Incidentally, reference numeral 700 in the figure denotes a position detecting means comprising a light emitting element 710 and a light receiving element 720. A light transmitting portion 730 that transmits the light of the light emitting element 710 is provided at the main part of the driving member located between the light emitting element 710 and the light receiving element 720. From the detection pattern of the light receiving element 720, each pointer pipe 410, The rotation positions of 420 and 430 are detected.

In addition, the movement 1 of this example is used for a radio-controlled timepiece that receives a standard time radio wave and corrects its display time. A circuit board 500 is provided with a receiving circuit for controlling the operation.

The case body 600 is a flat type formed by assembling the first case member 610 on the back side and the second case member 620 on the front side in the thickness direction. Between the first case member 610 and the second case member 620, an intermediate plate 601 on which the motors 210 and 220 are mounted is provided.

Inside the case body 600 are housed motors 210 and 220, speed reduction mechanisms 310 and 320, proximal ends of pointer pipes 410, 420 and 430, and a needle alignment device 100 which will be described in detail later. Concavities and convexities, bosses, support shafts, and the like for holding the constituent members are formed at the main points of the first case member 610, the second case member 620, and the intermediate plate 601. The distal ends of the indicator pipes 410, 420, and 430 protrude from the second case member 620 toward the front. The first case member 610 and the second case member 620 are screwed together. The circuit board 500 is mounted on the front surface of the second case member 620 by screwing. The circuit board 500 is provided with holes through which the indicator pipes 410, 420, and 430 are inserted.

The first case member 610 is integrally provided with a mounting portion 611 of the antenna 800 at a portion protruding to the side portion of the second case member 620 when viewed from the front side of the case body 600. The mounting portion 611 has a box shape with an opening on the front side, and a snap 612 for fixing the end of the antenna 800 is provided therein. That is, in the movement 1 of this example, the case body 600 is assembled, the circuit board 500 and the antenna 800 are attached, the lead wires of the antenna 800 are soldered to the circuit board 500, and they are electrically connected to each other. The antenna 800 can be tuned by operating electronic components of a receiving circuit such as a capacitor mounted on the substrate 500.

In the case of this example, after providing the circuit board 500 and the antenna 800 in this way, a guide mechanism 900 is further provided in front of the circuit board 500. The guide mechanism 900 is provided between the third case member 630 and the circuit board 500 by screwing the third case member 630 to the front surface of the second case member 620. The distal ends of the indicator pipes 410, 420, and 430 pass through the third case member 630.

Although the specific configuration of the guide mechanism 900 is not particularly limited, in the case of this example, a reference wheel 910 that is arbitrarily rotated by a user with an operating means (not shown) and a time signal wheel that rotates in synchronization with the hour hand pipe 410. 920, a reference cam 930 that follows the hour transmission wheel 920, a plate spring 940 having a predetermined shape that biases the reference cam 930 toward the reference wheel 910, and a reference contact 950 provided on the circuit board 500, The leaf spring 940 is separated from the reference contact 950 in conjunction with the driving of the hour hand pipe 410, and the OFF / ON of the reference contact 950 is switched.

A hole 911 is provided at a key point of the reference wheel 910, and the reference cam 930 is inserted into the hole 911 of the reference wheel 910 once per rotation, so that the reference wheel 910 is moved toward the reference wheel 910. Move to some extent. When the reference cam 930 moves to the reference wheel 910 side, a predetermined part of the leaf spring 940 comes into contact with the reference contact 950, and the reference contact 950 turns from OFF to ON.

Further, the tip of the protrusion 931 is provided with a taper in a predetermined direction. The protrusion 931 is inserted into the hole 911 of the reference wheel 910 and then the reference cam 930 is rotated to some extent. Escape from 911. When the protrusion 931 is detached from the hole 911, the leaf spring 940 is separated from the reference contact 950, and the reference contact 950 is turned from ON to OFF. The guide mechanism 900 can be attached as necessary.

Next, the needle alignment apparatus 100 of this example will be described. The needle alignment apparatus 100 of this example includes a gear connected to the hour hand pipe 410 and the minute hand pipe 420, that is, a needle alignment pinion 110 that meshes with the minute wheel 311. By rotating the needle alignment pinion 110, the hour hand pipe 410 and the minute hand pipe 420 are rotated. The needle aligner 110 is supported by a support shaft 621 provided at a main point of the second case member 620, and is rotatable about the support shaft 621.

Also, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a groove 111 for inserting a rotary tool 120 such as a Phillips screwdriver or a flat screwdriver and a predetermined operation element 130 are press-fitted and connected to the front end surface of the needle alignment knife 110. Hole 112 is provided. Furthermore, the opening part 613 which exposes these groove parts 111 and the hole parts 112 outside is provided in the main part of the 1st case member 610 of the case body 600. As shown in FIG.

Particularly in the case of this example, the groove portion 111 and the hole portion 112 are located deeper in the opening 613 than the surface of the case body 600. The needle aligner 110 is configured to rotate using the rotary tool 120 and the operation element 130 alternatively. That is, the needle aligner 110 inserts the rotary tool 120 into the groove 111 and operates the rotary tool to rotate it. Alternatively, the operating element 130 is press-fitted into the hole 112, and the operating element is operated and rotated. The illustrated operation element 130 is provided with a boss 131 on the base end surface thereof, and the boss 131 is press-fitted into the hole 112 to be connected to the needle alignment knife 110. The needle aligner 110 to which the operation element 130 is connected rotates together with the operation element 130. The operation element 130 can be removed by picking it and pulling it. That is, it is detachable.

According to such a configuration, erroneous operation of the needle alignment device 100 can be prevented. In the case of the radio-controlled timepiece, the positions of the hour hand pipe 410 and the minute hand pipe are automatically corrected by the control of the motor 210, so that it is usually unnecessary to operate the hand setting device 100. The needle alignment device 100 is used as necessary during manufacturing and inspection. That is, if the user operates this by mistake, accurate time display may be hindered. However, according to this example, the structure cannot be operated unless the rotary tool 120 or the predetermined operator 130 is present. Thus, such inconvenience can be avoided.

In addition, when the movement is not used for the radio-controlled timepiece, it is preferable to use it normally while the operation unit 130 is connected. Alternatively, the operation element 130 may be fixed with an adhesive. In other words, there is no need to use different components depending on whether the radio-controlled timepiece is used or not, which is advantageous in terms of component sharing.

In addition, it is needless to say that the configuration of each part in the present example can be appropriately changed in design within the technical scope described in the claims, and is not limited to that illustrated in the drawings.

The hand setting device of the present invention can be used very suitably as a hand setting device provided in a movement of a radio-controlled timepiece.
