Claims (17)
- ドアストップピンアセンブリであって、
凹球状の凹みを有するピンと、
開口端と閉端とを有し、該開口端が前記凹球状の凹みと接触している凸球部を有するベースパッドと、
を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記凹球状の凹みと前記凸球部との接触面は、それらの間に潤滑油なしで、またはグリースを一度軽く塗布することで接触する、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリであって、さらに、前記ピンと前記ベースパッドとの間に導電路を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドの閉端は、さらに、固体潤滑剤、または、自己潤滑性ライナーシステムとして作用する熱硬化性または熱可逆性樹脂系の潤滑性材料を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは、さらに、前記閉端と嵌合構造との間に導電路を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項5に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは、さらに、前記閉端にリング状の露出材料を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項5に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは、さらに、前記閉端に目玉の形状を有する露出材料を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ピンは、さらに、ねじ端を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは、耐かじり性に優れた材料から製造される、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは球面の周りを回転可能であり、前記ピンと前記ベースパッドとの間のずれ能力を許容する、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- ドアストップピンアセンブリであって、
凹端を有するねじ式ピンと、
相補的な凸面を有するベースパッドと、を含み、
前記ピンと前記ベースパッドとが互いに導電的に接続する、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。 - 請求項11に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ピンと前記ベースパッドとの導電的な接続は、前記ピンと前記ベースパッドとの間に接続されるジャンパ線を必要としない、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項11に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記凹端は、さらに、凹球状の凹みを含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項13に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記凸面は凸球面である、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項14に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは前記ピンと該ベースパッドとの間の球面の周りを回転可能である、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項11に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは耐かじり性に優れた材料から製造される、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
- 請求項11に記載のドアストップピンアセンブリにおいて、前記ベースパッドは、さらに、前記ベースパッドと嵌合構造との間に導電路を含む、ドアストップピンアセンブリ。
