Description
Claims (12)
- 熱可融性材料を溶射法によってヤーン同士の少なくとも接点又は交点に吹き付けた後、前記ヤーンを、前記溶射法によって吹き付けた前記熱可融性材料がまだ塑性又は融解状態にある間に接合する、ことを特徴とするヤーンから接着撚り構造を製造する方法。
- 前記熱可融性材料を、溶射によって、熱可融性材料である粉末とともに吹き付ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラズマジェットをエネルギー源に使用する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 撚り工程において、前記ヤーンの全長にわたって、前記熱可融性材料を溶射によってコーティングする、請求項1〜3のうちの1つ以上に記載の方法。
- 熱可融性材料ですでにコーティングされたヤーンを使用する、請求項1〜4のうちの1つ以上に記載の方法。
- 熱可融性材料をすでに含浸させたヤーンを使用する、請求項1〜5のうちの1つ以上に記載の方法。
- 前記ヤーンはテープ状である、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 溶射によって吹き付けられる前記材料は、熱可塑性挙動を有する材料である、請求項1〜7のうちの1つ以上に記載の方法。
- 溶射によって吹き付けられる前記材料は、熱可塑性材料である、請求項1〜7のうちの1つ以上に記載の方法。
- まず初めに請求項1〜8に記載の方法に従って撚り構造を製造し、その後、必要に応じてさらに熱可融性材料を添加し、熱および圧力を加えながら前記構造を成形して繊維強化複合材料にする、ことを特徴とする繊維強化複合材料を製造する方法。
- 前記溶射に使用される可融性材料、必要に応じて前記ヤーンをコーティングするまたは前記ヤーンに含浸させるのに使用される可融性材料、および前記複合材料を製造するのに使用される可融性材料は、同様のポリマーからなる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記溶射に使用される可融性材料、必要に応じて前記ヤーンをコーティングするまたは前記ヤーンに含浸させるのに使用される可融性材料、および前記複合材料を製造するのに使用される可融性材料は、同一のポリマーからなる、請求項10に記載の方法。
