Abstract

Claims (20)
- 患者の心音を表示するための方法であって、
前記患者の少なくとも胸部位置から心音を検知することと、
前記心音を電気信号に変換することと、
前記電気信号を選択的にフィルタリングし、それによって前記心音の周波数の差を強調表示することと、
前記選択的にフィルタリングされた心拍電気信号を表示することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記選択的なフィルタリングは、前記電気信号の周波数の少なくとも2つの帯域を生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記心音は、少なくともS1心音およびS2心音を含み、前記方法は、前記心音の少なくとも1つの開始を確認することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記表示された心拍信号は、一対のキャリパによって囲まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一対のキャリパは、時間領域に対応する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記時間領域に関して前記表示された心拍信号をズーミングすることをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記一対のキャリパは、周波数領域に対応する、請求項4に記載の方法。

- 前記患者に関連付けられる注記を記録することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記注記は、音声認識を用いて文字に起こされ、前記記録された注記は文字複写を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 患者に関連付ける際に有用な聴診システムであって、
前記患者の少なくとも胸部位置からの心音を検知し、前記心音を電気信号に変換するように構成されたセンサと、
前記電気信号を選択的にフィルタリングし、それにより、前記心音の周波数の差を強調表示するように構成された信号処理装置と、
前記選択的にフィルタリングされた心拍電気信号を選択的に表示するように構成されたディスプレイと、
を備える聴診システム。 - 前記選択的なフィルタリングは、前記電気信号の周波数の少なくとも2つの帯域を生成する、請求項11に記載の聴診システム。
- 前記心音は、少なくともS1心音およびS2心音を含み、前記信号プロセッサはさらに、前記心音の少なくとも1つの開始を確認するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の聴診システム。
- 前記表示された心拍信号は、一対のキャリパによって囲まれる、請求項11に記載の聴診システム。
- 前記一対のキャリパは、時間領域に対応する、請求項14に記載の聴診システム。
- 前記ディスプレイはさらに、前記時間領域に関して前記表示された心拍信号をズーミングするように構成されている、請求項15に記載の聴診システム。
- 前記一対のキャリパは、周波数領域に対応する、請求項14に記載の聴診システム。
