Claims (25)
- 局所的に作用する意図的なエネルギー導入により固体ないし部材(1)をエネルギー導入の位置で脆弱化させるエネルギー源により、固体ないし部材(1)、有利にセラミック又はガラスに脆弱部(2)を導入するための方法において、エネルギー導入の前及び/又はエネルギー導入と同時に、エネルギー導入の位置に発色団物質を侵入させ、その結果、エネルギー導入の位置での固体ないし部材(1)の物理的、化学的又は生物学的な可視変化を達成することを特徴とする方法。
- 固体ないし部材(1)に、部分面的に、又は全面的に、発色団物質を侵入させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 発色団物質の侵入を任意の順序及び頻度で固体ないし部材(1)に対して行う、請求項
1又は2記載の方法。 - 発色団物質を、溶解させて、又は懸濁させて、又は分散させて、又は粉末状で、又はこれらの組み合わせで使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 発色団物質がバナジウム又はマンガン又は銅又は銀又はタングステン又はニッケル又はコバルト又はクロム又は鉄又は亜鉛の元素又はその化合物、又は前記元素の少なくとも2種の組み合わせ、又は前記元素の少なくとも1種の化合物、又は化合物及び/又は元素の組み合わせである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。

- 各固体ないし部材(1)のために、担持液体(8)及び/又は担持物質(9)を任意の順序で一回又は複数回、同じか又は異なる組成で使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 担持液体(8)及び/又は担持物質(9)のために、色の明度を、担持液体(8)及び/又は担持物質(9)中での発色団物質の種々の濃度により調節し、その際、担持液体(8)及び/又は担持物質(9)中での発色団物質の濃度の増加が、固体ないし部材(1)において生じる変色の強度と比例している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。

- 有利にセラミック又はガラスからなる固体ないし部材(1)であって、該固体ないし部材(1)の表面からその内側に延在する局所的に導入された脆弱部(2)を有する固体ないし部材(1)において、脆弱部(2)が浸透した発色団物質により検出可能であり、かつ/又は色分けされていることを特徴とする固体ないし部材(1)。
- 物質が放射線、有利にUV光により蛍光励起可能である、請求項19記載の固体ないし部材(1)。
- 固体ないし部材(1)の材料が以下の物質群:
a)50.1質量%を上回る酸化アルミニウムの主成分割合を有する"酸化アルミニウム"
b)50.1質量%を上回る酸化ジルコニウムの主成分割合を有する"酸化ジルコニウム"
c)50.1質量%を上回る窒化アルミニウムの主成分割合を有する"窒化アルミニウム"
d)50.1質量%を上回る窒化ケイ素の主成分割合を有する"窒化ケイ素"
のうちの一つか又はこれらの組み合わせからなり、
かつ添加剤として、材料が有利にCaO又はSiO2又はMgO又はB2O3又はY2O3又はSc2O3又はCeO2又はCu−酸化物又は金属又は2質量%以下の不純物又はこれらの組み合わせを含有する、請求項19又は20記載の固体ないし部材(1)。 - 固体ないし部材(1)上に、結束して、又は別個に着色された領域が同じ又は/及び異なる変色及び/又は変色の強度で配置されている、請求項19から21までのいずれか1項記載の固体ないし部材(1)。
- 固体ないし部材(1)、有利にセラミック又はガラスにおいて、特に請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載の方法に関する中間製品としての使用のための、及び/又は請求項19から22までのいずれか1項記載の固体ないし部材(1)としての使用のための、固体ないし部材(1)上に、発色団物質を含有する少なくとも1種の全面的な、又は部分面的な担持液体(8)及び/又は担持物質(9)が存在していることを特徴とする固体ないし部材(1)。
- 固体ないし部材(1)が少なくとも1つのエネルギー源の強度及び/又は強度推移の測定のために使用される、請求項23記載の固体ないし部材(1)。
- 固体ないし部材(1)を、少なくとも1つのエネルギー導入プロセスを調整するために、かつ/又はエネルギー導入プロセスの不変性を評価するために、かつ/又はエネルギー導入の結果を記録するために使用する、請求項23又は24記載の固体ないし部材(1)。
