Description
Claims (10)
- サービス提供基地局および少なくとも1つの非サービス提供基地局を含む基地局のモバイル端末のアクティブ・セット内の複数の基地局にデータ・パケットを送信しているハンドオフにある前記モバイル端末における方法であって、
前記モバイル端末の送信電力がその最大電力にあるかまたは前記送信電力が予め決められた量だけ前記サービス提供基地局によって目標にされた電力を超えていない限り、前記パケットの再送信限度の終わりに、前記送信電力を上げるコマンドか、パケットの首尾よい復号の否定応答NACKのいずれかを前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のうちのいずれかから受信することに応答して、前記モバイル端末の送信電力を上げるステップを備える方法。 - 前記モバイル端末の送信電力が予め決められたアップ・ステップによって上げられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信電力がその最大電力にある場合か、または前記送信電力が予め決められた量だけ前記サービス提供基地局によって目標にされた電力を超えていて、前記モバイル端末が前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のいずれかからその送信電力を上げるコマンドを受信した場合、前記サービス提供基地局から受信されたコマンドに応答してだけ、前記送信電力のアップまたはダウンを制御する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信電力がその最大電力にある場合か、または前記送信電力が予め決められた量だけ前記サービス提供基地局によって目標にされた電力を超えていて、前記モバイル端末が前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のうちのいずれかからその送信電力を上げるコマンドを受信した場合、前記モバイル端末が、それが前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のいずれかからそうするコマンドを受信した場合、その送信電力を下げる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信電力を上げる受信されたコマンドまたは受信されたNACKの信頼性を判定し、前記受信されたコマンドまたは受信されたNACKが信頼可能であると判定された場合だけ前記送信電力を上げるステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信電力がその最大電力にある場合か、または前記送信電力が予め決められた量だけ前記サービス提供基地局によって目標にされた電力を超えていて、前記モバイル端末が前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のいずれかからNACKを受信した場合、その後のパケット送信のために、前記モバイル端末が、それが前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のうちの少なくとも1つから首尾よい復号の肯定応答ACKを受信しない場合だけ、その送信電力を上げる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信電力がその最大電力にある場合か、または前記送信電力が予め決められた量だけ前記サービス提供基地局によって目標にされた電力を超えていて、前記モバイル端末が前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のうちのいずれかからその送信電力を上げるコマンドを受信した場合、その後のデータ送信のために、前記モバイル端末が、それが前記サービス提供基地局からNACKを受信した場合だけ、その送信電力を上げ、それが前記サービス提供基地局からACKを受信した場合は、その送信電力を下げる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- サービス提供基地局および少なくとも1つの非サービス提供基地局を含む基地局のモバイル端末のアクティブ・セット内の複数の基地局にデータ・パケットを送信しているハンドオフにある前記モバイル端末における方法であって、
前記パケットがその再送信限度に達していない限り、前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のうちのいずれかから前記パケットの首尾よい復号の否定応答NACKを受信することに応答してパケットを再送信するステップを備える方法。 - 前記パケットの再送信限度に達している場合、前記モバイル端末が前記アクティブ・セット内の前記基地局のうちの少なくとも1つから首尾よい復号の肯定応答ACKを受信しない場合だけ、前記モバイル端末によって送信されたその後のパケットを再送信する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記パケットの再送信限度に達している場合、前記サービス提供基地局からNACKが受信された場合だけ、前記モバイル端末によって送信されたその後のパケットを再送信する、請求項8に記載の方法。
