Description

Claims (20)
- 狭窄を有する管腔のカニュレーション用に構成された医療装置であって、
近位部分と、遠位部分と、第1のルーメンとを備える細長シースであって、前記第1のルーメンが前記シースを少なくとも部分的に貫通している、細長シースと、
切断部分と、前記切断部分の遠位の非切断性の先端部分と、前記第1のルーメンを少なくとも部分的に貫通して伸張する、前記切断部分の近位の非切断性のシャフト部分とを備えるワイヤガイドと、
を備え、
前記切断部分の少なくとも一部分が前記シースの外側に配置可能であることにより前記狭窄をカニュレーションできる、医療装置。 - 前記切断部分が導電性材料を含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ワイヤガイドが動作可能となるように電源と接続されることにより、前記切断部分が通電されて切断要素として使用される、請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ワイヤガイドの非切断性のシャフト及び先端部分がそれぞれ絶縁層を備える、請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記絶縁層がポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含んでなる、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記切断部分が、前記シースに対しほぼ軸線方向に延在する導電性領域を含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記遠位部分が第1のルーメンポートを備え、前記切断部分が前記第1のルーメンポートを通じて伸張可能な、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1のルーメンポートが前記細長シースの遠位端で開放し、前記切断部分が前記第1のルーメンポートを通じて遠位に伸張可能である、請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1のルーメンポートが前記シースの側部を通じて出るとともに、前記切断要素の少なくとも一部分が前記第1のルーメンポートを通じて伸張し、且つ前記シースの前記遠位部分の一部分に隣接して延在する、請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 一対のルーメン側部ポートが前記シースから出る、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1のルーメンポートが細長状側部ポートを備えて前記シースにチャンネルを形成する、請求項9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ワイヤガイドがテーパ状先端部分を含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記切断部分が約5〜30ミリメートルの長さである、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 狭窄部をカニュレーションする方法であって、
非切断性の近位部分と、非切断性の先端部分と、それらの間の切断部分とを有するワイヤガイドを提供するステップであって、前記ワイヤガイドが細長シースのルーメンを少なくとも部分的に貫通して伸張し、且つ前記切断部分が前記シースの外部に配置される、ステップと、
前記ワイヤガイドを、カニュレーションされる狭窄部まで体腔を通じて伸張させるステップと、
前記先端部分を前記狭窄部に貫通させ、前記切断部分を前記狭窄部に入り込むように位置決めするステップと、
前記ワイヤガイドの前記近位部分を電源と接続して、前記切断部分を通電するステップと、
前記切断部分を通電して前記狭窄部をカニュレーションするステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ワイヤガイドの前記近位部分及び前記先端部分がそれぞれ絶縁層を備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤガイドの少なくとも一部分が前記シースの側部ポートを通じて伸張する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤガイドの少なくとも一部分が前記シースの端部ポートを通じて伸張する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記側部ポートが細長チャンネルを備える、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記切断部分の少なくとも一部分が、一対の側部ポートを貫通して前記シースの外部に配置される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記シースの注入ポートを通じて造影剤を注入するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
