- 前記分配プレートが、垂直以外の角度において、前記流体を導入する穴を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記分配プレートが、垂直以外の角度において、前記流体を導入するデフレクタ又はノズルを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が、前記流動層内又は前記流動層に沿って設置された1つ又は2つ以上のインジェクタ又はノズルを通して導入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
