Abstract
【解決手段】含水率の高い産業廃棄物から成る第一原料と、含水率の低いペーパースラッジから成る第二原料とを混合することにより含水率を30〜40重量%に調節して第一混合物とし、この第一混合物に少なくともセメント系固化材を含む第三原料を添加して第二混合物とし、この第三原料添加時に前記セメント系固化材の重量が第二混合物の総重量に対し15〜20重量%とし、前記第二混合物を造粒機で造粒して再生造粒物を得ることを特徴とする造粒物から成る土木工事用軽量基礎材の製造方法。

Claims (4)
- 建設現場や工場から産業廃棄物として排出される無機性汚泥を利用した再生下層路盤材や再生基礎砕石材や再生裏込材等の造粒物から成る土木工事用軽量基礎材の製造方法であって、含水率の高い産業廃棄物から成る第一原料と、含水率の低いペーパースラッジから成る第二原料とを混合することにより含水率を30〜40重量%に調節して第一混合物とし、この第一混合物に少なくともセメント系固化材を含む第三原料を添加して第二混合物とし、この第三原料添加時に前記セメント系固化材の重量が第二混合物の総重量に対し15〜20重量%とし、前記第二混合物を造粒機で造粒して再生造粒物を得ることを特徴とする造粒物から成る土木工事用軽量基礎材の製造方法。
- 前記第一原料と前記第二原料との和が、前記第二混合物の総重量に対して60〜80重量%となるように配合したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の造粒物から成る土木工事用軽量基礎材の製造方法。
- 前記第一原料は、生コンプラントスラッジ、コンクリート二次製品スラッジ及び建設汚泥のうち少なくとも1つを含む無機性汚泥とすることを特徴とする請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載の造粒物から成る土木工事用軽量基礎材の製造方法。
- 前記第二原料は、ペーパースラッジとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の造粒物から成る土木工事用軽量基礎材の製造方法。
