Description
Claims (11)
- 航空機の構造部品の状態を監視する方法であって、
前記構造部品の画像を、光センサ(12)を用いて生成するステップと、
前記画像を少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)に送るステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)によって、前記画像と少なくとも1つの基準画像とを比較して、画像の偏差を確定するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)によって、前記画像の偏差から、前記構造部品の離散的な領域の幾何学的形状の偏差を確定するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)によって、前記幾何学的形状の偏差から、前記構造部品の形状の変化を確定するステップと、を有する方法。 - 前記光センサ(12)は、カメラの形態をしている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記光センサ(12)の視野は、枢動可能な鏡(50)及び/又は対物レンズ装置(46)によって拡大され又は偏向される、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記光センサ(12)は、非可視波長範囲、特に赤外波長範囲で作動する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 航空機の構造部品の状態を監視する方法であって、
前記構造部品の画像を、互いに間隔を隔てた2つ又は3つ以上の光センサ(30,32)を用いて生成するステップと、
前記画像を少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)に送るステップと、
前記画像から、前記構造部品の被監視領域の幾何学的形状データを確定するステップと、
確定した前記幾何学的形状データと基準幾何学的形状データセットとを比較して、前記構造部品の離散的な領域の幾何学的形状の偏差を確定するステップと、
前記幾何学的形状の偏差から、前記構造部品の形状の変化を前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)によって確定するステップと、を有する方法。 - 前記光センサ(30,32)は、カメラの形態をしている、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記光センサ(30,32)の視野は、少なくとも1つの枢動可能な鏡(50)及び/又は対物レンズ装置(46)によって拡大され又は偏向される、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記光センサ(30,32)は、非可視波長範囲、特に赤外波長範囲で作動する、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 航空機の構造部品の状態を監視する装置であって、
前記構造部品の画像を生成する光センサ(12)と、
少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)と、を有し、
前記コンピュータ処理ユニット(18)は、前記生成した画像を受取り、前記画像から幾何学的形状データを確定し、前記確定した幾何学的形状データと基準幾何学的形状データセットとの比較から前記構造部品の離散的な領域の幾何学的形状の偏差を確定し、前記幾何学的形状の偏差から前記構造部品の形状の変化を確定するように構成される、装置。 - 航空機の構造部品の状態を監視する装置であって、
前記構造部品の画像を生成する2つ又は3つ以上の光センサ(30,32)と、
少なくとも1つのコンピュータ処理ユニット(18)と、を有し、
前記コンピュータ処理ユニット(18)は、前記画像を受取り、前記画像と少なくとも1つの基準画像との比較から画像の偏差を確定し、前記画像の偏差から前記構造部品の離散的な領域の幾何学的形状の偏差を確定し、前記幾何学的形状の偏差から前記構造部品の形状の変化を確定するように構成される、装置。 - 請求項9又は請求項10記載の航空機の構造部品の状態を監視する装置を有する航空機、特に旅客機(2)。
