Description
Claims (13)
- ‐第1の断面及び該断面の第1の寸法を有する第1の管部(2)を提供する工程と、
‐少なくとも1つの多用途パイプ(3‐13)を提供する工程と、
‐前記第1の断面及び寸法よりも大きい断面及び寸法を有する第2の管部(1)を提供する工程と、
を含む、橋梁を製造する方法であって、
‐前記少なくとも1つの多用途パイプ(3‐13)を、前記第1の管部(2)の外表面上に、前記第1の管部(2)の内側から、長さ方向にレーザーによって溶接し、及び、
‐前記第2の管部(1)を、前記少なくとも1つの多用途パイプ(3‐13)上に、前記第2の管部(1)の外側から、レーザーによって溶接することを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記溶接を、連続シームを用いて行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記管部(1、2)の少なくとも1つを、金属板である少なくとも1つのセグメントから加工し、板の端部同士を溶接して管に成形することによって形成することを特徴とする、請求項1、又は2に記載の方法。
- 金属板のいくつかのセグメントから成る少なくとも1つの管部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 楕円形状又は円形状のごとき連続した曲線である断面を有する少なくとも1つの管部を作製することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 楕円形状の断面を有する少なくとも1つの管部、及び円形状の断面を有する少なくとも1つの管部を作製することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1の断面及び断面の寸法を有する内管部(2)と、
第2の断面及び寸法を有し、前記内管部を取り囲む少なくとも1つの外管部(1)と、
少なくとも1つの多用途パイプ(3‐13)と、
を含み、
前記管部(1、2)の少なくとも1つが、金属板で形成され、該金属板の少なくとも2つの端部を接合するシームを有する、
実質的に閉じられた構造を有する橋梁であって、
前記内管部及び外管部(1、2)が、前記内管部及び前記外管部が前記多用途パイプによって互いに接続されて、それによって剛性複合構造が形成されるように前記内管部の外表面及び前記外管部の内表面に溶接された前記少なくとも1つの多用途パイプによって、互いに接合されることを特徴とする、
橋梁。 - 前記少なくとも1つの多用途パイプ(3‐13)が、前記内管部(2)の外表面に前記内管部(2)の内側からレーザー溶接され、前記外管部(1)の内表面に前記外管部(1)の外側からレーザー溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の橋梁。
- 前記管部の少なくとも1つが、楕円形状又は円形状のごとき連続した曲線である断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の橋梁。
- 前記管部の少なくとも1つ(1)が楕円形状の断面を有し、前記管部の1つ(2)が円形状の断面を有し、径の異なる少なくとも2つの多用途パイプ(4、3)が前記管部(1、2)の間の空間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の橋梁。
- 少なくとも前記管部が、ステンレス又は耐酸鋼から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の橋梁。
- 前記管部の少なくとも1つが、金属板のいくつかの部分から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の橋梁。
- 前記橋梁に類似の構造を有し、少なくとも1つの多用途パイプによって互いに接合された少なくとも1つの内管部及び1つの外管部を持つ少なくとも1つの脚部(図4)を特徴とする、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の橋梁。
