenance work of the user can be facilitated.
In the first embodiment, the water-cooled type is described as the steam recovery means. However, the present invention can obtain the effect as long as it has a water tank for storing the recovered water as the steam recovery means. Instead of the water cooling type, a heat exchange type steam recovery means may be used.

As described above, the rice cooker 100 according to Embodiment 1 has the following effects.
(1) A water tank 30 for storing water obtained by condensing steam generated during cooking by the steam recovery means is disposed on the hinge part 12 side behind the inner pot 1, and a water droplet inflow hole 39 is formed in the water tank lid 32. Therefore, not only water obtained by condensing steam generated during cooking, but also water attached by condensation in the inner lid 22 and the first steam conduit 23 can be collected in the water tank 30. A structure for collecting steam and a structure for collecting condensed water can be obtained without increasing the structure of the cooker body.
(2) By configuring the water droplet inflow hole 39 with a plurality of holes, it is possible to efficiently perform the inflow of water droplets and air venting in the water tank 30, and the water droplets easily flow into the water tank 30.
(3) Since the first and second steam conduits 23 and 33 through which high-temperature steam flows are not exposed to the outside during cooking, there is no risk of burns.
(4) By arranging the water tank 30 behind the inner pot 1, the connection length of the first steam conduit 23 can be shortened.
(5) The water tank 30 can be moved with the rice cooker 100, and it is convenient.
(6) Since the water tank 30 is provided with a water tank handle 34 that can be raised and lowered within a range of at least 90 degrees, it is convenient to carry the water tank 30. Further, since the water tank handle 34 can be stored in the water tank lid 32, the water tank handle 34 can be stored in conjunction with the operation of closing the lid body 20.
(7) Since the first and second steam conduits 23 and 33 are detachable, they can be easily cleaned.
(8) The inside of the water tank 30 can be easily cleaned by removing the lid 32.
(9) Since the packing 27 is provided on the first steam conduit 23 side, irregularities on the upper surface of the water tank 30 can be reduced, and thereby water droplets that have dropped onto the upper surface of the water tank 30 can be efficiently recovered.
