Description

Claims (33)
- 対象物に少なくとも部分的に移植又は挿入するための細長い医療機器であって、少なくとも部分的に可溶性物質で充填されたくぼみからなる表面を含む前記医療機器。
- 前記表面が複数のくぼみを含む、請求項1の医療機器。
- 前記くぼみが前記装置の長軸方向に走る溝の形態である、請求項2の医療機器。
- 少なくとも50%の可溶性物質が移植又は挿入の12時間後に取り除かれる、請求項1の医療機器。
- 少なくとも90%の可溶性物質が移植又は挿入の4時間後に取り除かれる請求項1の医療機器。
- 前記可溶性物質が可溶性ポリマーを含む、請求項1の医療機器。
- 可溶性ポリマーが可溶性セルロースである、請求項6の医療機器。
- 前記くぼみがポリマー性物質の中に形成される、請求項1の医療機器。
- 前記ポリマー性物質がエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー及びシリコーンから選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項8の医療機器。
- ポリマー性物質が前記医療機器の本体を形成する、請求項9の医療機器。
- 前記ポリマー性物質が医療機器本体の基底上に配列する層状の形態である請求項9の医療機器。
- 前記医療機器が管状の医療機器である、請求項1の医療機器。
- 前記医療機器がステントである、請求項1の医療機器。
- 前記医療機器が尿管ステントである、請求項1の医療機器。
- 前記医療機器が胆管ステントである、請求項1の医療機器。
- 前記ステントの外側表面が複数の前記くぼみを含む、請求項13の医療機器。
- 前記くぼみが、ステントの長軸方向に沿って伸張する複数の溝を含む、請求項16の医療機器。
- 前記くぼみが、ステントの長軸方向に沿って伸張する複数の溝を線形の形状で含む、請求項16の医療機器。
- 前記くぼみが、ステントの長軸方向に沿って伸張する複数の溝をらせん状の形状で含む、請求項16の医療機器。
- 前記くぼみが、複数の交差する溝を含む、請求項16の医療機器。
- 溝の全断面積がステントの長軸方向に沿って少なくとも50%増加する、請求項17の医療機器。
- 前記増加が緩勾配である、請求項21の医療機器。
- 前記増加が段階的である、請求項21の医療機器。
- 前記くぼみが、部分的に又は完全にステントの壁を通じる複数の孔を含む、請求項16の医療機器。
- ポリマー性物質がステント本体を形成し、前記ポリマー性物質の硬度計値がステントの遠位及び近位末端間で変化する、請求項16の医療機器。
- さらに治療薬を含む、請求項15の医療機器。

- 90%を超える治療薬が4時間以内に放出される、請求項27の医療機器。
