Description

高いレイノズル数によれば、より小さな相対振幅を用いながら、旋回流を満足すべき程度まで引き起こすことができる。これは一般に、所定の内径について、早い流速があるところでは、低い相対振幅を用いながら、依然として旋回流を充分に誘発させることができることを意味する。
低振幅螺旋形状を有する管系の長さ方向を図3に示す。この管系100は円形断面を有し、外径DE、内径DI、及び壁厚Tである。この管系は(平均から極限までを測って)一定振幅A、一定ピッチP、一定螺旋角θ及び掃引幅Wの螺旋へコイル状に巻回されている。管系1は仮想包絡線120内に包含されており、その包落線は長さ方向に延在して、螺旋の掃引幅Wに等しい幅を有する。包絡線120は中心縦軸130を有するものと見なされ、その中心縦軸は螺旋状回転の軸とも称される。図示の管系1は直線軸130を有しているが、この中心軸は屈曲してもよく、或いは実際に要請に応じて任意の形状を採り得ることに留意されたい。管系は中心線140を有し、これは中央縦軸130の周りの螺旋経路に追従する。
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも一つの熱分解チューブが通り抜けている分解炉であって、前記熱分解チューブは、その少なくとも一部分が三次元的に曲がった中心線を有するように形成されている分解炉。
- 請求項1の分解炉において、前記熱分解チューブは、その少なくとも一部分が複数の旋回を有する螺旋として形成された中心線を有するように形成されている分解炉。
- 請求項1又は2の分解炉において、前記中心線の曲率が実質的に一定である分解炉。
- 請求項1又は2の分解炉において、前記中心線の曲率が前記熱分解チューブ部分の長さに沿って変化する分解炉。
- 請求項2,3,又は4の何れか一項に記載の分解炉において、前記螺旋の部分は低振幅螺旋として形成されている分解炉。
- 低振幅螺旋形状を用い、陸地又は沖合いで用いる石油生産ライザー及びフローライン。
- 低振幅螺旋形状を用い、オイル、ガス、水及び地熱井戸内で用いる下げ孔内で用いる生産管系。
- 低振幅螺旋形状を用い、炭化水素、飲用水、廃水及び下水、スラリー、パウダー、食品又は飲料製品、或いは単相又は多相流体の輸送のためのパイプライン。
- 低振幅螺旋形状を用い、化学薬品投与、及び食物、化学薬品で、石油化学製品及び調剤処理のための静的ミキサー。
