Abstract

Claims (4)
- 個別仕様包装を作成する方法であって、
ユーザインターフェースを介して、包装される物品の第一画像を受け取るステップと、
前記ユーザインターフェースを介して、一又はそれ以上の前記物品の特性に関する情報を受け取るステップと、
前記物品の三次元的大きさを求めるステップと、
ユーザにより選択されたデザインを有する前記物品のための少なくとも一つの包装を自動的に選択するステップと、
前記選択された包装に前記第一画像を印刷するステップと、
前記一又はそれ以上の特性に基づいてパック材料の種類を自動的に決定するステップと、
前記大きさと前記選択された包装に基づいてパック材料の量を自動的に決定するステップと、
前記選択された包装を提供するステップと、
前記決定された量のパック材料を提供するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第一画像は、既知の寸法を与える複数の参照点を有する背景を備え、
前記三次元的大きさを求めるステップは、画像処理によって、前記物品を前記背景と比較するステップをさらに含み、
前記自動的に包装を選択するステップは、
包装の大きさの入手可能な在庫情報を入手するステップと、
前記物品の前記求められた三次元的大きさを前記入手可能な在庫情報と比較するステップと、
前記在庫情報から、前記物品と最も近い大きさを有し、かつ、前記大きさより大きい包装を選択するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された方法。 - 前記ユーザインターフェースを介して、前記第一画像とは異なった視点から前記物品を示す前記物品の第二画像を受け取るステップをさらに含み、
前記第一画像は、既知の寸法を与える複数の参照点を有する第一背景を備え、
前記第二画像は、既知の寸法を与える複数の参照点を有する第二背景を備え、
前記三次元的大きさを求めるステップは、画像処理によって、前記第一背景及び前記第二背景と前記物品を比較するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - ユーザの承認を得るために前記選択した包装のデザインを表示するステップと、
前記ユーザインターフェースを介して、前記デザインに対するユーザの修正を受けるステップと、
前記ユーザによる修正に基づいて、修正された包装を選択するステップと、
前記修正された包装の大きさに基づいて、前記決定したパック材料の種類と量を修正するか否かを自動的に決定するステップと、
をさらに含み、
前記選択した包装及びパック材料を提供するステップは、前記修正した包装と修正したパック材料の量をユーザに提示するステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
