Abstract

Description
無人航空機(UAVs)のようないくつかの航空機は、一般に内燃エンジンにより動作する。従って、より高い高度で動作する場合、エンジンは、周囲の環境における低密度の空気での低い酸素濃度のために、低い高度に向かう場合であっても、飛行中に低いパフォーマンスになりうる。いくつかのUAVsでは、高高度での運転のパフォーマンスの問題を緩和するためにタービンエンジンを用いるように構成されている。さらに、タービンエンジンは、推力の増加や耐久性のような他の好ましいパフォーマンス特性を提供する。
Claims (3)
- 航空機(1)のための燃料タンクシステムであって、前記システムは、
燃料を保持するように構成された内部を備える容器(100、200)を有し、前記容器(100、200)は、第1の開口部(112、212)を備え、前記第1の開口部(112、212)は、前記内部を外気圧と流体連通させ、
前記システムはさらに、周囲の空気圧の変化に応じて容積を変更するように構成された、容積調整可能な寸法決め装置(130、230)を有し、前記寸法決め素子(130、230)は、前記容器内に配置され且つ流体を収容するように構成される、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記容器(100、200)は、可撓性袋(240)と前記内部との間に配置された内部壁(250)を有し、前記可撓性袋(240)は前記内部壁(250)に連結される、システム。
- 航空機(1)の燃料タンク(100、200)の内部の利用可能な容積を調整する方法であって、
空気を通さず且つ可撓性の袋(140、240)を前記内部の中に挿入するステップと、
前記可撓性の袋(140、240)の周囲の空気圧を、外部大気圧に等しくするステップと、を有する方法。
